Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable, queen “plus” bed that was extra wide and longer than many, and a spacious bathroom with excellent “jungle” shower. Breakfast was varied every day with both Vietnamese and Western offerings. I wouldn’t call it gourmet but it was a good breakfast nonetheless, with different hot noodle bowls every day. We were also pleased with Nhu Hoa and Phường Ching at the reception desk. Very pleasant ladies. I’m surprised there aren’t more five star reviews.

Although the location is a bit far from the beach, but it’s very convenient if you take taxi and the fee is always good. This hotel is the best deal I got so far, price is cheap and everything are new, the room is pretty spacious, we got one with the city few on 16th floor, the view was an amazing, bed is comfy I slept really well. The breakfast was nice, lobby and the bar area are so comfy and nice!! The staff was super helpful even after we checkout he helped us carrying the luggage. Overall it’s an underrated place I highly recommend every one come here to stay :)))

Hotel is located in the centre of Da Nang. There are a lot of shops around. The beach is about 3km from the hotel. So the location is to be rated on your personl references. Staff is very friendly at any time. Hoang in the restaurant is exceptional. He is not only reacting to any request, he is proactive the minute he learned about your preferences, which gives an extra touch to the hotel. Despite the rooms are spotless and spacious, I recommend to explicitly request a silent one (upper floors or away from the street).

Surprised to not see 5 stars for this hotel! Great value and amazing hotel! Breakfast was always amazing and the prices around this hotel are also very good in comparison to other areas in this town. Its a bit less busy since its about 2km away from the dragon bridge. We stayed at wink hotel after this one closer to dragon bridge as well to give some perspective so each location did have it’s charm and i would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Ppl are also very friendly here, ask for Nam to show you around the area as well!

Really great hotel overall. Room was very modern and clean, had good air conditioning, and the bathroom was very spacious and had a nice shower. Our view was incredible; we could see the Dragon Bridge, beach, and mountains just from looking out the window. Housekeeping was always on point. Laundry services and room service were quick and easy. The hotel breakfast buffet has a lot of options, mostly Vietnamese food but was tasty and had a good assortment. The daily passionfruit juice and fresh fruit were wonderful. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Overall is good. The food, room, services. However is you stay at room facing the main road, you will always able to listen to horn sound. I does not able to get a good sleep for 2 days straight

Good experience, rooms are nice, service is good, nice view,etc.... but the rooms doesn't have A/C 24/7 so the rooms have a bad smell but it will kind of disappear after some days of constant air conditioning

However, the situation took a positive turn thanks to the exceptional efforts of the manager Linh. Throughout our stay, Linh consistently followed up on the issue, ensuring we felt supported. Despite the initial hiccup, the hotel's excellent location, near everything, coupled with a breakfast offering numerous choices, contributed to a positive experience. The establishment's cleanliness and freshness added further to our overall satisfaction. Even during check-out, Linh continued to prioritize our happiness, offering assistance and concluding our stay on a positive note.
