I visited recently. Hotel situated near Gurdaspur Bypass Road Punjab Towards Pathankot. The room was not cleaned at the time of check-in. Service was too slow. You have to give multiple reminders for everything. Food was good but there were not so many options available for breakfast and dinner. Hotel owner should improve more services and foods options here. Rest experience was good but no upto Mark's at there fare prices Food and breakfast -3/5 Rooms -3/5 Hospitality and Services -2.5/5 Location -4/5

Nice park but need to be more clean and tidy. Verka milk point is situated at entrance of park. Multiple rides are available for kids.

Great place. On the main road. Food is awesome and the reception hall is of decent size. Service is very good. They have another place right beside this one which has a restaurant and a bar. One reception hall is located there but that one is smaller in size and little cheaper than this. Also they provide rooms for stay. Limited parking is the only issue. You have to park by the side of the road. Cheers

Rooms looked very nice but lacked maintenance and I could see pests(rats) running in my room late in the night around 3AM. It was disgusting

Feeling remorse!! With the pathetic service and staff hospitality basically the reception guy offered. Infact not having courtesy to let the guest sit in the lobby area stating you not our guest . It is fallacious atleast allow any to sit at least. Will never want to visit again. 24/01/2024 13:00hrs Poor management!!!

I think this may be one of the good hotels of this town but I experienced it differently. I book a suite room in this hotel and I got a room spacious to be suite room but just large room- a small study table pushed into a small gap is what you get this room- bathroom was pathetic. The latchet in the bathroom don't work few times I felt I got struck in the bathroom, toilet was not clean nor daily house keeping clean the toilet, bathroom floods and over flows to other areas but thank God it didn't flood to the room. Towels provided are old and torn no floor towel to keep your feet dry- as water from bathroom over flowed. Every day we had to fight with honey bees before using the bathroom or toilet- very Adventurous time !!! Food in many reviews said is great but I felt it is not we had 2 dinners there tried both Indian and Chinese from the restaurant but it was not up to the mark. Staff were not that helpful... Worst thing is : I gave the room keys, so that they can clean my room while I am gone out, when came back- saw that my things are missing. I complaint with hotel staff but none of them bothered about it. I had to do a early morning check out and when I told that they not given any solution to lost items from the room, their staff went upto to the room to check if we had stolen any thing from their room and comes down and tells us-" you are free to go". Staff being this rude I have never seen before. Conculsion: this hotel is not value for the money you pay, nothing is great about this hotel even after you pay higher price... Update: This time my room is comparatively better, clean with better space and all. However towels remain same old towels. They have purchase near by property too, so there more space. I tried food here and it's good.

I have ordered chicken punjabi boneless full but quantity of pieces is very low. Just 4-5 chicken pop corn type pieces. For that quantity price is high gravy quantity is good but average weight in full chicken 230-250 grams in full.

I recently visited this place, after check-in I came to know that they are providing room in other property which is not by the name of Golden Palm, so i have to travel around 100 metre for my room. The room was not clean and one LED ceiling light was blinking continuously, so I called the reception to check it... They said they were sending someone but 15 minutes passed and no one came... Again I called again 15 minutes passed and no one came... Again I called then finally some one came... Such a poor irresponsible service they have.. bathrooms were dirty.. breakfast was messy ... Paratha, paneer pakoda looks like they have been prepared one night before.. and reheated.. so hard to chew... No taste at all. Very disappointing experience

I have visited the place more than 5 times. Last visit ruined all my experience for the place. I ordered three dishes , one came after 45 minutes( reason they cooked some other dish) , non veg pasta came without chicken. Dont ever order cocktails , taste isnt upto mark as per the prices. Also in a fine dine you dont expect dirty chairs and broken plates. A lot to work on for you guys.

The place was great well Maintained and the decorations were also fascinating. Over them all the food was the best each and every thing say the curries th snacks were just awesome.

I just came here only for ilets exam, builing is very good but unfortunately staff strictly said to my partner for stay outside of site, worthless to have big buildings if u have no service for stay on waiting hall or proper seat for sit outside of gate, i understand its a policy of ipd standard for security purposes but hotel should provide a service for partner or parents

No wheel chair facility, No ramp to enter the reception for physically challenged or old age. Trap door of ceiling was open.. No room service for breakfast, No buffet system. Only good thing is the interiors and good staff...

Staff is not co-oprative i have recently went their to give my ielts exam and my freind was also came with me so has to wait till my exam finish so they did not alow to sit him inside the hotel to wait for me insteed they said him that wait outside so thats why me and my friend so dissapointed to book this hotel

Customers are bound to accept the things here. Never seen this in any good hotel. No customization in breakfast as customers have to accept the food without other options.

Good experience But there is a little things that they can add The hotel have not water cooler so we have to buy everytime drinking water Other wise staff behaviour is good. Room status is also good

Recently visited Urban Spices lounge & bar which is part of Hotel Golden Palm located in Gurdaspur. Details are below 1. Located just next to main Amritsar Pathankot highway in Gurdaspur 2. Ample space available for parking also. 3. Lounge bar we visited is in 2nd floor with open terrace. 4. Every weekend there is live music also which is great. 5. Food is tasty - drinks u need to home on as I didn’t like couple of them. 6. If u r going for a outing it’s a great place but I felt in huge family gathering, there was very less space for moving here and there where we were seated.

Especially for ilets candidates;The sevices were disgusting, parents nd the students were not offered for a place to sit... everyone was standing outside under extreme heat nd some were sitting on the stairs..the sevices were not worthy..shall improve the sitting arrangement nd provide some services like water nd stuff to parents or candidates!!
