I stayed at Althea for about one month as a new staff member and I can only say good things about it. I have not only observed the whole staff taking care of the guests making sure they were spending pleasant time, but I also experienced a very good care of the staff. I always got prompt response to anything needed and by exceeding my expectations. Althea is a very happy and friendly environment where you can feel like your family got extended. Thank you for making me feel like at home and for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow. Last but not least, thank you for showing me your appreciation for my work, it means a lot to me and my motivation of doing always better! See you soon!

We spent a lovely week in this hotel, very good location, if you want to have active holiday or just lay down on the beach. Rooms are quite big and cleaned every day. You have everything what you need. A bottle of wine, fruits, juice and waters are waiting for you when you arrive. How kind! Service, waiters, animation team makes your time unforgettable! They are really hardworking, but have smile on their face always! Pools and the sea are refreshing and pleasant. Sunbeds and umbrellas always available.

A really nice place for families. Great value for money. Clean, safe, has everything you need in all-inclusive. Quiet after 22:00, children's programme almost the whole day, nice entertainment for parents too. The beach is small and nothing special, sunbeds there don't belong to the hotel but it's very close to hotel sunbeds. Water in the little bay is very clean, shallow enough and calm even if the sea is a bit stormy. For those who look for big nice beaches there's a big beach 2min walk from the hotel. Food was really good and service too!

It would have been a five-star if the entertainment wasn't so weird. But I gotta say that it was a team of performers who kind of ruined it all. It made me forget all the other fantastic performers that only came one time during the time I was there. Which was kind of bad apart from the "not so good performers" who were there most of the evenings. I don't know if they work here or only perform here. Anyway I think that all the other things about this hotel like service and food are amazing!👏🏼 Keep it up!👍🏼

Honestly, I went in with low expectations. But wow, pleasantly surprised and super happy with our stay. We were a big group of about 24 people (7 families) and spent 4 days at the resort. The rooms weren’t fancy, but clean and comfortable (beds were very comfy!)- the staff was so gracious and accommodating…especially the waiters during meal times. We did the all-inclusive package and were so pleased with the wide variety of foods/dishes offered at each meal. The snack bar was visited often by the kids for endless amounts of ice cream and freshly made mini-waffles. The animation team did a great job involving the teens in beach volleyball, water polo, and other activities. We didn’t use the kids club so I can’t comment about the quality there. The beach area is a smaller and a bit rocky. The evening entertainment wasn’t my favorite. The gym is small but functional. The location is fantastic, as you’re within easy walking distance to the pier where you meet for boat tours, water sports rental/activities, souvenir shops, public beaches, restaurants, etc. Overall, for the amount we spent, we feel it was a fantastic deal and enjoyed our stay immensely. Hopefully we make it back next year!

We have just come back from an incredible stay at the Louis Althea. The hotel is immaculate, and the food is amazing. With many all inclusives the food lacks quality due to the quantity being made, however this was not the case here. The food was varied at every meal time and always tasted delicious. The bar and restaurant stuff are wonderful and really go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful time. The animation team are second to none, as a family from 17 years old to 78 there was day time activities for all, and the evening entertainment was equally as great. The whole team was phenomenal and nothing was too much trouble. They are all friendly and welcoming - so much so we are considering going back before the end of summer. A massive thank you to everyone at the hotel - you really made are summer ♥️

holiday village in nice location and with charming layout. The welcome was good and the food varied. Unique flaws: too old room furnishing and the presence of dangerous and rusty poles (30 cm), used to fix the parasols, which leak from the grass and may cause to trip. It happened to me, causing me a slight injury (but about the rust and the tetanus risk, I hope for the best!). Many many thanks to the animazione team, always pleasant, engaging and discreet. Really a great team!!!!

We spent wonderful days in this hotel. It is a smaller complex that offers everything for a vacation. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the small beach in the bay was also wonderful, suitable for children - (there are other sandy beaches nearby). The promenade by the sea was also great for evening walks or morning runs. The program was rich for both children and adults. Volleyball, football, pilates, yoga, water gym, for children a children's club with an interesting and varied program. Amazing animators took care of the program, the crowd spread good mood and positive energy. The evening program surprised us a lot. We did not expect such a high level of performances. The children's disco was absolutely brilliant. It was very funny and nice. The kids loved it! They willingly helped us with everything at the reception. The staff in the restaurant was also very kind and friendly. The food was excellent. The only minus I will mention is the insufficient selection for allergy sufferers. It was one of the best vacation spots for us. Thank you Louis Althea Beach!

