Old hotel, run down, normal service staff, not rushed, poor lighting system, feeling murky, uncomfortable, especially people with poor eyesight. breakfast select export. Eat a delicious lunch.

Friendly well spoken receptionist with generally clean & comfy accommodation. Capsule bed is a little small, especially for foreigners I would think. Rooftop cafe bar is nicely decorated but not many people hanging out there. Probably due to Covid times. I think it will be nice vibe during busier times. Recommended!

Great place for short or long term stays. Has the calm, despite being absolutely centrally located. Rooms, location, service, cleanliness - the place aces it all. Only, and the only downside - a brand new club that's come up next door makes things a little more noisy than expected. And may be, there's literally no view from your room.

Clean, modern, and in good location! I traded in my usual hotel get away for a stay in a local hostel. The location of this hostel is a 20 minute walk from the da Nang city train station. I like that the location is near the river and surrounded by several coffee shops, restaurants, and places for shopping. I was a guest at the secret garden on two separate occasions and stayed in the 20 bed, co-Ed dorm both times. My first visit, the dorm was packed with travelers. I was nervous about sleep quality, But I was pleasantly surprised that the quiet hours were respected by all. The bed was comfortable and the blanket kept me warm and comfortable even with the a/c blasting. The dorm was less peopled during my second visit, and the sleep quality was just as pleasant. A live band performed on the third floor, but it didn’t bother me much (I can sleep through a hurricane) but for those sensitive to the sound, ear plugs are for sale at reception. The bathroom was clean and I had no issue when it came time to access the shower. Water pressure was strong and the temperature was nice and hot. Towels and toiletries are provided. Staff are courteous and efficient. I appreciated the locker and key provided to safe keep my items. I recommend this hostel to fellow travelers!

Really expensive for what you actually get. We paid £10 (approx. 330,000d) for a private room with two rock hard mattresses on the floor, mould and damp on the walls, and gaps around the windows. The place is quite run down. None of these things would have bothered me if it was cheap, but it wasn't. We have paid this price in other parts of Da Nang for much nicer accommodation; even the dorms at £7 seem expensive. The staff were nice enough and the location is ok.

The staff at the reception went above and beyond to help me recover my lost iPhone. Letting me use her phone for tracking. Translating the situation for me not only in person but over text to the grab driver she ordered for me. She’s so earnest she wouldn’t even accept a tip to her so instead I think a 5-star review would be appropriate. Without my phone my whole trip would’ve been ruined! Thank you so much again!!!

Beds very hard but very spacious. Music extremely loud with heavy base all night, impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. Toilets far away from dorms and pretty poorly cleaned.

I booked this hotel and immediately got brought to a super disgusting room that reeked of mold and mildew with the hardest bed I have ever laid on! I might as well sleep on the ground! I immediately asked them to refund as they didn’t have any other rooms. They promised to refund and I still have no refund so our $19. What a horrible hotel to offer a refund and then not send it.

Stayed here only for a day. It is a good place to stay. Booked a private room. It was good and had mattresses on floor to sleep. Room was clean and there was a common bathroom for all on level 1. Overall for price it was decent. P.s - property does not have a lift.

Cool vibe, had a bar up top and a few hang out areas. Mostly just used it as a base while exploring the city. Be warned: There is a club next door that makes some noise. Didn’t bother me once I had my ear buds in.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean and the “pods” are well equipped. Be prepared though, THE BAND WILL PLAY UNTIL 2AM. We thought this wouldn’t be a problem, but not only was the sound loud, but the room was shaking. Just keep this in mind when you book.

The rooms are very loud. There is a club next to the hostel that plays laud music until late. The bathroom in the the 4 beds room is basically a terrace: shower and toilet are on what it was a terrace and has been reconverted in a bathroom, without windows to close the space which means that there isn’t much privacy (just a curtain). The room is inside the dorms, without much privacy, one could hear other people in the dorm. I wouldn’t recommend the place and definitely won’t come back.

This place certainly met my expectations. It is budget accommodation, but really nice and cosy, has all amenities you would need. It even has a bar in the terrace to chill with a cold beer. On top of this, the receptionists working there are amazing. super helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to meet your expectations. Specially Thao, she's very smart, kind, helpful, and pretty. I will definitely come back to this hostel next time I visit Da Nang.

