    So amazing! Not what I was expecting. Love the way everything is showcased and presented. A little bit of everything and great prices. I went with a friend after breakfast, we were greeted nicely and welcomed to have coffee and doughnuts! If I didn't just eat I would have had some 😄 Really great finds, I need to go back with a pick up for.

👍 This is one of the better shopping centers I'm Beaumont. The Kroger is a good one and it's probably the best grocery store in Beaumont besides HEB Plus. There's also Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross(see pics) Kohl's, Guitar center, and several other stores as well as Starbucks.

👍 Nice big place! Atmosphere is nice for parties, dates, girls nights, whatever! Frozen drinks are the bomb! Food is good, service has been good every time I went. The place is always clean. I've brought my grandkids a few times with no problems. City pack is 1 of my all time favorites!

🫤 Nobody there seems to want to actually work. When you ask for help they all seem to be “new” and can’t help you and just say they don’t know. It’s easier and less stressful to just order on line!!!
