writing
to
provide
feedback
regarding
my
recent
experience
at
one
of
your
Domino's
outlets.
While
I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
for
quite
some
time,
my
recent
visit
has
left
me
feeling
disappointed
and
dissatisfied.
Firstly,
I
would
like
to
highlight
an
issue
with
the
pricing
discrepancy
for
extra
cheese.
During
my
visit,
I
was
informed
by
one
of
your
executives
that
the
additional
charge
for
extra
cheese
was
₹30.
However,
upon
receiving
the
final
bill,
I
noticed
that
I
was
charged
₹50
instead.
This
difference
in
pricing
not
only
confused
me
but
also
left
me
feeling
deceived.
I
kindly
request
you
to
rectify
this
error
and
refund
the
excess
amount.
Furthermore,
I
was
surprised
to
find
that
your
store
charges
extra
for
ketchup.
In
my
opinion,
ketchup
is
an
essential
condiment
that
should
be
provided
to
customers
without
an
additional
charge.
Many
other
dominos
pizza
outlets
offer
ketchup
as
a
complimentary
item,
and
I
believe
that
doing
so
contributes
to
a
positive
customer
experience.
Moreover
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
the
air
conditioner
was
not
functioning
properly
during
my
visit.The
lack
of
a
functioning
air
conditioner
made
it
difficult
to
enjoy
my
meal
and
created
an
uncomfortable
experience
for
myself
and
other
patrons.
And
also
the
tables
were
not
cleared
just
after
someone
leaves
it.
As
a
loyal
customer,
it
is
disheartening
to
witness
such
shortcomings
in
areas
that
directly
impact
the
overall
dining
experience.
I
trust
that
you
take
these
concerns
seriously
and
implement
the
necessary
measures
to
rectify
the
situation.
It
is
essential
to
uphold
the
reputation
and
standards
that
Domino's
has
been
known
for.
