    Hands down the worst company i have ever dealt with. My first order was a rear trunk panel for my evo 8. It came in very quickly and perfectly packaged, which gave me a good impression of the company. On my second order howerever things turned around, rapidly. On the 18th of August i ordered a left hand quarter panel for my car. Since i own a business i wanted to do this VAT free ofcourse. After countless attempts on facebook, e-mail and through their website, i got no response. I tried for atleast 4 weeks (dozen's of mails and messages), no response. A few weeks later still no reply to any of my attempts and any order update. I decided to order a JDM Evo IX rear bumper since they sell it pretty cheap. Again i tried contacting them for weeks, no response or update. Finally i got a hold of them (months after the purchase) to communicate the VAT issues, delivery, etc. I got reassured they where going to send it out. No surprise, they took forever to send things out. I even had to call them twice since they don't respond to any of my communication attempts. A little over a week ago (3 months after purchase) i got my panels delivered at my home. Very nicely packaged like the previous time, hower there was no invoice on e-mail, website or in the package. Since i own a business i have to give the invoice to my accountant. I contacted them several times to get a invoice, they look at my messages but don't respond. This is hands down the worst business to order parts from. I'm not surprised i hear a lot of negative things from them lately, i got in contact with a few other people that have had the same issue as me. I don't think they want to own a business... i think they just need one to sponsor their racing. I will never, ever again shop here. I have plenty of parts i need to buy for me and my customers. I can tell you they will not come from here ever again. I'd rather pay more and have decent service then a company that ghosts you when the parts are paid. If i could give a 0/5 i would do that, i am so disgusted.

    Terrible service. They don’t reply to any emails at all, and barely ever respond to messages on their Facebook page. They won’t refund me, and lead me on to believe my items were coming. Can’t get my money back or a response from the company. I would avoid them

    ***Please read before you make a purchase through EARS.ie*** I made a purchase from EARS.ie on April 26,2021 and have not received my packages. I have followed up with USPS and international customs. I have been advised that the maximum time it takes for a package to clear a package is 45 days. It has been well over that. I was told that Ears.ie would have to open an international inquiry to start an investigation on the package. I have done all that I could. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to start a claim since I am not the merchant. I have contacted Ears.or directly (Facebook,Email) and have not any response. Until I posted a negative review and immediately after received a message from the manager Dave Moynihan on July 7,2021. I remove my review and haven’t heard anything since after several messages. *** Review will not be removed until issue is resolved *** *** UPDATE *** I have an official letter from USPS saying the package was never delivered!

    Very poor service.. no communication. Ordered spark plugs for my evo and no sign of them. Have all the emails i sent them and no reply from them. Quick enough to take my money. A shame as I was going to buy a lot from them. Will not be buying or recommending them again

    My wife (who knows nothing about rallying) called Amy and asked for some bits she randomly chose for my 60th. Amy suggested some better alternatives and she was bang on. I have bought my helmet, hans, tyers and bunch of other parts over last 18 months and only had fabulous experience Happy New Year Ears

    I recently purchased a set of Headlights & Taillights for my Lancer Evolution and I must say that the service and pricing is second to none. My items shipped quickly at a reasonable rate and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend EARS for any of your Mitsubishi parts needs.

    Ordered some bits from Ears, the order was shipped in time and was due to be delivered on time, however Fastway couriers lost the package. Ears customer support quickly solved the issue and send me out a replacement with DPD which arrived quickly. While i was upset about the missing parcel, i appreciate that Ears customer support were quick on the job to solve the issue. Highly recommended

    I'm not one to go out and give reviews. But you have to give credit where its due. Beyond belief at how fast my product arrived (international order). I ordered a taillight and I was somewhat paranoid at the possibility of damage during shipping. Taillight was wrapped and packaged in a way that far exceeded my expectation. Service/shipping A+. Product placement/handling A+. Price and overall experience A+++. Would literally buy again from EARS than deal with some horrible customer service companies here in America. Thanks again!
