CONS- 1. Staff is not transparent with all information needed when signing up. 2. The free intro class is at 7pm, which is perfectly scheduled. But it kinda fools you into thinking you can take your classes at that time any day. You can't. 2. Staff don't let you know that scheduling is horrible; it's very difficult to get into classes. Beginner classes fill fast. 3. If you work business hours and prefer to attend after 5pm, good luck. There is only one class after 5 for beginners, and it is always full. 4. You can request to be on the waiting list, but rarely works out. There is an APP for scheduling that will tell you where you are on the waiting list but you have to keep checking. There just isn't enough space for the amount of clients they have. 5. I was notified one hour before the scheduled class time that there was a spot for me from the waiting list. Of course, I can't drop everything on a Saturday morning to get there in an hour. 6. This is not a facility that you can just show up and work out. You must be on the schedule. 7. I canceled my membership because classes were not available. I'm only available after 5pm, and the classes were always full. The only time i could get on the scedule was when i requested over a month in advance. The facility is simply not big enough. They should have more stations for more clients. 8. When signing up, we were told that we must provide 30-day notice in person to cancel. I had no problem with this policy. However, when I went up there to cancel, the young lady told me her manager wasn't there for me to cancel. I told her I wasn't coming back, and I needed to fill out the cancelation forms. She said she didn't have them. I asked her to send me a confirmation email of me coming in-person to cancel because i was told it must be cancelled in-person; she did send the email. She told me that I would be charged the next cycle. I told her that my understanding was that I needed to give a 30-day notice, and it would be prorated. She said "yes, it used to be like that, but it was too confusing so we just charge the full monthly amount, but you can use the facility the whole month". What the hell? They just changed it to make more money. She then said her manager would call me the next day. That didn't happen. I went home and read the contract. It states I must give a 30-day notice. It does not say the notice needs to be in-person, nor does it say I would be charged the full last month which extends past the 30 days notice. I waited to see what they would charge before leaving this review, and of course, they charged my card the full 179.00/month. Guess they roll the dice that no one would complain or threaten an attorney over 100 bucks. And they are right, I won't. But it's worth my time to let readers know my experience. PROS- 1. The facility is clean. 2. If you don't work or have obligations during regular business hours, it's fine.

Disappointed by the lack of transparency from this establishment. After I took the intro class, the 8 classes per month were advertised as the best value. I said I wanted to try it out and Ruth told me that it had to be for at least 3 months (specifically because that's when you would see results). She failed to mention that this 3 month "trial" is actually a membership that you must give notice 30 days in advance to cancel with a 3 month minimum (so tell them at month 2). It is not uncommon for places to have standards in place for membership cancellations- however, my issue is this was never brought to my attention when signing up for what I was thinking would be a three month trial. It was only in the small print of the document you quickly sign. Some people will say that is on you, however, in 5 star establishments, they are clear so they don't have these sort of issues. After pointing this out to Ruth, she told me there was nothing she could do to avoid charging me for one month since I wasn't giving a month's notice. That is absolutely false. Well managed establishments have exceptions for these types of things, especially when it wasn't communicated by the staff. On a positive note, I did enjoy Heather's class sessions. Ruth was also fair in switching classes over between months if you had personal reasons for doing so. Personal circumstances in addition to not being completely sold during my "three month trial" led me to cancel my membership. It is incredibly expensive. I have a friend who used to go to Club Pilates but has switched over to Lifetime Fitness. She loves the unlimited barre classes and included childcare for a way cheaper price than Club Pilates. I would definitely recommend checking that out and saving yourself from an inflexible management system that "has no power" around their hidden 30 day cancellation notice policy. Apologize for the novel but details are important if you are going to leave a 1-star review.

Beautiful location. Parking is a beast but once you get inside the view is peaceful. Did an intro class which does a little bit of each exercise to introduce you to what they offer. They have the reformers which I really like and also had other equipment I had not worked with before. Wish they had an option to buy a class at a time. You either sign up for a membership or packages but with my work schedule and the amount of traveling we do I cannot commit to a membership and would prefer to pay as I go. I do highly recommend this location. Everyone was very nice and polite. Equipment is top notch.

