Update: 3/16/2023 Leslie at the front desk is so helpful. All morning she’s been making sure everything has gotten done correctly!! I APPRECIATE HELPING HANDS!!! Whewww!! Thankful for this new staffff!!! Please please keep these ladies around!! UPDATE: 3/3/2023 OMG! Someone listened! We got new staff! Mrs. Abraham is awesome! She actually CARES & LISTENS & UNDERSTANDS!! Geez!! This is all we’ve asked for someone with compassion about there job! This was the first time in years since Dr. Bassett left that I’ve felt comfortable, relaxed, heard! Wheww! THANK YOU GOD! He does answer prayers! Amen! Definitely going 5 STAR ⭐️ I’m looking forward to improving my health and taking this journey with Mrs. Abraham! Last review from: 2020-2021 RUN RUN RUN!! NURSE SEARRA IS THE WORSE!!! THIS LADY SHOULDN’T BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AT ALL!!! This is the worst place to get care from! Don’t go! Lazy workers! NO NP stays very long so they will never know their patient! They assume the worst of you without looking up their patients files, but they can’t see the files because nothing in the system is up to date or current! This place needs to be honestly closed down! It’s a MONEY PIT FOR INSURANCE FRAUD! Yes I said it! I’ve never had so many test ran on me in my life for absolutely no reason! I come in pain, I leave in pain! I come hurting I leave hurting! Listen find you a real doctor who cares about their patients and not pushing numbers! I’ve dealt with this place for 3-4 years and all I have gotten was 800 IBUS! A joke! Over the counter medicine! It’s seriously a joke! This isn’t a doctors office, it’s a place for the reject hires and nurses! I’ve never once SEEN A SKILLED DOCTOR!!

I took my son for a physical exam and the only thing the doctor did was listen to his heart and lungs. I feel like our time was wasted. The staff were not attentive and the floor was filthy.

Let me start off by saying I had a amazing experience from start to finish. The check in process was smooth. I was created by a cheerful MA by the name of Wendy she was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable as I was nervous about my appointment. Once she was done going through everything I was met by the NP Melissa Bassett she is AMAZING very thorough and she made me feel like I was her top priority all the way through my appointment. I do not getting labs done but Samantha was a Pro at doing this no complaints here! I recommend Crosspointe Cypress location the staff is friendly and efficient!

Great medical clinic. The front desk staff and the medical assistants were very nice and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner is knowledgeable and understanding. She took the time to go over my diagnosis and discuss my treatment options. A great experience. Highly recommend!

For over a month I have been trying to get a routine physical. 3 times they cancelled on me the day before because "there would be no doctor present". When I expressed frustration the final time they hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!

First off the staff was amazing. It was clean in the waiting area. The rooms were clean the bathroom was clean and smelled great. My doctor was awesome she listen to my every needing concern she explained everything even went to the length of giving me a website to continue my studying she made every need. The lab technician was also gentle and took her time I had a smile on my face all the way out the door

The doctor and the staff are AMAZING. Felt comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived.

Everyone at Crosspointe Medical in Cypress is amazing! They always take care of everything I need. Dr. Bassett actually listens to you and spends time with you to address all your needs. Most doctors offices the doctor comes in, you see them for 5 minutes and then they are gone. Crosspointe Medical you actually sit down with the doctor and have a conversation. Samantha is super sweet and very professional. She takes vitals and checks in with you at the beginning of each appointment. I refer all my family and friends here and not one complaint.

This location is filled with great loving and caring staff. When I go in to see nurse practitioner Bassett I am always excited to go due to her listening and caring for me. The staff is amazing and I would totally recommend to my friends and family. I love this place and would recommend anyone. That’s how stoke I am of this place. Before I forget Samantha is as great help as anyone in there!

I've been a patient at the Cypress location for almost a year and have had incredible service each time. Leslie M. at the front desk is fantastic and always extremely helpful. She's successfully helped me navigate scheduling questions and is always incredibly patient, kind, and professional. I've also had one of the best blood draw experiences ever with a phlebotomist also named Kristina. My time under L. Abraham's care has been great. She performed a 'well woman' exam on me and made what can be an invasive procedure feel less stressful.

From the moment I called to make my appointment to the time I was attended to — I was greeted with attentiveness and professionalism. They tested my niece, nephew, and myself right on schedule. They were quick and efficient, but still super informative and best of all — they made us feel at ease. The turn-around Time was incredible and faster than any other testing site I have been to. We received our results within only 2 days. I would definitely recommend everyone to get your testing done at Crosspointe Medical Clinic — you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this office staff. The experience at the Crosspointe Cypress office is everything that going to the doctor should be and more. It’s very rare to find the level of service that’s shown to each and every patient the enters this off. The personal attention, genuine kindness, and impeccable care provided is priceless. I had several health issues when I first visited their office and now I’m on a great path to a completely healthy life. Words can’t describe how glad I am that finally found a medical provider that truly cares. Alway nice and professional l. When i moved here almost 2 yrs ago i had been to like 3 clinics i wasnt pleased with. When i found this one I was amazed of the treatment. Never a wait time. If your looking for a dr this is the place.

I've called several times at different hours- no one answers the phones. I've left several voicemails, no one returns my calls. I've tried contacting them through the website, no one answers me there either.
