😠 Ladies and Gentlemen, have you completely lost your mind? Do you ask the patient PLN 350 for a 15-minute visit? I must say that I am updating my original opinion which was negative. I waited more than an hour for a visit and I was upset. I got SMS about 20 min delay when I was already on my way - in fact the delay was more than an hour. At that day, nobody apologized, neither the receptionist nor the doctor. I paid 400 zl. The receptionist didn't look friendly or careful. When I mentioned how frustrated I were, the receptionist just suggested to get my money back and go. The doctor said it was her normal practice to keep patients waiting. If the doctor would have apologized straight away when I came into her cabinet - things might have been so much easier - after all it's an elementary politeness that can be expected from every person. A doctor is not a god, not superior to their clients/ patients. Perhaps my personal experience with the doctor might have been better under different circumstances. I do not question the qualification and professionalism of the doctor. I might be happier if I got the information I was interested in, in more details. pluses and minuses of the two methods - I lacked clarification a little bit. Maybe I should have put more questions myself, however I was already so tired and frustrated and had no more energy to ask for the information that was supposed to be given naturally. And the doctor didn't seem very keen on talking. Maybe she was already too tired because of the long time spent with the previous client - I don't know. We are all humans, after all. What I do know - politeness is a must in every sphere and with every service, and good time management is not an impossible thing. When I sent my complaint to the clinic, they called me back, and tried to settle the matter. We agreed upon returning half of the money. I appreciate their reaction and the fact that they were ready to accept the feedback. I hope that the management of the clinic will finally find a right way to organize schedule of visits and to hire polite receptionists. I thank them for their reaction to my complaint.

Calling the clinic in advance, I clarified that I could remove the formation at the clinic and send for histology . At a 5-minute consultation (which costed 300 zl) doctor Lenartowicz referred me to his friends private clinic for removal. When asked if I can remove it here, the doctor answered that they do not have a convenient place to do that. I was denied a refund because “the consultation was provided”. Upd: What doctors are available to continue the treatment?Your doctor send me to another doctor at another private cabinet, despite you saying I can do the procedure at your clinic. I can also look up the definition of medical consultation.

The opinion concerns: Private visit to the Oncologist. The doctor listened and examined me very carefully. He knew immediately what was wrong. He spoke calmly, matter-of-factly and indicated what could be done next. It was an expensive visit, but sometimes you shouldn't skimp on your health.

I advise against consultation at Onkolmed with Dr. Wolski. Doctor below criticism. Lack of detailed knowledge of the patient's medical history, extremely short visit, selective glance at the results. Proposed treatment methods from many years ago, because that's how treatment used to be... The only thing I got during a very expensive private visit was the name of another urologist. I advise everyone not to visit this doctor, it is a waste of time, nerves and money

I definitely advise against visiting Dr. Spałek, especially, knowing how serious his patient's condition was, he sent us to a consultation where we had to go around the hospital from one office to another only to be told at the end that nothing could be done... Doing things to people false hopes just to get money for another visit ;)

The reception calls on Friday to reschedule your visit. I agree to an appointment on Tuesday one hour earlier. On Sunday, he receives a text message reminding him of his visit. On the day of my visit, the reception informs me that I should check in an hour earlier. I have an SMS on the back, which clearly shows that someone at the reception made a mistake and entered one thing into the Famous Doctor and marked something else in the facility's system. The receptionist responds to the text message with a nonchalant shrug and an expression as if she was sitting there as a punishment. No sorry or anything. The visit to the doctor itself was a plus (5 stars would not be enough), but the reception was below any standard. Edit. I also heard the time 4:40 p.m. during a phone call on Friday (a text message from ZL only confirmed it). Either way, this does not explain the behavior of the lady at the registration desk, because it was not professional, whatever the situation.

The ladies at the registration desk are very nice and always helpful. And Professor Grzegorz Panek is the best doctor I have ever met. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

My recent visit to Onkolmed with Dr. Alina Borowska was terrible. I felt discriminated against because of my nationality - I am a Ukrainian who studies in Poland. During the visit, Dr. Borowska expressed her reluctance to admit me, suggesting that I go to the reception and submit health insurance documents from the university. Even though I had already brought the documents, they were scanned and the reception informed me that they already had them and the doctor could admit me. Unfortunately, the doctor was busy on the phone at the time, so I had to wait 15 minutes at the scheduled time. However, due to the end of my lunch break, I had to give up waiting any longer. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, but in the medical community, the priority should be helping patients regardless of their background or other personal factors. Although my experience was negative, I gave it a rating of 2, taking into account the positive opinions of other Onkolmed employees. Everyone else I interacted with was very professional and the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit. When making an appointment by phone, I asked the lady at the reception which doctor I should go to regarding my condition. The lady suggested Dr. Sałamacha. The doctor only said that an ultrasound needs to be done, but he doesn't do it. The visit did not last 5 minutes and cost PLN 300.

Good morning, yesterday my husband and I visited Dr. P.Rutkowski. We can wholeheartedly recommend this consultation. Prof. empathetic, explained the nature of the disease, its treatment method, and recommended further in-depth diagnostics. I really recommend! The facility's staff and the hospital itself are OK.

I do not recommend. After asking if they do immunotherapy, I was told yes. After driving 340 km in both directions, it turned out that they were unable to do it. When booking the visit, I was informed that the visit costs PLN 400. However, the next time I called to make sure about my registration, I informed them that I had cervical cancer, to which they replied that I had to make an appointment with the professor, and they moved me to another day, without informing me in advance that the visit would cost PLN 500. When I pointed out that I shouldn't pay because I was going for immunotherapy and I didn't want to travel so many kilometers as a stage 4 cancer patient to find out that they didn't perform this procedure, they replied that the decision was made by the doctor. When I asked why no one informed me about it earlier, I was told that the reception did not know this and was not obliged to inform me. It seems to me that such information should be provided to patients so that they can make an informed decision about their visit. I also received a suggestion to go to another clinic and they provided the address, but was that the purpose of my visit? Additionally, I would like to point out that the impression received suggests that the patient is solely responsible for the situation. However, after later discussions, I was informed that the responsibility lay on both sides, but I was still told that it was my fault. Despite this, when I pointed out the lack of information about the increase in the price of the visit by PLN 100, I was told that the patient should ask about everything. Unfortunately, despite my request for a refund of the difference due to the lack of information, I was told that no one would refund me the difference because the visit to the professor had a fixed price. It is incomprehensible that the patient should suffer consequences for the lack of clarity on the part of the medical staff. This further confirms my belief that I cannot recommend this place.
