I got their Combo 1 Service. Head, Neck, Nape, Arm & Foot Massage + Shampoo. The Shampoo, Head, Nape & Neck Massage is amazing, the lady is experienced in that until they changed the masseuse for my arm & foot massage WITHOUT telling me. The masseuse doesn't know the difference in the pressure I requested despite having someone translate my request to her in Vietnamese. No one ever asked for my preference in advance, btw. They don't introduce the next step, like after the lady washed my hair. She went away for like 2mins and when she came back, never talked to me and just spat that very hot towel or something in my eyes! Atleast ask me if the temperature is alright?! Horrible. Just horrible! Instead of it as a relaxing experience for me, it was the opposite due to a small place and you can hear people talking from the entrance! I went here because of the amazing google reviews but it seems like these reviews are fake. I say, be genuine & be legit to your clients so that you don't have to ask them to leave a nice review or give them a discount or something for free and they will just leave a good review because they really really had an amazing experience with your service. FIX YOUR OVERALL SERVICE!

I’ve been going to this same lips & eyebrow artist for 3 years. If you are looking for natural looking with subtle detail result then she’s your go-to. I also tried their Chinese Ayurveda Hair wash and I had the most relaxing time ever in a while. The owner and staff are lovely with good customer service. Highly recommended

The worker is not focus at working. She splashed water into my mouth and on my face, it was choking. She didn’t cleaned my face well when applying the mask. She plays phone and stop messaging as well. Not a enjoyable experience overall.

Came here because of the stellar reviews. It’s a small family spa with an unassuming entrance (I would have passed it if I wasn’t looking for it) but it’s one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in Vietnam (and I’ve had massages in many Vietnamese cities). Did the VIP package 1 which included a 1hr shoulder, hand and foot massage + shampoo for just 200k (~SGD11). Great service, and I wished I found this place sooner because I’d come everyday. They took their time to massage and dry my hair at the end, left feeling very relaxed with soft hair 💯🤌🏼

Booked a combo hair wash and body massage. The body massage was amazing! Could have booked for longer if i had time. My masseur also offered to pick up and drop me off at my hotel because it was pretty sunny at noon time. Very impressed with the service and will be back when i visit danang again
