CONS-
1.
Staff
is
not
transparent
with
all
information
needed
when
signing
up.
2.
The
free
intro
class
is
at
7pm,
which
is
perfectly
scheduled.
But
it
kinda
fools
you
into
thinking
you
can
take
your
classes
at
that
time
any
day.
You
can't.
2.
Staff
don't
let
you
know
that
scheduling
is
horrible;
it's
very
difficult
to
get
into
classes.
Beginner
classes
fill
fast.
3.
If
you
work
business
hours
and
prefer
to
attend
after
5pm,
good
luck.
There
is
only
one
class
after
5
for
beginners,
and
it
is
always
full.
4.
You
can
request
to
be
on
the
waiting
list,
but
rarely
works
out.
There
is
an
APP
for
scheduling
that
will
tell
you
where
you
are
on
the
waiting
list
but
you
have
to
keep
checking.
There
just
isn't
enough
space
for
the
amount
of
clients
they
have.
5.
I
was
notified
one
hour
before
the
scheduled
class
time
that
there
was
a
spot
for
me
from
the
waiting
list.
Of
course,
I
can't
drop
everything
on
a
Saturday
morning
to
get
there
in
an
hour.
6.
This
is
not
a
facility
that
you
can
just
show
up
and
work
out.
You
must
be
on
the
schedule.
7.
I
canceled
my
membership
because
classes
were
not
available.
I'm
only
available
after
5pm,
and
the
classes
were
always
full.
The
only
time
i
could
get
on
the
scedule
was
when
i
requested
over
a
month
in
advance.
The
facility
is
simply
not
big
enough.
They
should
have
more
stations
for
more
clients.
8.
When
signing
up,
we
were
told
that
we
must
provide
30-day
notice
in
person
to
cancel.
I
had
no
problem
with
this
policy.
However,
when
I
went
up
there
to
cancel,
the
young
lady
told
me
her
manager
wasn't
there
for
me
to
cancel.
I
told
her
I
wasn't
coming
back,
and
I
needed
to
fill
out
the
cancelation
forms.
She
said
she
didn't
have
them.
I
asked
her
to
send
me
a
confirmation
email
of
me
coming
in-person
to
cancel
because
i
was
told
it
must
be
cancelled
in-person;
she
did
send
the
email.
She
told
me
that
I
would
be
charged
the
next
cycle.
I
told
her
that
my
understanding
was
that
I
needed
to
give
a
30-day
notice,
and
it
would
be
prorated.
She
said
"yes,
it
used
to
be
like
that,
but
it
was
too
confusing
so
we
just
charge
the
full
monthly
amount,
but
you
can
use
the
facility
the
whole
month".
What
the
hell?
They
just
changed
it
to
make
more
money.
She
then
said
her
manager
would
call
me
the
next
day.
That
didn't
happen.
I
went
home
and
read
the
contract.
It
states
I
must
give
a
30-day
notice.
It
does
not
say
the
notice
needs
to
be
in-person,
nor
does
it
say
I
would
be
charged
the
full
last
month
which
extends
past
the
30
days
notice.
I
waited
to
see
what
they
would
charge
before
leaving
this
review,
and
of
course,
they
charged
my
card
the
full
179.00/month.
Guess
they
roll
the
dice
that
no
one
would
complain
or
threaten
an
attorney
over
100
bucks.
And
they
are
right,
I
won't.
But
it's
worth
my
time
to
let
readers
know
my
experience.
PROS-
1.
The
facility
is
clean.
2.
If
you
don't
work
or
have
obligations
during
regular
business
hours,
it's
fine.
