Stayed in the superior king's room for 4 nights. Rooms are reasonably spacious with good amenities: safe, kettle, shower gel, international power points etc. My room balcony faced the Han river so view was great. Daily breakfast was awesome, with a good mix of international and Vietnam cuisine. Service staff are friendly and spoke some English, so we can order grab food and get some assistance from the staff for the collection. It seems that check in is strictly at 2pm and no rooms were available when we arrived earlier. 4 lifts also seem to be insufficient, or perhaps the occupancy rate was very high during my visit, as it took up to 5 minutes each time getting from the room to the lobby.

The scenery is very beautiful, the hotel is right in the center, very convenient to move. Besides, what impressed me the most was the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff here. As for the hotel view, it is indisputable. The sea, the river, the city. All you can enjoy while staying here. Wonderful

most of staff is kind. But only one woman is very unkind. She’s angry to me and don’t understand what am I say. Don’t try to listen carefully what I want to know. She’s the worst person ever I went to this Hotel. She need some training for some reasons. I know her name but I am not write her name. Maybe she know already.

Thank u for giving us a wonderful memory. We were surprised that room was clean and wide. Also very nice service. They made us to wait because they made cake for our anniversary. When we were waiting, they made us to wait at lobby. And I think it was café. So nice service and very kind. Thank u very wuch again. And have a nice day at this hotel. I recommend very much.

As always, we chose Novotel for a very long stay in Danang, the whole week during Tet was a joy. Best servive and location, not too crowded and very friendly staff. There is a museum right next to the hotel, and tons of fun activities on the riverside.

Everything is wonderful. Great view, clean rooms, nice staff. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor overlooking the city. There is a sky bar on the rooftop. High speed lift, room service, breakfasts, meeting rooms.

Excellent business focused hotel. Rooms are spacious. The views of Danang are great. Well located. I particularly love the Premier Lounge there. Super convenient.

I came here for the second time but the staffs still amazed me in different way and the service quality that they provide are top notch. The room is cozy and clean. Spending one day at Novotel but it totally worth my money and time. My first impression about Novotel is the warm welcome of the Front Desk area. The staff really know how to take care of their guests and how professional they are when i was having trouble with my booking and other stuff. Best customer service i ever experienced. Good position, good structure but not so welcoming for a 5 star. Ten minutes late for breakfast and you cannot neither take a coffee. By the way the room i had was huge with big balcony and two nice and functional bathroom.

Everything is perfect. Staff have big, wide, warm smile everytime I see one, however their attire is such a dull color that it fades away their smiles immediately. The whole hotel lacks giving the feeling of being in Vietnam. It has no special atmosphere other than being by the beach.

We booked a two bedroom apartment there for 2022 Tet holiday family trip. Great location in downtown. Good for walking along the Han river. Great sevices, very clean and we like the breakfast and food in the restaurant there. As a hotel guest, we enjoyed a special discount in the restaurant.

Was quite disappointed with my recent stay after many great pre covid trips to the Novotel. The hotel was fully booked & I secured a room through my Accor Gold status & really wished I hadn't bothered. No Accor check in desk or personal note/cake in room.I booked the corner suite with the family fun offer, which included "high tea" & club lounge access which is currently on the 4th floor. The food in the club lounge for both the high tea & evening was terrible, very dry sandwiches & overcooked everything. Nothing was fresh. I really wonder why the hotel is offering this below standard club lounge service. I really wouldn't bother. The room was also poor as the curtains let threw lots of light & could hear noise from the road all night. If I am paying close to 200USD for a room, I don't expect to need to wear an eye mask & ear plugs to help me sleep. Breakfast was the only good part of the stay.

I had a good time here at Novotel. The FO team was very friendly and helpful, especially Giang in front desk. Our room with Dragon Bridge was really amazing. Food in the restaurant was delicious. I and my family will come back soon.

I’m really impressed with all services of Novotel Danang. Front desk staffs are so friendly, enthusiastic and helpfull. Rooms are fully-equipped with nice view. And one more advantage is its ideal location in central downtown with reasonable room rate. Highly recommend this hotel !

Loved the view from our room. Stayed in an apartment style room with the kitchenette and the hob was a life saver. The rooms need to be stacked with more water bottles. The rooms were clean and hygenic and great to stay in.The location was prime opposite the Han river .
