Was in sports direct Kilkenny store today to make an exchange for a pair of leggings that had a hole on the leg of the leggings that I had bought 2 days previous so all I intended to do was swap them for another pair. When I got to the counter to make the exchange I met the rudest woman, she kept telling me to hurry getting the receipt and the leggings out of my bag and shouted at me to put in my card in the machine. Well its safe to say I won't be back in this store again and it is a real shame because it really is a lovely store just a pity about the staff they have working there! Customer service training wouldn't go astray!

Poor. Huge shop but only 2 tennis shoes in the entire shop.staff member couldn't care less. NO ladies tennis shirts- only tee shirts available- in one colour. Long queue and one staff member on the till. Rest of staff were tidying stock. Surely another staff member could have helped on the tills.

some of the clothing looks like cheap knock offs after 1 or 2 washes, brought a navy Slazenger track suit bottoms (cotton) after 1 wash it started to go bobbley then after second wash the following week it got worse & the color started fadeing, said it too a member of staff and all i got was its probably because its one of the cheaper brands, she didnt even say bring it back and we'll take a look at it,

recently bought a pair of mountain trail runners from the shop. Uncharacteristically the sole came off a few weeks later. I asked for a new pair, and the manager John was absolutely fantastic, no probelm watsoever. thanks so much

I really like buying in sport direct but the prices are really different than prices online. I thought if it's the same company so things should be the same price as we can buy online. The difference sometimes is so big that interest in buying is falling.

Such a bad experience with staff from Junction Shopping centre from first floor specially a girl(not too tall) she was so rude with us. Sad but definitely I won't get back there

The only way to experience Kilkenny Castle is with a guide, when I mentioned the white and black masonic symbolism on the 17th century entry hall the lesson ended , interesting !

Zero customer service. Staff walking around on phones and avoiding customers. Very frustrating place to visit

Manager in this store is so rude and complacent. I had a problem and he basically waved me away abd said he didn't have time for that. Sorry lad but you're being oayed to do a job you can't be lazy like that. Staff were very friendly and even seemed apologetic but manager is rude and uncaring. Seriously consider going somewhere else.
