My family and I've been a member for about 2 years and enjoy the facilities and the staff. But today they exceeded my expectations by far. I feel that I can't find words to eloquently express how amazing the staff were. I decided to have my son's 7th birthday party in the kids academy. It was a 3-hour/ 2 activity event. Bridgette, Morgan, and Gage were my party hosts for the day. They made everything so easy, from setting up everything, controlling the party, providing sanitizer to each individual child before serving food and cake, cleaning up, packing up everything and loading my car, and literally everything else. They were so great with the kids, attitudes were so pleasant and helpful. They hosted all of the games and activities. The kids were so tired and had so much fun. I can't say enough how thankful I am. The kids truly enjoyed themselves and I was able to have a great time with the party without having to do much of anything. This was by far the best birthday party I've had for either of my children thanks to those three.

Pay about $250 a month and I literally can’t get in a class even with a reservation. They let people bum rush the door and take your reservation at the five minute mark. I was literally getting a weight in the class and someone stole my spot. They (managers and front desk) said too bad. I signed up two teens specifically to use the basketball gym all summer. NOPE. They make tons off the kids summer classes and fill the courts with kids. My teens can’t even go so it’s a huge waste. I pay $250 for a treadmill I can use at home for free. Not worth the hype. OPEN THE BASKETBALL COURTS…. FOR BASKETBALL!!! This is a gym, not just a childcare facility.

Update: 02/07/23 -1 Star Amenities are great but the price is going up and services is starting to decrease. The once exclusive gym has now had a huge increase in membership. Especially a younger crowd. You will currently struggle to find open/available equipment. (See updated pictures). For this service and availability I am highly considering going else were such as LA Fitness as it is close to similar but at half the cost. Update: 11/21/22 Prices are getting higher and services are remaining the same or getting worse. If things don't improve, I might leave lifetime after many years of membership. Original: What this facility has is very nice. This location is new, everything is kept clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly. I do wish it had other services that other Life time centers offer but for what it does have it is good. Review is based on: Locker rooms, pools, fitness center, group classes.

It is by far the nicest, spa I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I walked around for 30 minutes just enjoying all this club's offerings. I'd say, if u can afford it, u shud join! Truly a 5 star experience!

I’ve never done anything to my hair, but Tai Lynn at the spa was the best. She guided me through the process and she was awesome and professional. I highly recommend her :)

Gym is very nice, but parking lot is not safe. Car got broken into at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning while a security guard was present. 15 cars in total got broken into and the security guard saw nothing. The police officer that came said that this is a frequent occurrence here. I cancelled because for $300 a month for a family of 3, I can’t afford to replace broken windows on my vehicle every few months. When this happened, I contacted the club and asked for the manager to call me and never got a phone call.

Over price, no close parking lot available most of the time, if the equipment is out of service, they will not fix it! they just take it out! No light gym ball No thick mat Dirty swimming pool sometimes Don’t follow corporate roles! Other lifetime has different workout equipment which to my knowledge they should be all the same! Sauna is not hot at all No Wi-Fi in looker room and sauna Nice and hard-work housekeeper Nice receptions Clean looker room and bathroom

I joined lifetime in the winter of 2021. I go to the Cypress location, Cinco Ranch location, and the city center location and out of all three I truly enjoy the cypress location THE most (all 3 have their pros and cons). The Cypress location is definitely the cleanest for me and I l appreciate how they are always stocked up on towels and all other locker room/shower necessities. Their staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I bring my 17 month old son to the child care (brought him since he was 11 months) and they’re very kind and welcoming every single time I bring him. There was an instance where I had billing issues (just miscommunication) and they took care of it without question and very quickly which I genuinely appreciated. I have been a member of every major fitness club one can think of over many many years and I will say that lifetime might be on the higher end of monthly dues but it’s definitely worth it for me and family.

While I do enjoy this gym because it has a great kids program, they are not clear on the "complimentary" sessions they offer. I was told when I started I could cancel the swim lessons on the last session to avoid a charge if I decided not to continue. On the last session, this other person stated I had to do it a month before? This is a way for them to take extra money. Very shady. I don't like businesses that offer something "free" and then trick you into paying an extra month for something you would not have done otherwise. Not everyone that comes here has almost $200 to spare. As far as the facilities, it is clean and they maintain everything well.

Superb location, excellent atmosphere, extremely clean, friendly and very helpful staff and huge selection of excellent equipments. I got a chance to get in this location I was surprised with the services they are offering I signed up for a family membership. It’s very affordable, limitless classes with and without instructors. Spa and Salon services are also offered on premises. Very nice cafe and outdoor swimming pool is very attractive I highly recommended this facility.

Nice club staff is friendly, my truck got broken into on a Saturday parked on the outer spaces and about 10 others. Cost me $400 to replace window would have been nice to see some gesture from the club since the security guard that day happen to be off…. Also why do 26 and under get to pay less but use the same amenities that people over 26 do? Makes the gym over crowded and defeats why I pay $250 a month. Charge $400 a month and throw some security gates on the entrances and keep it 5 star how about that.

Joins the club due to closeness to home and despite the high membership fees. I’m paying $420 for my family. More times than not I have to wait for the equipment I need, which is the same situation at much more reasonably priced gyms. Me and my family had to travel on short notice and and wanted to “suspend” my account for a month but they said it’s their policy to have a 30 day notice. I wonder what kind of requirement is that? I understand if you want to cancel but to just suspend, that does not make sense if you know that we’ll be back. By the way front desk is snobby most of the time. Expected much better customer service. Very disappointed.

It’s a bit overcrowded but that’s normal with any gym. However it would be nice if they cleaned the equipment more often during this time and perhaps expanded considering the price being $250. Zach at the front desk is great and very helpful, he’s the reason for the additional star.

