We have never been welcomed, anywhere, like we were welcomed by Albert in Larnaca. The best host ever, big man, big heart, beautiful soul, so attentive from the first contact until our departure. He was taking care of us throughout the day and night, great recommendations, big big thanks for everything! The place itself is spotless! So much attention to details, impeccably clean, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, perfect WiFi and AC, beautiful garden setting for hanging out outside... it is just perfect! Just a few minutes of nice walk to everything in the old town, plenty of restaurants to choose from in a walking distance beach is also very close and you don't need a car for anything. We've unfortunately spent only two days here, but on our next visit to Larnaca this is going to be our base for &ure.

Everything was clean in the apartment. The location is quite close to the beach and the local convenience store (6-7min walk) which extends further into the street full of bars and restaurants. Worth noting is that the area is very quiet during the day and we had no disturbances not even once during our stay!

Let's put it this way, the location is great, not far from the sea, the room is good and clean, but I stayed for six nights, neither towels were changed, nor the wastebasket was taken out, they could have cleaned it at least once. The property is spacious, very clean with all the facilities and the owner is very welcoming. On our first day we had a small problem in the room, we contacted the owner and he was very responsive. Coming back to the room the problem was solved and we found some cakes and juices in the fridge. On the second day Mr Kostantinos payed us a visit and helped us with a list of good restaurants around, and dropped us for breakfast. On the last day we had a late check out as well!

Convenient location, in the center, close to sights and the beach. The room was clean with towels, friendly and attentive host. We had a nice vacation there.
