  Castle Bakers Best Place in Gurdaspur to spend idle time whether alone or in with company, I love this place and also the food available here 😋😋😋 yummie. Another visit and service is soo good that I ordered my regular item and it was rough and dry so they replaced it without any question. 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  This is the one of the best bakers in the town you will get you know multiple cakes option designs flavours. Along with the cakes you will get the snacks options bakery products ,so many options are there for kids as well. Overall a good bakery with a good taste.

  The ambience is quite good. Famous for their bakery products.. Red velvet pastry is just yumm. Staff is very polite. The party lounge is wonderful.

  Ordered a black forest cake, taste and quality of preparation is just average..If you are looking for ordering cake for a special occasion, find a better option( my review is just for the cake)

  They should work on their food presentation. Earlier they used to serve cold coffee and shakes in glasses but bow it's all served in very ordinary plastic disposable glasses. Staff no doubt is very nice but presentation of food is not upto the mark. Very loud punjabi music all the times.

  Great efforts to make it fully operational. Imported chew gums and chocolates are available, but little expensive. Varieties of coffees like cappucino, Latte etc are available apart from bakery products. Coffee quality has gown down now, may be due to lack of skilled staff.

  I called at the bakery to place an order for delivery but the guy over the phone didn't listen to me at all and did not take my order over the phone. He asked me to whatsapp him instead. I asked him to atleast tell me about the cakes available for delivery, he said I should check the photos on Google. They don't even have a menu online. Poor customer service I can say.
