To be Frank experience was pathetic. It's not at all pet friendly. Please don't take your pets their. They will check your room before checkout itself and will charge extra for one or the other reason. Staffs are very abusive, behaviour was also pathetic and don't know how to behave even with girl or woman. Won't be suggesting anyone to visit this homestay. Pathetic experience

Awesome rooms with next level hospitality and services. If planning for Chikmagalur then no other home-stay is better than this. The owners are also very humble, polite and helpful. Very green, calm, open, big and close to nature kind of place. Also, the food is totally home cooked without any artificial ingredients and can be made as per your choice and taste (both veg and non-veg options cooked separately). Plenty of space so kids will also like it very much. Thank you Silver Shine home stay team for your generosity and services.

Nitin and his associates behave unprofessionally, and behave like gunda, A big NO for women travellers, Not at all friendly place, Please dont go inside the property, they will lock the gates and will make you pay all the amount even if you dont like their hospitality. They were in hostile mood and were not having any decency to talk to properly to woman and kid, Dont fall in their trap of low cost, especially if you are from different state. Nitin was intoxicated. His eyes were total red. And you will seriously not get hospitality vibe in the property. Room smells, Police are also not helpful. And seriously dont book any property from Agoda. This company dont have proper Customer care and is not at all user friendly.

NIKIL and Nithin are really unprofessional and looks like both are mentally unstable, both are sons of Rtd Forest officer Laxman gowda, unsafe for women, both entered into rooms and were abusive towards women & not fit for running a homestay. Worst..never ever experienced this before.

The stay was wonderful. We stayed at a cottage on the property that was nestled in nature. The food was fantastic all homemade and delicious. The people and service was great, everyone was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again.

Only one word to describe the place, amazing and beautiful. We 3 people stayed for 3 nights and 3 days and it was totally worth it. It’s best option if you don’t want to stay too far from the city, and it was reasonable enough considering the view the property has. It’s excellent option to choose if you are looking for premium feel without shelling out too much. Food was decent and homely. The caretakers were helping and Mr Nithin was a great host. We will surely come again here!

A real Homestay. Location is quite great and the view from all the rooms is awesome. Both the brothers Nitin and Nikhil are extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are real spacious with nice amenities. The ladies of the house cook really delicious homely food. Even if you're not able to go out visit the tourist places, you can stay comfortably in your room and relax. Will visit again😊
