Shame on them, they don't care about parcels. Same book has arrived thrashed twice in different deliveries, one of them item and packaging arrived completely soaked! (even while having a heatwave/no rain at all, so they spilled water or something). Second delivery (the book replacement) arrived today even worse condition. AVOID!

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Sick to my stomach as a fraudulent “delivery attempt” was made today, nobody showed up and I was at home all day then suddenly get an email saying delivery failed and nobody was home. No customer service number and no reply to emails. I will be waiting at the window all day tomorrow hoping to get my €100+ package from MyProtein and then NEVER using a company that uses Fastway again - believe all the negative reviews!!

2 months ago I had parcel delivered to the wrong address. After spending some time to find a way to contact customer care I was told parcel had been delivered to another house and I should go there and collect it myself. Now, I have received a new email, regarding a different order, saying my parcel has been delivered by the courier and someone signed for it, but again, I never actually received anything. I have just contacted customer care again to find out what is going on and why they keep delivering my stuff to the wrong address. The house they deliver my stuff doesn’t even have a similar eircode to mine. This seems to be lazy work to be honest. Twice now they have delivered my package to the wrong address. I hope they find this one now. Waiting to see where they have dropped it. And who signed it btw? The signature is there as another security layer so they don’t deliver this to the wrong person, and yet they did.

Shockingly incompetent service! Parcels constantly being delivered to wrong estate and even when they are delivered to correct adress/eircode parcels are being left in unsafe areas, on one of these occasions i was at home with front door wide open and parcel was left at the gate where anyone could have picked it up, drivers more often than not don't bother to knock and just abandon parcels in totally unsafe places

I wish that I could give zero stars. Every single time I have had an order delivered to me through Fastway, I've spent weeks trying to track it down. Can't get anyone in customer care because the number and email is not in website and in some email i never recieved. Packages arrive damaged. I have begun informing sellers who use fastway that i won't order from them again either as long as they continue using this 'courier'.

In the last few days a package was left outside my door in the main street where anyone could have taken it. Only for a passers-by who knows me well informed me of this.Im absolutely horrified that this type of delivery service is happening. I wouldn't even give one star but I had to ,to post this.

My parcel was not delivered to me but sent to the Depot miles outside the city by the driver 2 weeks ago and i still have not received my parcel as promised by customer service. Completely unprofessional behavior! Avoid Fastway!

Whist I fully understand the frustration customers feel , I wish to balance the argument slightly, the drivers have hundreds of parcels to deal with per day. Alot of these parcels don't have the full address or eircodes & some people just aren't home, but the driver is still expected to magically deliver it safely. I agree much improvement is needed - but it isn't an easy job.
