Beware of fraud when paying with a bank card that is not in Czech crowns. If you choose to pay in your currency (euro for example) and not in Czech crowns, you will get an extremely unfavorable exchange rate. The restaurant also benefits from this scam, so it is a great shame for the owner. ALWAYS CHOOSE PAYMENT IN CZECH CROWNS. At the same time, the food, its czech crown prices and service are decent, so there is no reason to make money as a bandit.

Nice calm location, nearby Macocha cave & right next to the Upper view on abyss. Souvenirs & refreshment kiosks next to. We had an apartment with TV & private bathroom for 4 person. It was clean & nice, however the sofa for sleep wasn’t much clean or comfy. Also, the staff of the lodge was not too pleasant. Restaurant closes early, kitchen is until 7pm., rest 8pm. and is a bit pricy. I missed the WI-FI connection which is nowadays kind of a standard. Well, parking for guests is free & overall we had a good experience. Thankyou. 🍀

good beer, decent food and nice people.... it's an extremely touristy area so keep your expectations in check....enjoy the views and surrounding attractions instead.
