The apartment was absolutely lovely , with each bedroom on separate floor. Kitchen was fully equipped . I appreciate being able to make coffee with the Nespresso pods . I have a recommendation of adding carpets in the hallway to dampen the noise. Communication from management was excellent , in the absence of no reception for the apartment . I would definitely stay at this place again . It is within walking distance to everything - train, museum, shops, Old Town

We stayed there with 5 persons. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The apartment is also perfectly located right in the center of Prague at a lively street with allot of things to do. You can park your car with a fee in an underground parking garage at the apartment (it’s a automatic lift for your car which you cannot access yourself). The only downside is that the water of the shower gets cold sometimes and that the water pressure is quite low :). Highly recommend it when visiting Prague, especially with your family!

Amazing property in a fantastic location not far from everything. Train station, metro, old town all in a short walk. Cafe and Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Apartment is spacious and clean. Modern fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Incredibly comfortable beds with great pillows. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay.

Good things: The property itself is great. Plenty of room and excellent location. Poor things: The management of it: 1) Cleanliness: Looks clean on the surface, but when you look closer there's hair and dead and live bugs in the bed sheets, poop spots on the toilet. Disgusting couch stains. 2) Customer Service: Sent more than 5 emails that were never replied to. Out of a dozen call attempts only one was picked up. Yet, you get these very nicely worded automatic emails about how they care about you (Pickup the phone then! Reply to my request!) 3) Shower was not working but they sent someone to fix it. For this price point I expect something like that to be checked before check-in. 4) Asked for early check in, no replies. When we arrived for regular check-in, cleaners didn't let us in! Was not finished cleaning and we had to wait in the staircase for half an hour after a long trip. Asked for late check-out, they never answered, I spent half an hour trying to call them on that morning, eventually they picked up and said ok you can stay till 12, then, a few minutes before 10, they called me and said sorry it was a mistake you must leave now.

Beautiful apartment. The room is clean and everything in it. The location is great. The only issue was the parking. The hotel doesn't have available parking space. We had to park in a near by garage which it was expensive compared to the hotel prices.

Fantastic. Location was excellent. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the communications great. Highly recommend.

All is perfect. You have everything what do you need in the apartment! And apartment is very well furnished, warm enough and comfortable! Only and very bad is communication with them, they don’t reply on messages and questions at all! The rest is 5 stars.

6 of us stayed here in October. It suited our needs as a base and was in a great location, beds super comfy and we had all we needed. The apartment offers excellent value for money. I would definitely return

Although the location was spot on in the middle of the shopping district the rooms and its access should have been better explained in the description. The access was a little maze with multiple levels of stairs mixed with an out dated elevator. Parking also was a hassle if it's not booked prior and a bit of a ringmarole. Great for visitors not requiring parking. A separate toilet will add more convenience as it would be struggle with more than 3 guests. The bathroom and toilet is a ensuite type. Lack of ventilation such as no air- con/heater is another issue that should be looked at. Our stay was shirt so was manageable. Bit noisy from the surroundings Cheers

Central, clean and modern accommodation. Comfortable check in, you provide the data and they give you the access code (without a key). We stayed in an attic, so there is no view. Not recommended for tall people. I would ask the company to better organize the cleaning staff. They should ask guests when they want their room cleaned so they don't have cleaning staff waiting in the hallway.

We found the apartment very comfortable and well kept with a special touch to detail. The spacious living area, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge housed 4 adults with ease. The bathroom with double basins, large shower with strong water supply was a blessing after all the walking during the day. The separate toilet is a plus and the secure parking (although a bit expensive) which was booked ahead of time gave us peace of mind. We recommend this apartment with all our heart

The flat is located on a busy tourist street with lots of restaurants and shopping. Twenty minute walk to the Charles Bridge and Jewish District. Flat had good size bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Also liked the fact that four good sized pillows were provided for each bed. Disliked · Our flat was on the 4th floor so we had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk up a flight of steps. Flat was spacious but would have like some chairs in the living space (there was just a couch). Space was not dirty but not super clean either. The area rug in the living room needed to be vacuumed.

The location is ideal as you can have easy and quick access to the most famous places in Prague. The apartment was clean, recently renovated and my family enjoyed the accommodation.
