After visiting almost every gym in Nicosia, I must say that this gym has the latest equipment, people That work there are all qualified professional trainers that help you achieve your body goals and the environment is like nothing I have seen before. The motivation you get from training there is better than a pre workout! Last but not least, having the opportunity to watch the greatest mma figher of Cyprus train there boost your willpower! As a total stranger I must say that I will never consider switching gyms again. Bravo!!

Honestly, an amazing gym that suits all purposes! After trying many gyms in Nicosia, i can safely say this is my number 1 go to gym! It has everything you need for a great workout and plus it has a matted area where you can work on movement or whatever else you may be interested in! The fascilities are new and is always clean! I would definetely recommend this to anyone! p.s this gym is amazing for people who want to practice martial arts AND for people who just want to use punching bags as a way of cardio

One of the best gyms i have ever been to workout, get fit and of course, making my body good enough for the ladies. It's also pretty calm and relaxing here which is perfect to workout there and there aren't any guys who scream or groan like in the actual movies, this is reality after all

Simply put, this is a fantastic gym and probably the only one of this high range in Cyprus. Very well equipped to meet the demands of any type of athlete/trainee, excellent vibe, super clean and above all its being run by a great bunch of people. Friendly environment and clean gym. By far the best facility around Cyprus, providing Eleiko and Hammer Strength equipment. Enough space for free weight exercises. Highly recommended especially for powerlifting.

The whole gym is squicky clean. The stuff are always there to help with their knowledge and smile. The group classes are fantastic too!

Such a great place! A little bit crowded at the end of a day, but very comfortable in mornings. Medium size, lot of different machines and space for cross fit exercises. Nice ring for combat training. Very welcoming staff works in the place. Love it.

Molon Labe is a really unique gym. High quality brand new equipment can be found here and everything is clean and spacious. I would say it’s the best gym I’ve been to in Nicosia. Staff are very friendly and help you whenever you need. There is even a cage which has inspired me to endeavor in other areas of fitness. I totally recommend this gym 💪

Very good Gym Equipment band new and good quality Big variety of machines to choose from. The gym is very clean and taken care off. They offer many classes which is included in the price. Lastly there is also a parking place so that you can always find a place to park 100% would recommend

One of the most well equipped gyms I have ever trained at in terms of both high quality machines (all state of the art hammer strength) and fight equipment (aqua bags, heavy bags, speed bags, a cage - the list goes on). Overall the only thing more impressive than the gym itself are the great owners who despite being extremely high level fighters are some of the friendliest and down to earth people you will ever meet.

Tried this gym out whilst visiting Cyprus and cannot recommend it enough! It has top of the line equipment for strength training and conditioning. There are squat racks and deadlift platforms too, and plenty of plates. Good music and great atmosphere for training.

Ive been going to gyms for 7 years now in countries like Greece Spain Cyprus. I can honestly say that hands down Molon labe is the best one I've been so far in terms of equipment (everything is new), Hygiene that is something most gyms don't have, personal staff which is always happy to welcome you and assist you with anything. 100% recommend it for everyone to try!