Room furniture is dated, but rooms are very clean and cleaning service is not cutting corners. Awesome entertainment (animation) team - very friendly with many exciting activities. Rest assured, kids and adults will definitely find something to keep them busy. In comparison to animation teams in other hotels, I've seen, this one is focusing on each guest in person. Fabio, Marko, Lykke, Filippo, and other were awesome!

What an amazing holiday, in an amazing place. The pools were lovely and the hotel was amazing. Rooms a little dated but we didn’t spend long in them. The entertainment available was brilliant, from the kids club, mini disco and 9oclock entertainment…. Brilliant. Fabio and his team were amazing.

First time staying at the Louis Althea and wasn't disappointed the hotel was beautiful, food was fantastic, staff are soo friendly, have already booked for next year can't wait to see you all again .

We stayed at Louis Althea Beach for 1 week in August. We didn't have any high expectations but everything was so good! The whole week was amazing and the Hotel, staff and Animation team (With Fabio as a chief) did everything they could to make us enjoy our stay. The food is really good with a lot of variation and the pool are is very comfortable and lovely to be at. Even the little "Private" beach is very good and near - very nice specially if you are traveling with kids. We traveled with our 4 years old daughter and we can truly recommend the hotel for families. They have a lot of activities to include children and give them a full vacation experience. Very good with the whole team speaking a lot of languages and being there for everybody. I want to give a special big thanks to the animation team (Fabio, Marco and all the others) for really making this week amazing for our daughter but also for me and my girlfriend. We had a lot to do the whole week and were never bored. Will return for sure sometime! Thank you!

Our recent stay at Louis Althea was truly amazing, thanks to the fantastic animation team and amazing hotel staff working there. The animation team made our stay unforgettable with their amazing activities and shows. They were not only super talented but also very friendly and kind. They had something for everyone, from taking care of our kid, yoga, stretching, games to entertaining evening performances. Lovely hotel right on the beach. Entertainment staff were great, they worked really hard all day and evenings too. In that heat it’s incredible what they do! The restaurant and bar staff again worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. We requested to move rooms as the first one was dated and seemed small, the next day we were moved to a beautiful room over looking the beach with the most amazing sea view! This room seemed slightly bigger and was more updated. The food was great, good varied choice for everyone and something different each day. All in all a fab stay - Thank you

An excellent holiday had by all on our trip in October 2023. Fabulous hotel, all staff and facilities were amazing with a fantastic selection of drinks and good. The Animation Team were brilliant, always encouraging guests to tag along and have fun during the daytime activities and brilliantly funny entertainment shows in the evening. We'll done to Fabiio, Marco, Ale, Amelie to name a few. Would definitely visit again 😊

My partner & I have just returned from a wonderful, happy holiday at Louis Althea, it was our first holiday abroad together so we wanted something special, & this hotel along with the animation team, food, friendly staff, accommodation, location, quiet pool area for adults, and sea view set within pretty colourful gardens did not fail to deliver. Animation Team: Fabio & his animation team were simply fantastic & provided evening entertainment for people of all ages. Fabio has such a fun sense of humour & quickly draws you in & gets you involved leaving you looking forward to the next evening of fun. Each evening brings you something different which showcases the variety of talent among members of his team. Quiet pool: A beautiful, peaceful place to relax in floral garden surroundings away from the busier part the hotel. The quiet pool is 25 meters which was great for my partner & I as we liked to get our mile swim each day; great for those who like to keep up with their fitness while away on holiday. Location: Perfectly located away from the much busier hotels in Protaras, & only a short walk away from many beach front bars, if you like the beach bar vibe. The hotel is about a 2 mile walk into Protaras which was ideal for us as we enjoyed the walk but not so much if you prefer shops, bars & restaurant ‘on your doorstep’. Accommodation: Spacious, bright rooms with kitchen facilities, though we didn’t need much as we were all inclusive. The mattress was very comfortable & lovey fluffy pillows so we slept very well, though the air conditioning unit was slightly noisy for me. Our room had a pretty garden view, with partial sea view, & had a large patio area which was great area for evening drinks. I would recommend this hotel x

