Food was excellent I’ll start there. I went there during prime time peak hours, so I can understand the service being slightly slow. So I’m not going to take off any stars for that. Anyone who’s been in the restaurant business knows how frustrating and stressful it can be sometimes, so I understand. Overall great experience, I ordered the blueberry pancakes along with the banana nut pancakes. Soft, tasty, slfigy crispy on the edges, rich and full of flavor. Highly recommend! Be prepared to wait if your going during prime time hours. Not a long wait, your average wait time 15 to 25 mins.

I had the pleasure of dining at First Watch restaurant at Grand Katy Park and I must say, it was an amazing experience! We visited for breakfast and the food was outstanding. My wife had the Crab Avocado Toast, I had the Trifecta with Waffle and our daughter enjoyed some scrumptious scrambled eggs with toast and fruit. But what made this experience truly exceptional was our server Diana. Her customer service skills were impeccable and her attention to detail was truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend First Watch and would like to thank Diana for her outstanding job. She definitely deserves a 5-star review. Thank You!

Unfortunately, it’s very easy to order badly at First Watch! The menu is quite large, yet I’ve been three times, and 2/3 times my food has been pretty unappetizing. If you are in the mood for a simple brunch this is one of the only spots in the Katy/Fulshear area, and some of their food is pretty decent, so it’s not too bad of a spot. Drinks are decent too. I would say order the breakfast sandwich, it’s one of the best things on the menu. The scrambles are alright as well. Do NOT order anything with seafood… not fresh and not tasty. Had an awful experience with the crab avocado toast. I’d recommend ordering simple. Along with that, last time we visited the AC was broken turned up all the way- it was so cold in the restaurant which made it even harder to enjoy the food!!

So it was the middle of the day and my girlfriend, sorry I mean my fiance, I'm sorry..... my wife said she wanted to have brunch so I took her to First Watch. Anyway, parking was available, the crowd was minimal, didn't take longer that 2 minutes tops to sit us. Ambience was calming, food was delicious, drinks were equally amazing. This is the second location I've been to, and the second lengthy review I've given. Keep it up, will definitely visit again

Oh my gosh! So delicious!! I had the smoked salmon frittata and it blew my mind! Service was fast and extra friendly. No waiting for a table and there was coffee and water on our table almost immediately. It’s a little too loud in there because of the concrete walls and it’s a tad chilly but that won’t keep me from coming back again.

Great place to have consistently good food. This happens to be my wife's favorite place to have lunch with friends or a lunch date with this good looking guy. 😄😄😄 Their juices are awesome and my favorite dish is the farmhouse hash. Better come hungry because the portions are meant to leave you satisfied!

From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome. Emely was attentive and efficient, taking my order promptly and ensuring that my coffee cup was always filled. They had a good understanding of the menu and offered helpful suggestions when I was deciding what to order. Their knowledge of the breakfast options made the decision-making process much easier. Throughout my meal, Emely checked in on me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They were quick to address any requests I had and made sure my food arrived hot and delicious. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the Emely pleasant demeanor. She was friendly, engaging, and created a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to ensure I had a great start to the day. Great place for breakfast! Quick and tasty! The hostess greeted us with a warm welcome at the door. Kristina was quite patient with my boyfriend and I since it was our first time. She also gave good suggestions from the menu. We recommend getting the Seoul hash. Will definitely come back!

Restaurant was super busy this morning…however squeezing in by myself…I was able to sit at the bar and enjoy the most wonderful breakfast! My server Darren was wonderful and super kind!! Always my favorite breakfast place to drop by to!
