👍 The paid sites on Hoi An are a strange beast. Some are boring, while the boring sounding ones can be better. This is one of the better homes to look at

Small, building with several examples of old ceramics with the oldest dating back to the 15th century. The placards are informative, but the audio tour can be skipped. The museum is a good chance to walk through both floors of one of the classic historical buildings common in Hoi An’s historical district.

Beautiful museum in an old house. Not the most interesting display, but a lovely place for a visit.

Museum with ceramics, the interesting parts are the history posters, e.g. explaining why Hoi An looks as it does, since the trade town was at 19th century shadowed by modern ports in Da Nang. Thank you Da Nang and thank you evolution!

(Translated by Google) The museum keeps and provides information about the types of ceramics traded in Hoi An from the 17th to 18th centuries.

Some interesting history to read about and the old home is nice to visit. But the ceramic pieces aren't that fascinating unless you're really into this specific art history or ceramic arts.

The architecture of this historic building is beautiful & so are the ceramics on display! Definitely a great place to visit in the old town.

Lovely little museum exhibiting lots of ceramics. The information is quite specialised/focussed on the intricacies of the excavations which some people might find boring
