The receptionist's behavior is just disgusting and arrogant!!🤬 I had a medical referral from a general practitioner, I specifically asked to advise a clinic where they would speak English. And then I was met at the reception by the administrator, who not only did NOT understand me, but also answered in Czech, occasionally inserting phrases in English. I have insurance that covers this doctor, however, I was refused at the reception, and the nearest appointment was told in April. It was useless to find out anything further, since the person was not interested in the patient as much as possible. I have not met with a doctor and I am afraid I will not meet, thanks to such unfriendly behavior of the staff of this clinic. I don’t recommend visiting this place! Such people should not work at the reception! I hope these two women will be fired soon!!!

So today it's my order to write a review. On the 10th of May I made a reservation for the 20th of June. Reading other reviews I decided to call clinic before the appointment and clarify if everything is ok. To be honest I was not surprised to hear that they don't see my appointment at all and I can't visit a doctor. Furthermore the receptionist recommended me to find another clinic. I'm wondering why it can be so many times with foreigners. If this clinic doesn't want to accept foreigners it would be good to inform about that on the web site.

I was very happy with the clinik, the doctor is really good. But recebtly I had twice bad experience with reception, seems they have some mistake in reservation system or the attitude, but reception already 2times was claiming they do not see my appointment,I recommend especially foreigneers to bring some written proof

Google say that there is open but (Friday)

It was very difficult to find the entrance of the clinic and the photo of Google isn't correct. It seems that the hospital has changed the location to the new place not the displayed building

One of my best day ever , when i enter there was really nice person who greeted me immediately - receptionist They meet all my needs in very professional timely matter. The vibe and atmosphere in this clinic was just amazing i will always return and recommend. Feel like this team is extremely helpful and runs extra mile if needed. Special Thanks to Mrs. Zelenkova who was there for me throughout the whole process .

This was the best clinic I’ve ever been to, the nurses and all the staff were very kind and good english speaking. I can only recommend this clinic.

Paní doktorka Zelenková je skvělá, efektivní, precizní. Chodím k ní roky s různými kožními (znaménka, bradavice) a dermatologickými problémy a vždy mi vše vysvětlí, poradí, provede zákrok. Je to jedna z mála doktorů, kam se opravdu těším, protože vím, že výkon bude profesionální a zároveň rychlý, je úžasné, že v dnešní hektické době přijdete někam, kde vás vezmou na objednaný čas do ordinace, výkon udělají a ještě jsou všichni milí.