The place was okay, the bathroom was a bit old and dirty, but with working hot water in the showers. We got a private room, but the walls are as thin as paper, so accept that people can’t see us, does it not feel like a private room. The staff were nice, but failed to deliver expected hotel service. We booked 2 nights but changed our plans after booking and wanted to cancel our second night. This wasn’t possible and therefore couldn’t get our money back and now have to pay for a night even though we’re leaving. Unacceptable in our opinion. The location is nice tho. Near the dragon bridge and with plenty of bus stops in the area to get around the city

Is a great place for the younger crowd , it is a loud atmosphere because of the club next door nothing can't be sort by earplugs which they offer for free. Must mention they do provide rooms for individual

Général location is good but the nightclub next door is really loud on the weekends. Mattress was thin but not bad. The place was clean, bathrooms spacious and clean too. The bed space is private and has outlets and a light. The atmosphere is nice and the staff speaks good English. Water is available for free in the hostel. The live music on the rooftop bar was a nice "local" experience.

Very loud private room so left a night early but were given a refund. Great staff, just far to loud to sleep even with earplugs.

Modern style hostel, professional and polite staff, very clean toilet and well maintained so it always looks like a newly built hostel. Highly recommend!

The roof is leaked terribly, cannot sleep, no refrigerator in my room, the way manager contact for this problem is discount ridiculously 1.5$, so funny ! Strongly not recommend! The towels & linens are stained, the mattress is ridiculously hard and there's constant construction noise. The building is pooly isolated and you can hear everything going on on the rooftop terrace.

Instagram vs reality ! 3 stars just for the price. I would recommend if you want to just keep your bag, freshen up and leave. I was super tired and badly wanted a sleep but couldn’t because of pub upstairs, it’s so loud than 10 persons snoring in the room. Rooms are with more than 12 people with single air conditioning. Luckily they turned on the 2nd after requesting. Washrooms are okay. Dark place ..in my opinion

Really I would give it 4.5 stars but for the price it gets the 5. Pros: good location that is close to bars and restaurants, you can also walk to the beach it’s a few kms. The staff is really nice, they have a list of restaurant suggestions based on the Vietnamese dish you’re looking for which I think is brilliant. The bed area is huge I could literally stand up in it. The bathroom is very clean. They include 2 lockers with the locks! Cons: the hot water is iffy - I only had it for a bit for one shower. The lockers are too small for checked luggage I think they should rearrange the area because there were bags scattered around because of this. As others have mentioned the bed is very hard (but the blanket is amazing). The rooftop bar area is very cute but they don’t have ANY Vietnamese beer…?

It was a wonderful stay, very cosy, very comfortable! A perfect blend of comfort & luxury. The pods are very cute & the manager Vi is an absolute sweetheart. Had a fun experience.

Even if the staff are nice it's difficult to be understood and understood what they say. Also they told me wrong informations and differents things from between them. For exemple : I asked how much is a private car from here to the Golden Bridge and one of them said around 330 and the next day another one said 660... Other thing, I also asked if is it possible to rent a motorbike only for a half day (because it's for 24h) and they said yes and after fews minutes finally it wasn't possible... Idk if maybe they want to me spend more monney for tourist attraction... But by the way the hostel is really nice, I felt good there.

The only good thing about this place is the location and the functioning air-conditioning. You can pay less and get better service in another hostel, save yourself the trouble. We rented bikes from the hostel and got one newer-looking and one older-looking bike. When driving, the older one got a flat and we had to have it repaired. If you look at the tire, it's obvious it was just old and the rubber had teared slightly. We ended up having to pay for the repairs despite it not being our fault and did not at all feel supported by the staff. Never had a bad experience like this renting bikes and we've been travelling for 1.5 months around SEA on much harder roads than here in Da Nang. The towels & linens are stained, the mattress is ridiculously hard and there's constant construction noise. The building is pooly isolated and you can hear everything going on on the rooftop terrace.

Pros - good price and well designed cubicles. Sheets and amenities like comb, cotton buds, toothbrush provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cons- HOT. they kept messing with the air conditioning temperature in the dorm. I was sweating. NOISY. Guests seem not to care about the rules of the hostel (can't really blame the hostel for this but still, maybe emphasising this during check in would help?) POORLY MAINTAINED. Toilets were quite dirty and run down. Seemed like some guests were actually living there long term and had left their things in the bathrooms, scattered all over the place. Overall a poor hostel experience. Expected better.

If you want a hostel with good price to stay for night, it is highly recommended. Though the bathroom is shared, it is clean and always available. Good service. And if you want privacy, they also have rooms available.

It’s a great hostel! Super nice staff, bed and price.

The bathroom were dirty and the common area is small relative to the number of cubicles. It could be better.

The service here is terrible, don't know if they have trained their staffs probably. We booked a room for 7 that could be check-in at 2pm but when we arrived at 4pm that day they still made us wait for cleaning the room. And there's no privacy at all. Instead of double-check with us, the staffs kept texting us about annoying things that some other guests accused us but we actually didn't do anything wrong. Don't choose this place if you want to have fun with your friends
