I was not really into yoga, someone took me with him to RVS yoga studio, and I didn't expect what came after. The experience was very nice. the yoga teachers were actuall professionals. i did the trial and it was amazing. now opted for the 2 months course. yoga took my stress away and now i am having a great sleep. If you want a good atmosphere and want to be taught by professionals then rvs the the place to go.

The way Kirti madam demostrate with such an ease, it helps to do yoga in very energetic way.
