Since moving to Bray nearly three years ago, my partner and I have been patiently waiting to register ourselves as new patients with a local GP. Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we understood the limitations, but now that restrictions have eased, it seems unreasonable that new patients are still not being accepted. Our daughter is registered with the HSE under the 6-card scheme, but with baby number 2 on the way, we are increasingly considering finding a new GP who can accommodate our entire family.

I rang carlton clinic on Friday 28th of October to see if I could get an appointment to see my family doctor . Was told it was going to be at least 3 weeks before I could get one so made an appointment for Tuesday the 1st November to see a different doctor , . On arriving I was told there was no appointment for me and that the nearest one I could have was for Thursday. I left the clinic without an appointment as I felt so disappointed and humiliated as everyone could hear what was going on and I felt that people thought I had just walked in off the street to grab an appointment. After being a paying customer of the carlton clinic for over 28 years I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment . I never attend doctors unless it is absolutely necessary and don't like taking tablets for anything so have to say this would put me off ever ringing for an appointment anywhere again .

The Carlton Clinic is an Experience of fear mongering negligence and incompetence I personally have been subjected to second hand stress on behalf of there unprofessionalism,quite simply not good enough

Carlton Clinic, like me and my aging body, have changed. Carlton Clinic's high standards and real people to real people care... that remains intact! But the new state of the art premises, access to order prescription by phone and collect at a designated pharmacist of your choice, efficiency in getting information and access to support makes Carlton Clinic an excellent local medical centre..... I have been attending this Clinic all my life and me and my personal well being have thrived because of their support, respect and medical care. Thank you people and founders of the Carlton Clinic......

switching doctors... subscriptions wasn't sent on Friday was told it would be later in the day its now Saturday still wasn't sent to pharmacy so now have no medication for entire weekend.

Visit recently for skin inspection and was looked after by Dr Spillane. For any issue with skin, he really is so so good! Great manner and very professional in his approach. A real gentleman and I would recommend him highly.

I've dealt with many Dr's and clinics over the years, and by far the Carlton Clinic are the best I have dealt with. One of my health issues was being completely ignored by my previous Dr and Dr Carley Flynn immediately addressed it. What was leading to a serious issue is now being cared for. All staff have been excellent in their attention to detail and care for me. Thank you to a fantastic team.

Absolutely disgraceful, my mother rang to see could she get an appointment as she's suffering with her asthma, all doctors are booked up, not one doctor can talk to her over the phone so she asked could they leave a prescription for her asthma up at her chemist & lo & behold they can't do that either, yet when I was unwell with my asthma a few months back they did that for me, the receptionist said that the E doc is not available till after 6pm, I'm fuming because my mother was hospitalised in May because she nearly died from an asthma attack & the doctor in St Vincent's said to my mother that if she is having asthma symptoms to ring her surgery & she has to be seen straight away, the receptionists couldn't give a damn & that clinic has gone to the dogs, we'll be going to a higher authority about this matter too, staff need to learn some compassion & empathy, they don't even deserve a 1 star review
