Good experience, staff nice and courteous (Tram, Bao Kha, Hoan Kha and Long Bell). Breakfast is excellent. Overall experience is excellent

service was good and located near the beach. only point of improvement would be the shower water which was alternating between hot and cold water for 2 nights.

Huyen Hien Bao Kha receptionist Hung Bellman were all gud n gave us a good hospitality. The rooms were all clean n the room service did a great job 👍. This hotel is most recommended to stay💯

Such a nice beach hotel with wonderful sea-view. The room is perfect, quite, clean and all you need are there. The location is the best to go anywhere within footsteps. The breakfast buffet is so good to try as well. Highly recommended accommodation when visiting Danang!

Bathroom wall made of glass and the door has holes. As a design choice, very bad, the smell of washroom permeate through the room. Great view of the beach from the seaview rooms.

I was with my family twice here. The room was really comfortable and the view to the sea is fantastic. Services and breakfast were also very great. The hotel is ferfecly located directly to the beach. Highly recommended this hotel. Ms thuy me kha ms tram ms binh very helpful and incredibly friendly.

Spacious and clean rooms, fresh sheets. Friendly and caring staff. However soundproofing is really bad. I heard guests coming in at 1:30am and if they won’t keep their voices down, be prepared to lose some sleep.

Good: Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, beach facing so good outside view. Bad: In my view, hotel is not 4 star but I would rate it 2 star. Rooms are very compact, washroom you’ll see water coming out from shower area and make everything around wet. Furniture is very old and does not provide 4 star feeling.

Best location just opposite to Sea. I visited vietnam more then 10 days but best hotel I stayed is serene beach hotel and best city I visited is Da nang . Very polite staff. Guest friendly hotel. I recommend to take sea facing room.