I took the intro class. I liked the look of the studio and everyone seemed nice. I wanted to see how my body responds and I wanted to shop around to see where I felt most comfortable. I couldn’t do that because they offer a special (179 Vs 199/month for 8 classes with 3 month commitment and $23 sign up Vs $99) but that special is only good the day of the intro. I specifically asked how long I had from that day to decide and was told it is an intro special so only today. Well- I signed up but another place on my radar was very transparent by listing prices online and they are less expensive with very rave reviews. The intro class had about 8 people- they talk to you all at once and you can ask questions about whatever and then everyone signs up one by one standing around each other. I didn’t have the chance to shop around so I don’t know if it’s like that everywhere but with the still expensive special lasting only that day- it felt pressured to sign up. I had asked an employee that if I were to decide to keep attending after the 3 months if I’d keep the same cost per month and I was told it would go up to the original price. Later the manager Ruth said that after the 3 months it would be billed month to month and you lock in that price. So that was contradictory but I’d take Ruth’s word. Anyway, this was my experience at intro I haven’t taken a class but the intro alone made me feel things in my core that I haven’t felt in a long long time so although the sign up experience was not the best and it is more expensive than places with more and better reviews, I’m excited for my body to experience these classes and I can always change to a less expensive and privately owned studio in the future. Support local 🥳💜

Last year I saw several posts advertising Club Pilates in Towne Lake. I really had no idea what Pilates was but decided to sign up for the free Intro class. Sonia was the instructor and she did a great job going through the equipment and explaining the goals of Pilates. I decided to sign up and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive and never hesitate to answer any questions or make a modification if needed. I also like the small class size. The manager and front desk staff are very friendly and also very helpful. They want to ensure that teach member has a positive experience. I have now been with Club Pilates for about 14 months and it has definitely help me tone, tighten and build my core strength.

I started my membership last week, and I’ve been enjoying Pilates immensely! One of my friends is a member at the Memorial location, and I finally tried Pilates with her. I’ve been looking for a form of exercise I can be consistent at, and so far Pilates has exceeded my expectations. The staff are very nice. They were upfront about the membership policies - commit to three months and have 30 days notification if you want to cancel. I’ve loved all my instructors so far. They are good at giving individual instruction if you aren’t doing the exercises correctly - I appreciate that since I’m new and I have difficulty with posture and proprioception.

This is an awesome studio! I had never taken Pilates before trying this studio over a year ago and now I am hooked! The instructors are very good. The all have wonderfully varied classes at all fitness levels and work very hard to make sure you are doing the movements correctly to get the most our of your work out. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The studio is very well run and managed. The manager is very responsive to the members and has done a wonderful job accommodating members' requests for schedule changes and class additions. She is always available to answer questions about classes and memberships and you can tell she really cares about the studio and all the members. I highly recommend this studio!

I’ve been a member for a little over a month now and I LOVE Pilates! Everyone at Cub Pilates Towne Lake has been friendly and knowledgeable. Beth, LeeAnn, Jillian and Damien at the front desk all know my name. I’m already reaping the benefits with my core strength and posture. My workout is different every time and that’s one thing I love.

I have been a member of Club Pilates Towne Lake for over 6 months and I LOVE it! I am continually challenged in my practice and the instructors/staff are AMAZING! I added a membership for my daughter shortly after mine -The only complaint she has is that she can’t get there more often because of her school schedule! Can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates Towne Lake!

I joined Club Pilates 8 months ago and it’s been the best “hobby” for me! I love that each of the instructors has a different style and each class challenges you in a different way. The instructors truly care about members and want them to be successful. They offer options for those who are new and for those who are more advanced. I’ve also enjoyed getting to know other members and look forward to seeing them in classes throughout the week. Some classes fill up quickly and well in advance, but I’ve always been successful getting in by using the wait list. My favorite classes are the Cardio Sculpt sessions.

This year I was determined to find a workout that will strengthen my body, increase flexibility, and leave me energized, I was lucky to have found this Pilates gym! I am new to this exercise and was nervous at first but from the moment I first walked into the gym, Abi has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. She took the time to get to know me, understand their fitness goals, and help them create a personalized plan. I've always felt comfortable asking questions or seeking advice from Abi and she is always happy to provide guidance and support.

Club Pilates Towne Lake feels like home. Since day one the staff and instructors have been helpful, comforting and so knowledgeable! Aby and Ruth are delightful to speak with, and I'v found the reformer workouts to be the most incredible adjunct to my running career. My core is stronger, I'm more flexible...and my running has improved significantly! Thanks Club Pilates Towne Lake for making a girl feel at home!

I have to say I have never done pilates before and I absolutely LOVED my intro class. The Manager (I believe her name was Ruth) and other instructors were so nice and welcoming. They took their time explaining everything and didn't make me bad for it being my first time. I will definitely be going back. Thank you club pilates and than you Ms. Ruth for welcoming me.

Very unprofessional, after requesting to cancel my membership the receptionist lady told my that would be my last payment, they still charged me next month due to that my account went negative, took forever to be able to get in touch with the manager, because the receptionist said only she can handle this situation (all this my account still negative, can’t spent any money) at the end of it all, never got in touch with the manager, they said no refund. Classes were alright. I started Pilates for better my health after a car accident didn’t feel much of a difference that’s y I canceled.
