The place itself it’s really good and very well equipped with billiards tables and e-darts. Great variety of alcoholic beverages. It’s a cool place to hangout. BUT the service can be drastically improved. On a quiet night asking for a drink at the bar and the server rolling with her eyes like I owe her something… common… I guess it’s a lottery, if the server is good that night you might have an awesome night… :) If not… well, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Great place to be. Nice new tables, table service for drinks. Huge and spacious. I think it .ight be even 20 tables. They have open another part, but we have had a table at the first part. There is darts as well. The bar, and barman's até professional, the drinks are tasty, big and tasty. The prices are absolutely OK. The service is happy to see you and make help you. The toilets are very clean, nice. Seems like this all just was renovated during COVID times and now reopened.

This is the best place in krakow to play billiards or pool. They have a lot of tables and a great bar and sitting area. There tables are really good and sticks are also good. They don’t accept multisport card, they take only medicover card. Its around 60zl per hour for a pool table.

Been in the hotel above for 3 nights and only just seen the Diament bar on the last day. Popular place, lots of billiard and pool tables. Good selection of cocktails and spirits..

Service could at leat try to be polite, one of best places anyway.

I reserved in advance a table, once I arrived the guy in the bar could not find my booking and told me there anything he can do for me only to wait another two hours. I come way longer to enjoy playing with my friends but night should not be ruined because of a guy mistake so I left to a competition they welcome and had a nice time

I had a good time at the billiard club with friends. The place has excellent equipment, and drinks. However, one of the servers, a woman with black hair, was extremely rude to us. She wrongly asked us to leave our reserved table early and didn't listen to our explanation. But she spoke loudly and in an aggressive tone. Only after much insistence, she checked the system and realized her mistake but didn't apologize. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I recommend the club for its facilities, but they need to improve their customer service

Very nice club For a beer and billiards

I really liked the spacious rooms and the general ambience. What could be improved is a better choice of beer (no craft beer available). Also the darts machine could work better (starting a game was tough even for a member of the staff and then it kept crashing during a game).

Nice place with really friendly and helpful staff. Really cheap alcohol and very nice billiard table's. I recommend this place to spend some time when you are in Krakow

Nice place! Billiards, darts, and matches can be watched! Great service, always smiling. Grandpa (91 years old) is also very happy! There was game after game! I recommend!

Elegant gentleman's club with high end pool tables, good drinks and snacks and very nice staff. Cool music in the background helps you relax while hitting the balls... :))(

I went here numerous times during my short stay here. Lovely staff, fast service and a beautiful pool hall. Not been to a place with this much space before and it was amazing

Very warm inside (there is airconditioning, but they were reluctant to turn this on). Pricey drink menu, with a good selection of cocktails. Pool Tables and cues are of good quality. Book in advance as it's a popular spot. Not really inviting to large groups as there are not many places to sit together.

Great place! Stayed very local and so this was our daily pub. Staff great, prices all good with pizza available to order. Definitely stop by if passing.

Lovely place for a drink and pool. 8 ball pool with loads of tables, 1 hour for only 44 Zloty. Beer starts with 10 Zloty. A total of 16 tables. Nice chillout place close to the Krakow center and Galleria Krakowska.

Fantastic in every way. Staff were friendly. Beer was cold. Lots of tables. Balls and cues both in good condition. Clean as. Nothing else to say really.

Nice settings. Okay pool tables cushions need refurbing. Need more selection of football games had like 15/20 screens on showing 1 football game did ask to change match but they didn’t. Drinks are quite expensive too. But good vibes in there for a game of pool

Good place to spent an evening with your friends or relatives in calm and relaxing atmosphere where you can drink different kinds of cocktails. There are big screens with sport events streaming. Billiard tables are not used as well as cues and other attributes. Polite service and good prices are additional benefits. Also it’s located close to the city Center but at the same time in a quiet place. Highly recommended place

A gorgeous hall with excellently spaced tables sitting a little ways it of a busy part of town. The club is in two parts, the pool hall in one part and the main bar in another, which is fun for darts and hanging out. I really loved the decor; this is very new in 2023 - or if it isn't then it really is keep to look that way. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Very clean & tidy. A great place to place pool, soft tip darts or just enjoy a drink. Can get very busy after 6pm.
