I try to stay clear from pet stores unless it is for toys, HOWEVER the new Pet Supplies opened in at this location and in Tomball have been my favorite by far. I go to this one because it is on the way home from work, and the staff has been magnificant each time I've gone it. Redford is the dog food I have been steadily buying, and my dogs love it, and have had zero issues. My tan pup is Puddin, and is VERY picky and has a very sensitive stomach. She had no issues transitioning what so ever! I am one happy fur mama!

This store is incredible. The selection of cat toys surpasses all other pet supply stores I have visited. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of discounted Christmas toys and treats. I will for sure be back!

Super cool pet store. They had a lot of cat toys, which is awesome because it’s hard to find stores with good selection. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. I will be back to this location!

I tried calling the store in attempt to give feedback about our experience(s) with the groomer named Stephanie and her lackluster approach to customer service and grooming. However, the young man who just answered the phone placed me immediately on hold before I could request a manager. I initially held the line 5 minutes before hanging up and trying not twice more, but three times before giving up! I have a miniature Schnauzer and a Husky. The miniature schnauzer was shaved completely by Stephanie because she claimed her coat was too matted and she sent a highlighted printed document home to scald us on proper coat care. Today, we attempted to try getting our husky cut (only because PetSuites doesn’t currently have a groomer, and it’s scalding outside. Otherwise they both would’ve gone back there..) My daughter explained to Stephanie how we wanted her cut and Stephanie told my daughter that she would need to use clippers to shave my Husky - unacceptable! When my daughter explained how clippers can ruin the integrity of her coat the groomer was nonchalant as she explained how she’d only been grooming (6) months, offered no resolve whatsoever so we canceled the appointment. Moral of the story… Keep your animal grooming at “official” groomers - not this place! A mess!

I feel like I shop here at least once a week for our adorable huskies and tabby cat. Pet Supply Plus has a great rewards program that I use all the time and love the curbside and delivery options. The Earth Animal no-hide bones I get here are almost impossible to find anywhere else. Pet Supply Plus rocks!

Wonderful service they are learning mine and my dog's name. The Manager does not mind helping at all she and her employees are super sweet. Lov having them close by.

Decided to go after church with my family, I have two younger daughters and they absolutely loved it! I was able to shop and get everything I needed while they were busy occupied looking at some dogs people were bringing in. Overall very nice and clean store and I was able to find everything I needed! I recommend for other families as well 😁

The “Manager” of this establishment accused me and my friends of breaking into their dumpster and throwing cases of beer bottles into it because we were outside of another establishment close by enjoying a beer! How ridiculous does this sound?!?! Do better Pet supplies plus! You just lost my business for good and everyone I know will know what type of employees you have there! What type of corporation would allow this?!?! I will blast this all over every social media page I have!

We LOVE the self serve pet baths. It's $11. So convenient! $1 dog cookie on the way out for our annoyed senior canine made it even better. Thank you we will be back again soon.

I went here looking for fish supplies and a couple new fish friends to add to my daughter's tank. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who helped me as they are clearly my new friend now. They walked me through the different option of air stones including the pros and cons (do be sure what sizing you need as I bought tubing that did not fit my new air stone) and they also helped me with getting specific fish I needed. Their fish selection wasn't very big, but they were also getting a shipment in with more in a few days so that could have just been a timing thing. They have a 7 day wellness thing for fish, in case they don't make it once uou get them home, but the two buddies we got thrived once here. I haven't been back, but I will be! The staff was eager to help and knowledgeable which is super welcoming, oh AND a major plus, they have tasty gourmet dog treats!

My new pet supply store. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They had everything I needed for my Yorkie and the prices were reasonable and affordable.

Really like this store. The level of customer service here far exceeds that of competitors like Petco and the other big one. They have a good selection of pet supplies at competitive prices. The staff has been very friendly and offers to assist. That's right, one doesn't need to go looking for an employee for help. They also offer services like bathing and grooming plus a self service wash station. Having just gotten a new puppy, this is our go-to store for pet needs.

I usually shop at the new location in Kingwood but decided to stop by this location since i was in the area and all i can say is Wow! This franchise has definitely won me over. By far the cleanest store and friendliest staff around, i definitely recommend coming here!! I love my kingwood store but this location should be the standard for everything!!

My 12 year old son and I have been coming here to utilize the pet cleaning area. Very inexpensive and access to all of the supplies they set out for washing your pet. We love it and my son enjoys taking care of his animal in this way.

My first time there was a wonderful shopping experience. The pet bakery near me closed so I was hoping to find one that wasn't so pricy. I was thrilled to know they had a good supply of baked treats for my fur buddy and the worker was friendly. Over all, great store and I'll be returning soon

Excellent experience! Stephanie the groomer did an excellent job on our 120lb Alaskan Malamute. We were so pleased with her patience and time she took to ensure that she did the best possible job for our girl who had some matting and going through a coat blow to top it all off. Long coat Alaskan Malamutes are NOT an easy grooming job. Stephanie made her look like a new dog, and was kind and courteous the whole time. She even made sure our girl was able to take a break and rest for a bit in-between as it took hours. Stephanie, you are a Rock Star, and we will be seeing you again tomorrow for part 2! LOL Thank you!!

Came here to buy stuff for a turtle and did not know what I needed. One of the owners helped me out with what I needed and helped me figure out what kind of turtle I had. Very nice, kid friendly, and very educated on pets. Thank you 💗
