We ordered 50eu value of dishes from this restaurant from their online website. Food came after waiting for 2 hours and some dishes we paid for were missing. Not only we waited for 2 hours to eat - we paid for food we did not receive.

Unbelievable. I visited the China Spice website, “Order online now” was the most prominently displayed phrase, I placed my order, my credit card was charged, and then I received an sms that “the restaurant did not see my order” - because the restaurant is closed this week. They didn’t bother to inform web visitors, they didn’t bother to temporarily disable their online order system - and they keep charging customers for placing ghost-orders! Can it get any worse? One star is really too much, should have been minus 10. I will need to contact them to get my money back. Unbelievable...

One word. Expensive. With an average Service. Food presentation was pathetic on the sweet and sour prawns that plate was not enough and the food was coming out of the plate on the hand of the waiter and on the table. Duck dish was better. Steam rice for €9+ was too expensive. Atmosphere was old and wear out. Not really good experience there are other Chinese restaurants way better in service in quality. Asked for a dessert menu, waiter went and came back to tell us they only had fried bananas and or icecream. :) not price on that :) we could end up with +20€ on the dessert that other restaurants offer complimentary.

I like the authenticity of the dishes as opposed to other restaurants. We always get new dishes to try and each time they are more flavourful than the last.

Such a shame as the food is good there Take away service is terrible! I have ordered twice in the past 2 months and both times they have forgotten something from the order. Tonight our order came to €102 and they had forgotten to add the rice to the order. It took 40 minutes to come and instead of an apology we were charged an extra €14.

Our favourite Chinese restaurant in Nicosia. Their food is always delicious and fresh but their service is simply exceptional. We were a group of 6, celebrating a birthday. They brought us a complimentary dish of chicken skewers with satay sauce on the side for our toddler, with whom all the staff were very friendly. We had brought flowers with us as a present for the birthday girl and they arranged for a vase with water at our table so that the flowers would remain fresh until our departure. At the end of the night, as we had arranged for a birthday cake to be brought out, they offered us a bottle of complimentary champagne and their banana and apple tofu dessert. Overall, it was a great night out and the attitude of the staff made us feel special. Highly recommended!

Best Chinese restaurant in Cyprus. Go try especially on their all-you-can-eat Tuesdays! ($25/person)

This restaurant is a complete fraud. I first wondered why the prices in the take away menu and the sit-in menu differed by 50%, that was just the first alarm. Then they brought a duck, and even if it wasn’t authentic, it was decent. But we ordered more dishes which tasted awful, not even anywhere close to the original recipes. I expected at least a half decent fusion. What I got was something I would refuse to be paid to eat.

Amazing place. Really great experience. The atmosphere is very classy yet relaxing. Excellent obliging personnel. And the food is simply outstanding. Real... authentic... Chinese... From now on that's our only asian place in Nicosia

My wife and I went to this restaurant without reservation or previous planning. Positive: - The food is good. Much better than most of Chinese restaurants in Europe. I really don't understand some negative comments here giving 1 or 0 stars. - The waiters are quick and polite, the kitchen was also fast. Negative: - The "responsable de salle" should make an extra effort. He is very smiling for locals and very dry with tourists. Also, he is a little bit too noisy for the rather formal ambiance of the room, specially when giving orders to the staff (I would say venting too much on the foreigner staff? But I won't make any judgements here based on a single experience).
