  Great place. On the main road. Food is awesome and the reception hall is of decent size. Service is very good. They have another place right beside this one which has a restaurant and a bar. One reception hall is located there but that one is smaller in size and little cheaper than this. Also they provide rooms for stay. Limited parking is the only issue. You have to park by the side of the road. Cheers

  Recently visited Urban Spices lounge & bar which is part of Hotel Golden Palm located in Gurdaspur. Details are below 1. Located just next to main Amritsar Pathankot highway in Gurdaspur 2. Ample space available for parking also. 3. Lounge bar we visited is in 2nd floor with open terrace. 4. Every weekend there is live music also which is great. 5. Food is tasty - drinks u need to home on as I didn’t like couple of them. 6. If u r going for a outing it’s a great place but I felt in huge family gathering, there was very less space for moving here and there where we were seated.

  Good experience But there is a little things that they can add The hotel have not water cooler so we have to buy everytime drinking water Other wise staff behaviour is good. Room status is also good

  I just came here only for ilets exam, builing is very good but unfortunately staff strictly said to my partner for stay outside of site, worthless to have big buildings if u have no service for stay on waiting hall or proper seat for sit outside of gate, i understand its a policy of ipd standard for security purposes but hotel should provide a service for partner or parents

  I visited recently. Hotel situated near Gurdaspur Bypass Road Punjab Towards Pathankot. The room was not cleaned at the time of check-in. Service was too slow. You have to give multiple reminders for everything. Food was good but there were not so many options available for breakfast and dinner. Hotel owner should improve more services and foods options here. Rest experience was good but no upto Mark's at there fare prices Food and breakfast -3/5 Rooms -3/5 Hospitality and Services -2.5/5 Location -4/5

  As the name states we were also attracted but when we stayed there we got a bad experience,no services on time i donot describe my room number but there no lock facility or kundi in washroom so you can think and water passing was also not proper we were forced to call for plumber so any body can think,as we have

  Customers are bound to accept the things here. Never seen this in any good hotel. No customization in breakfast as customers have to accept the food without other options.

  No wheel chair facility, No ramp to enter the reception for physically challenged or old age. Trap door of ceiling was open.. No room service for breakfast, No buffet system. Only good thing is the interiors and good staff...

  Rooms looked very nice but lacked maintenance and I could see pests(rats) running in my room late in the night around 3AM. It was disgusting

  I have visited the place more than 5 times. Last visit ruined all my experience for the place. I ordered three dishes , one came after 45 minutes( reason they cooked some other dish) , non veg pasta came without chicken. Dont ever order cocktails , taste isnt upto mark as per the prices. Also in a fine dine you dont expect dirty chairs and broken plates. A lot to work on for you guys.

  Especially for ilets candidates;The sevices were disgusting, parents nd the students were not offered for a place to sit... everyone was standing outside under extreme heat nd some were sitting on the stairs..the sevices were not worthy..shall improve the sitting arrangement nd provide some services like water nd stuff to parents or candidates!!

  Staff is not co-oprative i have recently went their to give my ielts exam and my freind was also came with me so has to wait till my exam finish so they did not alow to sit him inside the hotel to wait for me insteed they said him that wait outside so thats why me and my friend so dissapointed to book this hotel
