Really nice hotel, great staff would highly recommend. Rooms are big and clean. Very good

I’m gutted as I didn’t take any picture of the room and must admit they are of good size and quite comfortable. We stayed at the hotel on our way to south of france and it was quite the surprise. We ended up not having breakfast there as the offering was quite poor but other then that our stay was flawless. I drive an EV car and wish they had more plugs 🔌.

Excellent hotel, well located not too far from the airport, with great amenities. Personnel extremely nice and helpful, using a taxi service doing reasonable fares.

The staff isn’t very professional. Asked for late checkout at 3 and they woke us up at 11. Every time we had to come back to the parking we had to ask them to open the gate by getting out of the car. It was raining and it wasn’t very convenient. The room heating didn’t seem to work.

Ideal for business, neat rooms, nice indoor and outdoor areas equipped with a cool calciobalilla. Parking lot is wide but unfortunately there is only one EV charger for non-Tesla cars that was always busy.

Due to the cancelled flight, I had to stay in this hotel which was the nearest option from Lyon airport I had last night. Facilities are ok but the price was way too high for the value. Breakfast buffet was so poor that I nearly couldn't find anything I like. Coffee wasn't good either Staff are friendly and prompt. There was a dirt on a mug which really didn't meet my expectations.

Unscheduled stop-over due to weather. Very nicely decorated in a modern ikea like style. Food was lovely. Heartily recommended.

Very nice and modern hotel. We enjoyed well designed premium suite on the top floor with the balcony. The service is professional, the restaurant has very good menu and plenty of space. Parking garage was free for us. Highly recommended for travellers seeking for a place to relax.

This hotel is ok for an hotel in that location, close to the airport and out of the city center. The rooms have a good size, are comfortable and with a good decoration. The food (I’m writing this during COVID) was expensive, not many options and only served in the room. I was surprised about this last because the breakfast was a buffet breakfast fully open, in the restaurant place... anyway, the food was tasty. I cannot say anything about the pool or the gym as they were both closed. As said, good hotel for the kind of hotel it is.

Considering it's just a Mercure - not too bad. But actually although it's a hotel, they priortise restaurant and events guests more than hotel guests - even those with Accor DIAMOND status - these day visitors take all the best parking spaces and behave noisily - making what should be a pleasant stay, into a nightmare

The manager is a rude person who has 0 experience speaking with customers. He could not have been more offensive and is a hotel manager who told me it was too difficult to speak to me in English I will never be staying at this brand hotel ever again. I am a woman and was the person on the reservation yet instead of speaking to me who went down to make the request (my room phone did not work) he walked away without saying anything and went to my room to speak with my husband as to not have to speak to me the woman on the reservation. Rudest person I’ve ever experienced in France and Europe.

We choose this hotel due to the location for the RWC 2023, the location related to the stadium and the hotel pool, made the choice very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful regarding our requests. The only small minus was that the restaurant in the hotel was closed on Sunday evening, I do not know if that was a one time, or it is regular, but you have several other options in proximity of the hotel.
