Anti-customer practices are rampant. Been coming here all the times for a long long time, since it's first opened. Yet the management just keeps finding new ways and pricing strategies to exclude existing customers. The bad and inconsiderate practices are numerous. After my first visit, I asked if they have a monthly/quarterly membership program, and suggested they install water coolers in the private onsen areas for their customers. Both requests took them a year to implement. Meanwhile, they started to remove the post 5pm discount (onsen ticket used to cost 200k Vnd, and 150k after 5pm, since they used to close at 8pm), then this month March 2023 they removed the onset separate ticket completely. If you dont like their waterpark portion and only come for onsen, they will not OPEN to you. And the membership? They just started that as well. Except it's only applied to families with 2 parents and 2 kids. If you have 3 adults in your party, sorry they dont accept that. If you have 3 kids with you, and you being a single guardian, they wont let you in either. Now they also close the facility at 7pm. Back when they had closed at 8pm, they actually start turning off all running waters and heaters at 7pm, 1hour before closing. I asked that they kept the water on for their customers many times to no avail. Management is simply ignorant of customers's needs and feedbacks. Instead they try vain and ridiculous experiments that I and many found harder and harder to accept. My requests to meet management in person, or to share feedback with any manager online all ended up in dead ends. They are simply out of the loop. They have zero management experience, let alone managing an onsen facility. I doubt anyone in this management team actually know anything about onsen. This onsen facility used to be my most delightful experience. I showed it and the onsen experience to many friends and family members and we all had great experience. But now I no longer see this place as welcoming and relaxing. I promise not to visit this place again, until a better management replaces the current incompetent and ignorant one. I would rather not going to onsen, and staying at a different hotel/resort rather than supporting the plethora of insensitive and damaging management at this place. The onsen was great. But the management just keeps ruining it. Bye bye!

Outdoor water park was closed due to rain yet full charge for entrance. Indoor water park had only one water slide open and there are only two so why not have them both open? All in all if you’re bored you can come here for a quick swim in the water park but gets boring really fast especially when the weather is not great.

Japanese style water park. Water slides for all ages, no wait time. Plenty more to do here as well with hot spa and massages available. Showers include soap and conditioner, as well as clothes dryer. Well worth a day out.

Great experience stay in the capsule hotel at level 3 directly in the water theme park. We arrive late and ask the transport to send us to the mikazuki hotel but there was 2 area, offer great accomodation from low budget to medium range and to high range where you can choose the villa style, bring Japanese to you in Vietnam Level 1 Watertheme park Level 2 Arcade (They got Hado) Level 3 Massage, Children area, capsule hotel Level 4 Public Onsen Level 1,2,4 have locker room at the toilet to place your item inside. They have the food court at level 1 and Doraemon gift shop area as well You can also rent Japanese clothes to take pictures at the Onsen area. They have ATM, Gym, Tennis court, you name it they have it They have sumo wrestling area at level 1 and also a very big and nice dragon picture on the wall. Walking around the hotel area, they have the mount Fuji zone area, restaurant is just 5 min drive by bugee. Total love the whole experience and it great for family to come over and spend a 2D1N in the danage area that is close to the beach. Highly recommended

This could have been a really awesome experience but the day we went all the slides were closed all day and the outdoor pool was being vacuumed. Doing maintenance is great but it's a bummer when we come just for the water park and pay for that and half of it is closed. The staff was very friendly, the lazy rivers and wave pool were cool, but ultimately we left early and a bit disappointed.

It was nice i will just Say that they need a place to change clothes , not enough toiles compare to the customers they have . They should have more for a water park. Also they should have a lift for the inflatables to do the slides because they are heavy to bring them on the top top slide on.

Came at lownpeak season. It is place great for families with kids. But I did enjoyed the outdoor onsen as there is little to no people at all. Really enjoy the feel of having the whole place to myself.

We went to this water park to replace the plan of going to Ba Na Hills because of weather and we were very great with this decision. The price was very good compared to its service offer. Place was kept clean with decent indoor water games. Very suitable for family. My son love the artificial beach and the lazy-river.

Great place to enjoy for a few hours during hot days. Saw a few folks mentioned it hurts to walk on some surface, that’s what I have experienced as well.

I didnt enjoy the place too much, the bathroom and the changing room is quite below average. However it matches the price so i still give 5 stars. It would suit people who want to relax, sit still not ones who looking to have fun and active The only exciting thing is a long water slide eventhough it takes a long walk to come up there, most of the pool water level is like 0.2m to 1.5m

Tickets for the onsen and waterpark has merged into one as of March 2023, you must buy the all-access day pass, about 350k/person. The Japanese bath house is authentic, has a well maintained facility, is equipped with restaurants and entertainment for the entire family. Gets crowded on weekends, better to go on a weekday.

It's very small. Not a big park. The kids should able to enjoy the wave pool and water slide

I like it there ! there are a few kinds of pools, and all of them were so good. lazy river and beach pool were chill and water slide was so exciting ! water park was big enough, clean, and safe because life guards are by each pools so even family and kids enjoy a lots.after water park I went to Onsen where you take in wearing swim suits was nice ♨It has two typs of saunas too. at last I took another onsen being naked, it was clean and prepared good shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.I could relax and heal my body there. Stuff were friendly and the price was reasonable for all of them. you can enjoy at this inside water park even rainy day :)

Good place for a weekend/holiday escape. It would be better to go waterpark first and then go to onsen later. But the resort should have an instruction table step-by-step for customer easy to use and no need to ask the staff everything at the first time

Great Onzen Spa to pay for. If travelling to Danang, slot this at your schedule. It has a private Onzen pool, public pool and small water park facility to play with. Advice to go in the morning to avoid the crowd. Fully Enjoy private pool. Lunch a lot of choices, self payment.

Need a lot of improvements on safety within water playground. Most of the surface is quite slippery which I got into an accident. Fortunately, my kids were safe from falling on slippery floor.

Onsen is just fine, not too spacious but equipped with essentials.
