This Domino's is an old branch in Noida. They have ample sitting available on the first floor whereas at the ground floor the seating is limited. They have separate counters for have it - on the first floor and take away - on the ground floor. Good and clean space to enjoy your favorite pizzas. Besides this with new variety of crusts and more veggies, pizzas have become yummier.

Great pizzas. It is small in space so it becomes a bit crowded on weekends and holidays. There are 2 floors. In ground floor you take pizzas for home and in first people can eat there. It's a good dine-in place, seating capacity is a bit low though. You can order your dine-in/takeaway meal online through their app in advance to avoid waiting. I really liked the new pasta pizza. Nearest metro station is Noida sector -18

Pathetic Food And Customer Service... Even did not address customer complaint. Hardly matter for them what they bake and serve to customer.. Check in Pics they had served semibaked Pizza with unwanted raw material in packing.. Cheeze has been gone from Classic Burger . I don't know why they charged 135 for this Regular Bread. No more Visit or Orders From DOMINO

Pathetic service and food quality. Today I visited the store and ordered farmhouse pizza with extra cheese (my expectations were double cheese) and garlic bread. The person who was taking the order was very rude and the menu was only in display so it's very tough to find what i should order and screen moving. when we received the order, there was so much origeno and salt on garlic bread and when we tested the pizza there was so much sauce inside and very little cheese. When I completed it he said it's extra cheese not double buste . Overall the first time was the worst experience with pizza. To change the test we have eaten Pani Puri with just 20 rs. Thanks to Pani Puri Bhai outside.

While I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, my recent visit has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Firstly, I would like to highlight an issue with the pricing discrepancy for extra cheese. During my visit, I was informed by one of your executives that the additional charge for extra cheese was ₹30. However, upon receiving the final bill, I noticed that I was charged ₹50 instead. This difference in pricing not only confused me but also left me feeling deceived. I kindly request you to rectify this error and refund the excess amount. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that your store charges extra for ketchup. In my opinion, ketchup is an essential condiment that should be provided to customers without an additional charge. Many other dominos pizza outlets offer ketchup as a complimentary item, and I believe that doing so contributes to a positive customer experience. Moreover I was disappointed to find that the air conditioner was not functioning properly during my visit.The lack of a functioning air conditioner made it difficult to enjoy my meal and created an uncomfortable experience for myself and other patrons. And also the tables were not cleared just after someone leaves it. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to witness such shortcomings in areas that directly impact the overall dining experience. I trust that you take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary measures to rectify the situation. It is essential to uphold the reputation and standards that Domino's has been known for.

This was my first time in this location of Dominos and I am amazed to see this place so neat and clean. The staff is polite and the AC was working properly. I reached here around 12noon and it was not crowded at all. Maybe because of Wednesday mornings! I sat here and also could work from this location without any major disturbances. Had Taco mexicana which was super fresh and tasty. I could tell from its taste that it was prepared fresh. I have marked this place as the best dominos I have ever went and I mean it. I would recommend this branch of dominos to everyone. Would love to visit again.

I don't intend to give them one star as well. It's a pathetic outlet. No wonder Dominoes is nosediving, thanks to the outlet like this one. When you place the order, the staff or the chap standing at the counter will misfeed it's system with some other item and not what you ordered. The card machine doesn't work and if you pay by mobile banking Apps the network is intentionally weak so that payment also fails. The staff her is very unfriendly and they kind of get a saddistic pleasure from makin the customers wait. What they can do in 15 mins, they take a out 35-40 mins for the same job.

Pizzas qualities are good as it's Domino's. But if talk about staff they are in there phones. They will listen to your order one they are free from there personal stuff. Secondly if order is ready they will not let you know until.

I visited this outlet at 10.30 pm. Staff is very rude, doesn't have manners to talk with customers specially with a lady. Main desk executive passing comments. Totally disappointed with service and behaviour. Will never visit this outlet again and also will not recommend to my family and friends. Restaurant should has a operational washroom but everytime I visited here, they're using washroom as store room. Bad experience.

The staff is completely uneducated about their own products and offers. Whatever they don’t understand, they say ‘sir it’s only an online offer’. Why in the world would a company like Dominos display an online offer in their stores? Never coming back here.

