Mobile wellness clinic is one of the best clinic out there. I recommend them 100% they have awesome staff and are there for u after work hours if u need anything or have a question. I have been a patient of Matthew Butler for a few years now. He's very kind loving and cares very much about his patients he will work around his own schedule to help out. I needed help and he was there he pretty much saved my life. Thank u. 5 star all the way.

Starting Suboxone has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself and having a provider, Matthew Butler PA, at Mobile Wellness group whom I've gotten to know over the years I've been on MAT, that is patient, listens to my ramblings and has never made me feel rushed has definitely been beneficial to my sobriety. As with some of my other medical providers I don't dread my appointment times as Matthew is kind, compassionate and non judgemental. Thank you, I appreciate you!

It's rare to find such warmth at a physician's office, but Zai Health and Dr.Mohammed Rezai are incredibly inviting and welcoming. It's refreshing to be treated with such care and professionalism. The clinic is fresh, brand new and they even offer coffee and tea in the waiting room. The concept behind their subscription-based payment is revolutionary! You really get more than what you're paying for, and it places the power of your money back into your hands. I definitely recommend Dr. Rezai, and I'm someone who rarely turns to western medicine, so it says a lot about the quality of care and knowledge Zai Health provides.

Jared is awesome. I've been on suboxone for a year now and before that I was a heroin addict on and off about 30 years. I was never able to stop for more than a few months. This program is the best and I tell anyone who will listen how great it is. I know that a huge part of why this is working for me is Jared. He is really the best I've ever had to deal with. He is genuinely interested in my recovery and when I reach a goal he celebrates with me and encourages me to keep going. I've never had that before. If you need to or want to get off narcotics this is the place to go and Jared is who you want as yourr PA.
