This is one of worst experience in whole of my Vietnam over 6 months. Pho price is expensive. This price is almost 3 times than normal price. If you willing to pay it as this is shopping mall, you may be expect some quality boundary. Unfortunately, this shop has nothing like that. Pho noodle was thick and not well cooked. Chicken stock is just nothing special to pay expensive. The toast was horrible taste I ever had. You can easily guess what taste it was. Imagine if you toasted tasteless 2 pieces of bread and put dry veggies with dry chicken. And spread very small amount of peanut butter. Absolutely dry taste makes your mouth turn in to sand. Best thing of here was bottle water. If you consider this place to your meal as you can't find some place, I strongly recommend go to other place or just grab any food in Vinmart at downstairs. That might be not a best food but it worth it than you take here. I can't believe why and how this owner running shop with this extremely bad food in here.

I tried a few coffee options at this spot, but I must say I was a bit disappointed. The Coconut Coffee was a bit thin and tasted diluted, not what I expected. The Coffee with Condensed Milk was like drinking coffee-flavored condensed milk water, really light on the coffee taste. However, the normal Coffee with Milk did hit the spot, it had a good strong kick. Moving on to the food, the Pho was a bit on the salty side for my liking, but it wasn't bad, especially when I added some chilli and lime. The beef in it was tender, which was a plus. On the bright side, the lady boss was friendly. On the downside, the place was quite hot, the air conditioning didn't do much, and although they had a fan, it was still a bit uncomfortable. Plus, the place looked a little messy.

While I did enjoy my Pho (chicken soup noodles), which was a pretty big serving that I shared with my companion, my favorite among our orders was the iced coffee. I just wish the coffee was a bigger serving because it had quite a number of ice cubes.

Nice little cafe on the top floor of the mall overlooking the multiple levels and near the cinema. Food was good — liked the banana/peanut butter smoothie I had. Also, the man behind the bar (who I assumed was the owner) spoke very good English which was helpful.

How could anyone give this place anything other than 1 star? Honestly, if there was an option for 0 star, this place deserves it. The owner is both RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I came into Vincom mall on a Sunday looking for a spot where I can sit down and get some work done on my laptop. As expected, the mall is jam packed on the weekend. Both Starbucks and Highlands Coffee is packed on the bottom floor so I went up to the last floor. I stopped by Caracoli, peeked inside and there weren't a SINGLE person there despite it being 11 o clock. NOT A SOUL. I wonder why. I went in and ordered an avocado smoothie. Set my backpack down and asked, I believe she's the owner, if I had to pay first or later. She asked me if I was planning on doing work on my laptop. I said yes. She told me if it's possible to go upstairs (There's another floor?) to do work on my laptop because these seats are reserved for customers dining in. There's literally NO ONE in your store. Even if it was looking like it's going to be jam packed, which I absolutely guarantee it won't be, she could simply asked politely at that time if it's OK for me to move elsewhere to make room for customers dining in. Don't bother stopping by. Extremely overpriced and mediocre food (from what my cousin tells me.)

Smoothie was small for the amount paid. The menu shows 70k but they added 5k "tax" which is deceptive since hidden fees are not customary in Vietnam. This scammy business practice left me with the impression that it's not a trustworthy place

Literally the worst smoothie i have had in vietnam after living here for like 5yrs. It is a mango & passion fruits mix, but it tastes like water. It is a small cup and the price is 70k+. I have no idea how little amount of the actual fruits they use in their smoothies, but it’s just ridiculously bad. Coconut coffee was actually not bad, but the smoothie was so bad it does not matter. I think they knew they messed up serving a joke drink to a wrong customer, so they told me i don’t have to pay if i think it’s bad, but i would rather pay and help you guys know the worst smoothie place in vietnam.
