Professional and very clean! It’s a modern building and the documentation and system is all electronic. Two clean, modern child play areas. Directed to staff who spoke English. Very high standard of care; I was even checked by a physician and then required to wait for 30 minutes AFTER the vaccine to check for allergic reaction. They even put me in a ‘notification’ queue for a call because a requested vaccine was on back order. Very impressed with all.

Mostly good doctors, the few that are bad make it a risky place to go. Watch them carefully and if anything doesn't feel right get a second opinion at different Hospital. We've had some good doctors here, others that very clearly need to hand their medical license back in and get additional training before being allowed near healthy patients

Not equipped for people with physical handicaps; need to walk up many stairs with crying baby and no elevator to get to the place where vaccine is given. Disorganized and chaotic. Staff and service process are not accommodating or helpful. I thought getting a vaccine in Vietnam would be cheaper than USA but it's almost the same at this place. They get two stars instead of one because the staff who actually administer the vaccine are nice. Relative to other places in Vietnam this place may be OK but compared to the world it's not good.
