The hotel is great and in close vicinity to great restaurants and convenience stores. Their breakfast had a good variety of options and staff was polite too. The swimming pool was clean. The room was great and big and had all necessities in it. We were disappointed with the F&B Staff as nobody was there to help us at the bar during happy hours even though we waited for more than one hour and nobody came. If one can’t avail the offer at the hotel, they must not advertise it.

Stayed 3 nights, room condition was perfect. All the staffs were nice and kind. Good at Korean, English. Swimming pool was big enough. Newest hotel so nothing seemed old. It was pretty quiet at late night. Great location, reasonable price. We had afternoon tea too, wonderful to enjoy it. Also breakfast buffet was great quality, everyday had different menu. Definitely want to come back again ☺️

My expectations were high with this hotel rated so highly but I can say this hotel still exceeded expectations!! Service was incredible throughout and the best we experienced during our vacation, in particular Khánh and Mina. Got a free upgrade too ! :) Pool was lovely view, & was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Very good location, 5 mins from beach. Rooms were immaculate. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was great, decent number of vegetarian and vegan options.

the staffs were really kind and friendly, and was able to speak a bit of english which was really helpful as i wasn't able to speak vietnamese fluently. the location is really good as well as we were able to travel around the town quickly (travelling to most places only took around 20-25mins) The room was also very tidy when we first came and overall it was a very good experience in the hotel.

Nguyen, Khanh, Mina are good staff, very kind and friendly. The room is so good, the location is good too. From Hotel to beach take to 5 minutes, nearby mini mart, coffee shop,... The breakfast is very good taste, many choice.

Customer service has been exceptional. The gym and swimming pool are very nice also. The room is very clean and staff’s attitude here are so kind and nicely with us. I’m sure I will be back. Thanks to khan ling and an Ely, I have nice time here

I come here with my wife. I really amazed by staff in restaurants, Thuan talking with me about city, about bridges in here. And help me clean my table. Ashley show me about local food, about local drink. I will go here with my wife. The restaurant is good, food also delicious, specially ms Thao so kind. Thank you so much. I will come.

This hotel is the best I have stayed. Staff friendly, beautiful. It so closed the beach, I really like it, Staff in restaurants very kind. Mr Thuan help me clean dish and talking with me more, Ashley make me feel good in it raining day. Thao also good, thank you guy, I will see you again as soon as possible. Love it

Nguyen, Elly and many other (i count at least 6 other staff) whom i did not manage to note their names, and the team behind the scenes :D Great stay here- the staff are friendly and always happy to help with any needs/ enquiry we have. Walking distance to the beach, and a small night market nearby. The rooms and facilities are new (1 year old). The room cleaning is thorough- once i got a peek of the staff at work. Kudos to the staff for making it a great stay.

This is a good hotel I've been in my trip. There are many restaurants, shops, destination... near around the hotel and just 5 minutes to go to the beach.The staff is so friendly and so kind. Ms Mina and Van are also helpful. they're always smiling .I love the breakfast and swimming pool. Highly recommend.

great location. quick walk to the beach, plethora of restaurants. service was top notch. everyone was very attentive. breakfast included. pool was bigger than other places I've stayed nearby so good for laps. gym was under construction during my stay, but there's a pretty decent gym 3 min walk away. will definitely stay here again

This hotel is very good. The breakfast has many choices for Taiwanese. In the lobby, staffs are very friendly. THAN, AN, CAU are very lovely and support me whenever i need. Thanks to them. I will come back if i have chance. Thank you. 😊

Wonderful 7 night stay. Staff are friendly, attentive and polite. Hotel is modern, has a lovely rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast excellent including vegetarian options. Thuan our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Reception staff always happy to help and welcome us. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Best hotel in perfect location. The hotel bedding was just perfect and I fell asleep in two seconds. I’m sensitive about cleanness and this hotel satisfied me. I loved the atmosphere around the hotel so choose Golden Lotus Grand Hotel. I am a little bit picky about accommodation, I had to ask some request. Whenever I asked help Helena and Hoang Linh helped me a lot. She was very kind!

The hotel is brand new, with good quality beds and atmosphere. First time in Danang as a group of 4, stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We were provided with great service, not to mention yespecially friendly Helena who helped us our way to the airport on our departure. And finally, great location (easy access to stores/markets/eatery) with great price. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to fully enjoy our time. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Originally we booked this hotel for 2 nights however as we had a change of plan, we changed our booking to 1 night and the staff were super professional in dealing with the amended changes as they didn't receive the confirmation from Agoda. The hotel was much nicer than we thought and we're very happy with how clean it was. The rooftop pool area was bigger and very comfortable. We came in early January hence the temperatures were around low 20s but you can still swim. Breakfast was the only disappointment as there were too many empty dishes even the coffee pot was empty and this feedback was given to the reception staff. However I still gave it a rating of 5 stars as the front reception staff were amazing in handling the incident we had with the bathroom, they were super professional and spoke perfect English and kudo to the door person who gave us recommendations to 3 restaurants and we went to 2 of them and they both were delicious and totally exceeded our expectations. Thank you Golden Lotus for such a lovely short stay.

I had great experience with Golden Lotus Grand. The hotel set in beautiful location, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Room was cozy and clean, staff and manager were amazing and incredibly helpful. Staff is always top notch. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely come back! Thank you THUY (AMY) again for everything!

A brand now hotel. There is a nice pool and bar area on the top. In my opinion it has the best balance between cost and quality. The staff are really helpful. There is only one issue, sound isolation is not perfect and Vietnamese neighborhoods could be loud. Anyway I put 5 stars.
