    I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that provided one of the worst service experiences for a family vacation. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that this establishment was not suitable for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. They were consistently unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or providing any form of assistance. Our requests for information and assistance were met with indifference, leaving us feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout our stay. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Our room was poorly maintained, with stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that had seen better days. We also encountered issues with the water supply, experiencing inconsistent temperature and low water pressure during our stay. These conditions were far from ideal, especially for a family with young children. I would highly recommend exploring alternative options to ensure a more enjoyable and hassle-free family vacation.

    All the staff are very arrogant.. the reception counter person is very rude and non co-operative.. all the time he is shouting at customers..

    Hotel staff not trained and rubbish behaviour. Room are very dirty. Hotel is not maintain. Required some essiantial intrior and furniture.

    Read the 1 star rated reviews first, it’s a business trick wherein the person Mr. Saurav Gupta will be nice to you and take booking, upon arrival the driver will very politely take you to a not so good hotel where the whole room stinks of toilet and tell you that this is also our room only and we will adjust you later on in our hotel, upon complaining or reduction of payment request he will trick you by saying “I made all payment if you don’t want to pay the agreed price then don’t pay anything “Jai Mata de” if rooms are not available no body will inform you first, or give you any choice, it’s a business trick cause the driver, the manager everyone knows it but no one will say anything until the length of your stay. Giving 5 star cause every one is focused on 5 star reviews only, read all 1 star reviews and the book at your risk “Jai Mata Di”
