Follow
the
mountain
road
past
the
Lady
Buddha
and
then
take
the
road
that
leads
off
to
the
right
a
couple
of
kilometres
later.
The
end
of
that
road
turns
into
a
track
down
to
this
gloriously
secluded
cove.
Yes,
you
will
be
pestered
for
a
parking
fee;
yes,
there
is
a
fair
bit
of
rubbish
to
be
found
on
the
beach
and
in
the
sea;
yes,
there
are
very
dangerous
sharp
rocks
and
jagged
bits
of
metal
sticking
out
all
over
the
place
which
could
do
you
serious
harm;
and
yes,
it
does
get
horribly
crowded
at
weekends
when
hoards
of
“mot-hai-ba”
partygoers
descend
like
a
plague
of
locusts….but
trust
me,
despite
these
irritants,
this
place
is
gorgeous.
The
sea
is
so
much
cleaner
and
clearer
than
anywhere
along
the
Danang-to-Hoi
An
beach
line,
you
can
snorkel
and
view
pretty
coral
and
a
wide
range
of
beautiful
fish,
it
has
a
less
touristy,
more
serene
atmosphere
than
other
beaches
in
this
area,
and
best
of
all,
there
are
no
lifeguards
shouting
at
you
and
blowing
a
whistle
to
make
you
move
from
one
arbitrarily
designated
‘safe
zone’
to
another
one,
just
so
the
lifeguard
can
feel
big
and
powerful.
This
is
a
great
place
to
bring
a
picnic
and
some
beers
and
chill
out
for
a
whole
day,
but
please,
please
take
your
rubbish
with
you
when
you
leave.
