During my work-related travels, I've had the chance to visit several LifeTime Fitness locations, but this one, unfortunately, stands out as the least impressive. The facility appears rather aged and lacks the expected level of cleanliness. Regrettably, the state of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Even after using sanitizing wipes on the weights and machines, the residue they pick up is quite noticeable.

This post is dedicated to one of the BEST STYLISTS THAT I HAVE GONE TO FOR 5+ YEARS! Felicia is HANDS DOWN the best in the business. She is just a joy to be around, so social and most importantly knows that healthiest option for you hair if you don’t know what to do with it (like i do half the time!). A few months back I decided to color my hair (first time ever, i will include photos) by doing a balayage. Although nervous about coloring my hair, Felicia educated me through the whole process along with how long the process would take. She also informed me the proper steps for after care to keep up the color which was nice and very helpful. Felicia will continue to be the artist I go to for hair and if any one needs a new stylist, she is the first person I am recommending. She is a go to person for styling products and tips!

I got to come here for the first time as my friend invited me here for pickle ball! I’ve never played pickle ball neither but I had a really fun and nice time there! The facility is nice and big and have many awesome amenities like swimming pools, gyms, work out/stretching space, rock climbing, basketball and pickle ball space! So much varieties and probably I didn’t mention everything anyways 😅 There’s a nice little cafe in the facility so you can grab something if you are hungry! I’d love to visit again! Come for those who are able 😆 Cheers 🥂

Is this a day care or a gym? I pay nearly $300 a month to be able use a basketball court and play, but I feel robbed that the staff has reserved the entire basketball court for children only the last two days most of the days (happens regularly throughout the month). Other basketball players are pissed as well. First took away one of the two courts for pickleball, and now, the children take over the other court. If this doesn’t change, I will have to find another gym with a court instead. How about Pickleball gets shut down instead of the basketball court half the time?

My wife and I have been going here for a couple months now and we really enjoy it. A couple things we appreciate. *We love that the treadmills link up to our Apple Watches. *We go in the mornings usually (7:00-9:00) and the gym isn’t overly crowded. *Complimentary Fresh Gym towels are a nice perk. *The hot tub has never had to many people in it. *The members for the most part seem to always rack their weights in the right slots. Everyone that is there seems to respect the space. *We considered Villa Sport but decided to join here because there wasn’t as many teenagers at this location after school is out. *Everything is really clean. Every morning we see staff wiping down the equipment. *If something is going to be worked on they send out an email blast to let the members know. In every instance something was to be fixed, the actual repair was done in a shorter timeframe than the email said it would take. This is the most expensive gym in Katy, but with the unlimited classes available to us, the very professional staff, and their attention to detail in keeping things clean and orderly. What we pay is worth it. We like this place. The McCarthy’s

Our family had a great experience here, and wished we had found out about this place much earlier. The facilities were great, and there's a real family-feel to the way they operate. The biggest standout for us was Xavier Sanchez, the swim coach. Infectious energy, and great enthusiasm for teaching our 4-year-old. Highly recommend this place and Xavier particularly! Well done!

I have been going to the Spa Salon at Lifetime Katy for several years. Felicia is absolutely amazing! I have never been disappointed with her work. She does a wonderful job each and every time. She is also warm and funny. I thoroughly enjoy my time with her. I leave the salon happy, cheerful and feeling fabulous.

I am not a member of Life Time but am a client at the spa there and cannot recommend the spa highly enough. I have been a client of stylist, Felicia, for over 7 years as have my two daughters, age 17 and 14. Felicia is extremely warm and caring and has become a very valued person in our lives over the years. Her expertise as a hairdresser is absolutely second to none. Whether you are looking for a cut, colour, extensions or complete style change, Felica is without any doubt the person to go to. All spa staff members are very friendly and welcoming and promote an extremely warm and inclusive environment to visit. I would 100% recommend LifeSpa for any of your hair or spa requirements.

Today November 13th,2023. One rainy day, I left my umbrella, dark green and black, in the area overlooking the Life time reception. I left my umbrella there, along with many other people's. But as usual, I was surprised when my brand new umbrella was stolen, but someone liked it too, even more so because it was raining. End of the story, they told me that the gym wasn't responsible and that's all, I went out in the rain to see if I learned my lesson and I didn't even trust the gym that I paid for on time every month. I'm glad it was something of no great value, but I was disappointed with the lack of support from the academy.

I just had the best alpha conditioning class with John H. this evening. It was one of the most challenging class I have ever taken at Lifetime (in a good way). He was extremely patient with me in the class, made sure I had good form every time and motivated me to finish strong! Will be back for more!

Havent't been to a Life Tume location that I haven't loved. A bit smaller than some other locations but gym space is great. Indoor and outdoor pools are awesome. Visited the salon a couple of times for facials. Good experience each time. My son would go to kids club while we went to the gym. They have a really good variety of activities for kids and then there's summer camp which he loved. The had daily pool time. Can't say enough about this faciility. Wish they had a pet drop off though. I know Im pushing it.
