Horrible customer service. I attempted to check in earl due to work travel. First I was denied service. So I slept in my car. Then upon checking in the property General manager Talena Hines treated me very indifferent. I was speaking with one of the customer service reps. In reference to an experience. She rudely spoke aggressively stating to the rep. Do not have her other customer sitting waiting. Who was of a different ethnic background. I then explained or tried to explain that im a customer to. I asked for her business card she threw it on the counter and stated she would cancel my transaction. She then took her rep to the back office and left me standing waiting. Once she came back I stated I didn't want to stay but once she looked my transaction had already been canceled. I'll never go back there again.

The front desk lady was not very knowledgeable on attractions around in the area for my family to see or attend. The pool got closed when I arrived because a kid had an accident in the pool bummer was looking forward to it brought my swimsuit. The rooms are fantastic provides body wash shampoo and conditioner even baby dove bars of soap moisturizer face wipes and the room is smelling fresh has microwave coffee maker with coffee in there and icebox you've got a ironing board and iron there's an extra bed in the sofa and the bed was super plush I just didn't like having to flip through channels I didn't have a list to know what channels to look for and again front desk was not very knowledgeable and helping me to figure out how to operate the TV another thing I called a week in advance to ask about their breakfast buffet what sold me on it was the bacon the bacon bacon bacon bacon and all the fun things like you see in the pictures I shared bagels you know cream cheese eggs sausage biscuits and gravy they were to the nines on the breakfast buffet but what I really wanted was bacon and they told me bacon was yesterday today is sausage son of a gun. Everything was fine checking out they did not go in and check in my room when I was checking out because they were supposed to to give me my $25 refund and I will be checking on that in the future where's my $25 other than that I give it a 10 except for no bacon and no swimming pool

The 2 ladies at the front desk did not great us at the front. They were very rude. I stood there and nobody said anything, finally the lady to my right said you can pick anyone of us. The African American lady on the left did not say anything and I was literally right in front of her desk and she didn't say anything. I'm a platinum rewards member, also I'm a IHG traveler credit card holder. This is not what I expected to be treated like. It was around 130pm and they refused to check me in and also they did not check to see if any rooms were available for check in.

If you are traveling in a large group, don’t bother. Look somewhere else as 10:30pm is curfew at this hotel on a Saturday night. Staff claiming they told a parent that we had to leave the outdoor lounge area and lied. Never told a parent that we had to leave. Called cops and after parent was telling her side to the story to police officer, staff member was laughing and her manager had to Hold her back because of her lack of professionalism. Been to TONS of hotels on a monthly basis and never had a hotel make guest go to bed on a curfew at 10:30pm. Again, if you are a sports team or having family reunion with a large guest count, go to the Marriott. You will feel Much more welcomed there.

The rooms were really nice, they were cozy and comfortable. There was basically no room service ever though. And the food available every morning was always bland and ran out very fast. The location was really nice because we had an event in that same area.

I am a IHG member was charged way to much for using my reward points, then also charged me for some kind of charge after a few days, i was only there long enough to shower and change. No way i should have incurred additional charges i called to question the charge could not get a call back or nothing. I might need to question my loyalty to IHG.

The rooms were clean and fresh. However the pull out bed had no sheets. We were not able to use it. The Buffet attendant was super helpful. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

This place is horrible, My mother had a bad experience at check in with the unprofessional front desk agent working the night shift. I am very upset because my mother traveled along and was treated bad, they charged her credit card several times when she had already paid in advance with confirmation number to prove this. I am still waiting on the manager to return her call to get to the bottom of this. I will do whatever it takes to the let WORLD know that this place is horrible don’t waste your time booking a reservation the customer service is poor.

On maps. I had planned on giving your hotel another chance. I noticed a large discrepancy in room price from in person to booking online. 2. The ice machines on the first and second floor are not working. 3. No hand sanitizer (empty) at the first floor elevator. 4. There needs to be a safety bar for people who enjoy taking a bath. 5. The sink water fixture is a place that can harbor bacteria on holds water. 6. See attached photos. 7. The noise from other guests can be very annoying. 8. Beyond the aforementioned, I enjoy staying here. 9. Also, I only had one room with myself, alone. You're making me look bad!

Good location to many places of destination. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Pool was also well taken care of. Only complaint is the elevators are extremely slow so if there is many people there can be a line.

This hotel seems to have a safety concern. I made a reservation and tried to stay here with my children last winter, but there was weed smell everywhere at lobby, and a guest in front of me was crying and said that their car was stolen at the hotel parking. I felt extremely unsafe and ended up canceling the reservation and moved to another hotel that looks safer. The building looks new and great, the staff was super nice and friendly, but, safety is the first concern for families traveling with children. I think this hotel should address this issues first if they want to attract guests.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! This is an unsafe hotel to stay at in Houston. My vehicle was broken into on 10/20/2023. No one at the Hotel cared and no one at the customer service number cared either. The front desk girl told me this property is unsafe and they have a lot of break-ins every month. The Police Officer that helped with my case also confirmed her statement. There are always rough characters at the front door of this hotel smoking weed and cigarettes. I can't confirm this, but I also heard that the rooms were being broken into as well. I will never stay at this hotel again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Beware of this hotel. There are multiple break-ins to vehicles every month. This was confirmed by the desk girl and a Police officer. My vehicle was broken into on my last stay. The cameras do not cover the parking lot, just the entries. The staff wasn't helpful or empathetic with my situation. Thieves broke a window to get into my truck. The hotel nor corporate cared about this situation. I stay there once a month for work and there are always sketchy characters at the front door. I will NEVER go back. I can't confirm this, but I was told that people have also had their rooms broken into. Stay at your own risk.

Upon visiting, one of the front desk ladies had a HORRIFIC cough. I would assume she'd call in. She's Coughing in her hand, and handing out room cards. I asked her if she had a fever for I cannot get sick due to being able to be around my newborn grandbaby, she seemed defensive said she's not contagious. It was disgusting. 2nd don't get a room near the elevator/ ice machines, you won't get sleep with people non stop in the halls being loud. In the morning, the cleaning crew is already knocking and vacuuming to where you won't be able to catch up on sleep and sleep in, even though check out is Noon. Coffee in the lobby was extremely watered down, better off leaving for breakfast or coffee. Definitely wouldn't stay again
