Good
things:
The
property
itself
is
great.
Plenty
of
room
and
excellent
location.
Poor
things:
The
management
of
it:
1)
Cleanliness:
Looks
clean
on
the
surface,
but
when
you
look
closer
there's
hair
and
dead
and
live
bugs
in
the
bed
sheets,
poop
spots
on
the
toilet.
Disgusting
couch
stains.
2)
Customer
Service:
Sent
more
than
5
emails
that
were
never
replied
to.
Out
of
a
dozen
call
attempts
only
one
was
picked
up.
Yet,
you
get
these
very
nicely
worded
automatic
emails
about
how
they
care
about
you
(Pickup
the
phone
then!
Reply
to
my
request!)
3)
Shower
was
not
working
but
they
sent
someone
to
fix
it.
For
this
price
point
I
expect
something
like
that
to
be
checked
before
check-in.
4)
Asked
for
early
check
in,
no
replies.
When
we
arrived
for
regular
check-in,
cleaners
didn't
let
us
in!
Was
not
finished
cleaning
and
we
had
to
wait
in
the
staircase
for
half
an
hour
after
a
long
trip.
Asked
for
late
check-out,
they
never
answered,
I
spent
half
an
hour
trying
to
call
them
on
that
morning,
eventually
they
picked
up
and
said
ok
you
can
stay
till
12,
then,
a
few
minutes
before
10,
they
called
me
and
said
sorry
it
was
a
mistake
you
must
leave
now.