Perfect hotel, excellent service. We really enjoyed our 10days holiday in this hotel. Food was amazing, we were in few all inclusive hotels in Greece and other countries but this hotel is top of top. Hotel is not big, you feel there as you are part of big family. Staff is friendly, always smiling and willing to help anytime you want. Special thanks to Marina and Mohamed from pool bar. Another best thing was the entertainment team with boss Fabio. They are doing really great job, great activities, they entertain hotel guests in best way. Never met animation team better than this one. Each member is the best in the job they do 👍👍. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great time at Louis Althea! I would like to highlight the animation team, they were entertaining, fun and always in a good mood. There were a lot of activities to choose from during the day. The evening program was fun and the team put a lot of effort into it. We also enjoyed the tasty and varied food. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pools and the beach were great. Very good food, great staff and good that the lifeguards kept the pool area calm and free of pre-booking of sunbeds. Lovely to be able to walk to the small beach just next to the hotel.

Had the most amazing 10 day stay at Louis Althea 3 weeks ago! Lovely location, very friendly staff, great and varied food, and very comfortable and clean accomodation. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and just the best food. Visiting Cyprus for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised on all levels. Amazing weather, the sea was so warm and clean, I spent a lot of time swimming. The hotel surpassed itself, charming staff, especially the manager, choice of food was incredible and everything was delicious. We went on a boat trip, where we were lucky enough to see the sea turtles and swam in the blue lagoon. Can’t wait to return 😊

When one orders 2 of every dink on the 5 item non-alcoholic cocktail menu, your first thought is "am I mad" or "will I die" but the staff let you know, though their ways, that they care about and do not judge you when you return after 2 minutes for a new drink. You know, they never judge, so the only person that's judging you is... yourself. Next is the rooms, I'm am writing this as my acquaintance lies on the bed, next to his wife, in a form of drunk and too-old-for-this state of sleep coma. The beds are wonderful. I also loved not winning on bingo, highlight of my evening. Doing yoga was cool. In all seriousness, the staff and establishment is wonderful. Apart from the fact that its very difficult to turn of lights in the kitchen area, yes, despite the fact you can go all inclusive... there's a kitchen, it's the quirks in life that makes living interesting. Ole!

Sparkling clean, quiet, beachfront, family friendly hotel with fantastic staff. Especially Giorgos and Nikos the waiters! Furniture in rooms very old and outdated but beds comfortable and linen very clean. Spent the weekend as all inclusive, definitely worth the price. Only suggestion is the buffet could have less variety and focus more on quality of the dishes. Overall, the amazing staff is this hotel's main advantage!!

We were there in October for some late sun and had a great time. The staff really make the place as they're all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size, and the food had a good selection. As an all inclusive hotel that can make a big difference to the holiday. This is a really child friendly hotel and the majority of the people staying here are Scandinavian, so you might want to check the Danish and Swedish dates for half term to see how many families might be there during your holiday. It was the end of the season when we visited so never a problem getting sat by either of the pools or on the front of the hotel towards the beach. However the downside for this was that everyone went to bed immediately after their evening meal at 9pm. the bar was open until midnight but there wasn't really any point being there as it was so quiet!

Good standard 4 star Hotel.. excellent food selection considering the hotel was far from full capacity. Friendly staff always with a smile. Evening entertainment for adults is abit hit and miss but not easy when there are only 10 adults in the audience.

Amazing holidays with/despite (haha) small kids. Staff service, attention and facilities were great. We loved our apartment two bedroom suite, made us feel like at our own villa with sea view and easy access to everything. The small lagoon by the hotel was perfectly clean and three pools just right. Food was on another level, we wanted to try everything there, plus the sweets (my weak point). Drinks menu for all inclusive was quite generous too. Entertainment program was well enjoyed by our small kids. We loved our holidays at Althea, would love to come back!❤
