This is the second time I go to this location and was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. The first time I went and spent a good amount of money buying a mother's present, had my mom not liked the brand I would have never came. This second time I went once again with a sibling because yet again she likes the brand and we were ignored the entire time compared to the other customers who were not of color. The only person who actually offered or even showed some interest was the nice lady named Maris. All the older women that work at this establishment could learn a few things from her. Poor service. 0/10 don't recommend

No one acknowledged us when we came in, or as we stood in line waiting for someone to help. I thought it was due to them being busy but as soon as a white couple walked in they were immediately greeted and the worker ran over to help them. Honestly really disappointing as I was excited to resize a present I had gotten for Christmas and left feeling so bad.

This Kendra Scott location is the best one!! They have the nicest and most helpful staff. Lexi and Aliya have top tier quality customer service and soooo much patience when selecting styles, stones, colors, etc. They remember my mom and I every single time as if we were the best of friends! We always want to come back to this location because of the amazing service. Thank you!!

Today, I went to the Towne Lake Boardwalk KS store to review the new release. Lexy (who has helped me before), had SO much patience to help me pick my stone colors... Aliya was also GREAT with me when checking out. Great job Shanelle!

Great store for my wife to shop as she bought a pair of earrings. I didnt like the fact that we were followed by the sales person in the black dress who stood literally 2 feet behind us the entire time. Its people like us who still visit store fronts and support local businesses. I really disliked the fact that the sales person followed more so my wife around as if we were there to shoplift. My wife loves Kendra Scott's products, but the in store experience wasn't pleasant today.

Sue was AMAZING it was raining horrible that day. I had to run across the parking lot. I had screen shot what I was getting my wife and my best friends wife for their birthdays. I showed her my phone, she called the back and I was out of there in 5 min. Awesome experience. They had what I wanted to get. The customer service was impeccable even through I was dripping wet from the monsoon that I had to run through and got water all over the store!!!! Thank you Sue for awesome service.

The sales team here was very helpful. They assisted us with making our final selections and overall had a pleasant experience. This location is a smaller store and a wide selection of clearance options.

It's just amazing girls working there,so helpful dressed very nicely and all Kendra is so attractive on them.Great job ladies and defenetly coming back soon!

No repairs or returns after 30 days. No sense in buying jewelry my wife can't wear.

I love the location and the variety at this store. All of the sales associates are very friendly and eager to help. One sales associate in particular was so helpful when I was purchasing several teacher gifts in May. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and put together a few custom options for me as well at the color bar. I had about 7 or so gifts and she even took the time to gift wrap and label them for me. My best experience at KS, thank you Jaime B!!!

Ashley was seriously SO HELPFUL the last time my girlfriend and I were there! We had a couple of pieces that were broken that needed replacing as well as single earrings needing a new pair and she patiently and kindly helped us sort out what was needed for each piece one by one. Even when the store suddenly got very busy, she maintained the same level of kindness and attentiveness like we were the only people in the store. She was very knowledgeable of sales and promotions and helped us get a great deal on all of our pieces. Thank you, Ashley, for everything!!

Maris goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I called this morning and she walked me through my color bar options without having to come in the store. She sent me pics of side by side so that I could make the right decision between two colors. She made the whole process super simple and easy and was so friendly. When shopping at this location, you will be so lucky if you get to work with her!!

Extremely surprised that the store refused to do an exchange for me today. I was told that an online purchase could not be exchanged in store and that I would need to mail the item back for an exchange. Clearly the women whom I interacted with today has ZERO clue about exchange or return policies. I knew the exchange could be accepted in store but refuse to tell an employee what they should know about the business that pays them. I gladly made my way to the store at La Centerra in Katy and had ZERO issues. Although the Towne Lake store is closer to me, I won't be returning and will make La Centerra my store for future in-store purchases.

Melody and Maris helped me while I was there for over an hour picking out earrings at the color bar and these two ladies were awesome... especially Maris... who was helping every step of the way!! Thanks for the best customer service ladies!💞👍🙏

Outdated process for the online ordering process. I ordered and paid online purposely for fast checkout, received the email confirmation the items was ready for pickup, but the store staff made me make the line to get my item ordered which was ready on a desk behind the cashier. The store was not staff short, and it was not a busy time, just outdated process for online pickup.

Tried to go by this KS today at 2 pm and doors were locked. No one answered when I knocked or called the store. Store hours are posted as 12-6 on Sundays, and the same was reiterated on the recorded KS message.

I have been to this location several times. 3 stars because of service. Half the time I get great service and the other half I don’t. Besides the customer service the jewelry is very pretty.

Very well kept Kendra Scott and it was the least crowded of the others I've visited on the weekends. They seemed to have less in stock than the other locations though so I ended up driving to The Woodlands to get the necklace that I wanted. But this is a very convenient location!
