did
not
enjoy
my
stay
here
at
all
and
could
not
wait
to
leave.
There
was
no
Wi-Fi
in
my
room.
I
complained
four
times
but
they
did
nothing
except
say
sorry
&
seem
surprised
I
was
annoyed.
Unfortunately
I
noticed
too
late
that
over
half
the
reviews
on
TripAdvisor
mention
bad
wifi.
There
were
some
unclean
items
in
the
room
which
would
have
been
found
by
a
simple
room
check.
I
found
the
facilities
in
the
room
to
be
somewhat
of
an
afterthought
and
cheaply
implemented,
for
example
plastic
cups
and
stirrers
for
hot
drinks
just
did
not
seem
to
fit
with
the
price
of
the
hotel.
I
expected
a
lot
better
service
from
the
staff,
they
need
some
training
in
customer
satisfaction.
It
seems
like
a
hotel
torn
between
how
to
be,
is
it
a
cheap
value
hotel
or
a
good
premium
hotel.
It
seems
like
they
are
aiming
for
the
latter
and
if
so
they
need
to
invest
some
more
money
and
visit
some
competing
hotels
to
see
how
it's
done.