Not worth the price at all. My family is paying upwards of $300 a month, all for a below-average gym. On my first visit, I was greeted by a horde of middle and high schoolers who had taken just about every machine (besides cardio). I noticed that there was only ONE leg press machine with plates, which is absolutely pathetic. Crunch has 3, and their most expensive membership is $30 a month. The gym is absolutely tiny, the club looks big from the outside but it’s all amenities (which are nice, but I’m paying for the gym). The actual free weights, presses, and curl machines will always have a wait time. If you’re a rich suburban mom wanting nothing more than cardio to flex your membership to all of your Wine Wednesday girlies, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a pleasurable workout club that is actually worth the money, go to LA fitness for half the price.

If you're looking for a gym with great amenities and equipment, then this gym might not be the one for you. While the gym has some decent equipment, the busy hours can be overwhelming, making it difficult to find a free machine. Additionally, the gym's top manager appears to be less concerned about clients' needs, as evidenced by the lack of attention to the gym's wifi issues, despite the high membership fee of $190 per month. On the positive side, the housekeeper and receptionist are doing a fantastic job. The gym is always clean, and the receptionist is helpful and friendly. They make the gym a pleasant environment to be in, despite the issues mentioned above. In conclusion, if you're looking for a gym with great amenities and attentive management, this gym might not be the right fit for you. However, if you're okay with some limitations and looking for a clean and friendly environment, this gym might be worth checking out.

Wonderful environment that encourages a healthy lifestyle all around. All the amenities for the entire family make it well worth the price. Swimming lesson instructors and pool lifeguards are great, group fitness classes are fun - Skye is my favorite 😊

I was on vacation in Houston over a weekend about a weekish ago and this was the lifetime I chose to stop in too and I quite enjoyed this lifetime it is very similar to the one I'm membership to and I very much enjoy that the hot tubs are in the locker rooms. I travel to a lot of Lifetime gyms over the years and it's really nice to have the newer gyms instead of the ones that are 15 plus years old to visit. I didn't have very many reactions with the workers they seemed Pleasant. I will definitely visit again I'd like to go to maybe some of the other lifetimes too they're in Houston but I did quite enjoy this one and I've been a member with lifetime since 2017 I only went in to go to the hot tub in the locker room so I didn't look much at the rest of the gym but I mean it seems quite comparable to the gym I'm a member of so I'm sure it's very nice

The atmosphere is always a given. The classes are always enjoyable, the staffs are great. The only thing is the price but overall great quality service.

This is a sweet gym with excellent personable guidance and workout classes. However, if you are looking for a good yoga class or yoga studio go elsewhere. The yoga classes are either for extremely experienced or very beginner with nothing in between to cater to experienced but not professional yogis. There is no assistance or accommodation from the yoga leader to cater the classes to requests from guests.

The employees here are awesome! Shout out to Nick at the front desk for going out of his way to help my wife with a tech issue. But the guy who inspired me to write this is Nobel who works at LifeCafe. I don’t think he necessarily wants me to publicly say what he did for me, but it was a huge favor. Waaay above and beyond what anyone would expect from a stranger. Thank you sir. You are a good guy.

Fantastic gym. The facilities and classes offered are impressive! Child membership program is second to none with a wide variety of classes offered as well as parent nights out as part of your membership. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because on-top of a very steep monthly membership cost, they now also charge an additional surcharge to access the outdoor pool and slides for the summer period. It is closed off season. All other gyms offer this free so a bit disappointed when they started doing this last year. They have also increased their rates a couple times over the last 12 months when the facilities and programs remain the same. But still a great gym and highly recommended.

The gym is nice, clean, and everyone is so friendly there. This is a review on instructors, all the classes are great, challenging and the instructors are nice. The instructor Skye is on another level. If you have the opportunity to take one of her classes, she is so warm, welcoming and treats everyone with kindness and such an encouraging personality. You might have never met her before but she will approach you like she has known you for awhile. Her classes are challenging but she makes it so much fun!! She is a must to schedule a class with!!

The gym is large and has a wide variety of exercise and cardio machines. There are many tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and pools. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The cafe is also nice and has a wide variety of things to eat and drink most of which are healthy. Even at the busiest times I could get on a machine quickly. I currently work out there 6 days a week. The only draw back is price. It’s a bit steep for a gym but it has most amenities. Do a trial membership. Then decide.

I absolutely love having a membership at Lifetime in Cypress. Anthony at the concierge gave me a tour and signed me up for a membership back in January 2023. He is extremely helpful and always takes good care of me when I have any questions. The facility is very clean, instructors/ classes are fabulous..very challenging (in a good way to get the results you want!) I also have a toddler that attends the kid care camp. They do tons of activities with her. Karla and Alejandro are amazing with her. Will continue to be lifetime customer as long as they don’t continue to raise the prices! Lol

It's great if you're new and a beginner but if you're seasoned you'll get frustrated at the insane amount of people constantly at this gym. Even at 4:30 in the mornings you still have to fight for gym equipment and the ridiculous amount of Alpha classes utilizing the barbell racks section during peak times between 5am and 7am. The only class I like is dance jam and a few others but that's it. Also parking is crazy, like really really crazy. But then again I guess that's because this area has outgrown itself with all the new apartments and houses that keep popping up on every corner. Every business including the nearby HEB is overcrowded. Time for another gym in this area to give Lifetime some competition.

I have joined a few fitness clubs, most of the reasons are hygiene issues. This gym was also introduced by a friend. I felt good at first, but I gradually found that the hygiene and cleaning time here are unpleasant, especially in this virus environment. middle.