This dominos franchise is so bad with its poor sitting arrangement, staff behaviour, quality and quantity of the food. The staff here is so rude to the customers, the sitting arrangement is so congested that one can not even sit properly. Third, their pepsi rule is still not clear to me they charge for 500 ml pepsi but because we dine in they just give 350 ml. Other than that the garlic bread we ordered was tasteless and so disappointing. Will never visit this dominos outlet. I complained regarding the same through dominos feedback and somebody call me back, the person apologized was staff behaviour and told that he will give warning but overall for all other matter he was trying to avoid and finish the conversation as soon as possible. Horrible outlet !!!!!!

Pizza + coke = mood fresh This combination is the best... We all enjoyed this delicious food as this was Saturday.. Waiters are very friendly.. Environment is also good.. Nice view from corner side. I'll definitely go again when ever I'll be there.

Nice ambience they have 2 floor seating arrangements and give your order at your table as other have self service they have serve you at your table

We went to order at 3pm at the store. Firstly nothing was managed well, only one counter working for takinv order. When we reached the counter to place order, the guy bluntly said that the order will take 40 mins to get ready. And we said cant we do it quick? He said no thats how it works. Pathetic service and disappointing

Food is good. Water is not there on 1st floor. There is space constraint ., I feel. Pick up counter on the first floor and dining area on the 1st floor.

This is located near sector 18 Noida metro station, sector 18 market, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Dominos pizza is always good. It's other near by places are sector 27, Atta market, DLF Mall, Wave mall, Great India place etc.

Very less no of seats... I remember I was about to leave my table and 3 grops just standing on my head to cover the table. Sector 18 like area and you have no proper space for customer. No washroom even no washbasin.

I actually didn't even wanted to give them one star because - When I visited here last time at this pizza house, there were problem in online payment I waited for a long time but later the employee told me that my order cannot be placed and I've to come another day or I should bring cash with me! She was not happily ready to co-operate with me. And the employees behind her were arguing which was creating disturbance too! And everytime I place online order,they have the worst tasting pizzas which are cold too! I live hardly 5-10 mins away from there store but still face this problem. I'm really done with there pizza's! I've tasted pizza's from many different places and they all are much better than sector 18 Domino's. Hope they will ge motivated to make better pizza's

There is good food as per as normal like all but . The service was too late and incorrect they said when your order ready it will show on screen when I go to collect my order they said you have to wait for 10 minutes more. .and also ketchup isn't available for dinner's having pizza in there outlet. They charge for the sachets. But they have to serve in a bottle for dinner's like all the Domino's having..... After all food is great

Ordered taco on rakshabandhan but light was off ac wasnt working staff was more but too slow and it was particularly empty but not maintained well

Very rude staff. First they made a mistake by not sending cheesy dip with garlic bread. Then their rider Saurabh Yadav misbehaved with my husband. I don't know why they employ such staff. If this continues, surely the store will shut down soon

Price is high but Quality is good

Poor food. It was literally pathetic.I am not exaggerating anything. The kitchen was not being managed properly. They didn't cover my drinks and also didn't gave any straw and napkins even after asking. They simply denied on my face saying "nhi hai".

It was the worst pizza which i had after coming to delhi. I have been a regular customer of domino's since 2016 but after i came to delhi i went twice to this store . I ordered farmhouse but the taste wasnot good. I never expected this from dominos. #nopizzafromdominos especially from this store.

I eat many domino’s pizza till date but the pizza at this outlet is the worst i have ever eaten in my life. No taste at all. It seems that they just sprinkle the vegies and melted the cheeze with no pizza sauce and no seasoning. I guess you can understand when you are hungary and you wait for your order and at the end you receive a white pizza(only melted cheeze and no red sauce). Even Amul raw cheeze will taste better than this. I will never order pizza from this place.

Just one word excellent. You all know about domino's, they had a very good varieties of pizza from mania to regular, medium and large. All the pizzas were good. Though i am very big fan of pizza, i would simply say that pizza was delectable and yummy. I can't forget the taste of veggies. The texture was also good. Cheese completely melts in the mouth. Overall no complaints. Highly recommended

Very bad service of this store... don't care to prepare the orders at all... I had a small order of garlic bread and choco lava that too they took more than 40 min to prepare and give the takeaway order. And on top of it the attitude of manager was pethatic. The Lady Ruhi was not.payijg attetion to any customers.
