Everything was ok until we checked out, esp. when the bellman noticed that we drove a motorbike!! (Instead of a car!), and he call us back to asking us about the laundry bag that we're using for some durty clothes. And the he asked us to put out our clothes while before we using it we already have a called for receiption and we was using it during checkout. It's happen because we drove motobike hmmm!!! What's wrong with you man??? We paid for our stay, we didnt ask you a penny, guys. And, pls, dont judge a book by its cover. Thank you!

Quiet and cozy environment. Clean, spacious and very comfortable room. Very nice buffet breakfast with good variety of western and Asian food. Resort staffs are extremely polite and helpful. Thao, the front desk manager is friendly and attentive. A pleasant stay.

NOT ENOUGH STAR OPTIONS TO TICK OFF Cannot wait to we return and already planning. Since we have returned home we tell everybody how great it is to Stay at the Pullman Danang. Staff were exceptional always wanting to make our stay the best it could be and they did. Couldnt do enough for you and always with a smile. Resort is clean, extremely comfortable and everything you can ask for when wanting a relaxing Holiday. Large pool, super beach, great weather, clean amenities and rooms. REstaurants and food choices were also fantastic. No wonder a lot of guests we spoke to come back year after year. We will now be another convert.

After travelling for many hours, it was a delight to arrive at the Pullman I’d heard so much about. Beautiful hotel layout, wonderful room with welcome message, big wild beach right in front of me. The breakfast was something to look forward to every day. The people were so friendly. Definitely plan to stay again! ♥️

This resort had exceeded all our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean! The resort beach access was also very nice. We booked a massage at the spa and the ladies did an amazing job. Wish we could stay longer & enjoy the beautiful sun and beach, as there was heavy rain for one of our days here :(. All in all a great stay, every staff member went above and beyond; they were all attentive and kind.We will definitely come back in the future.

First time stayed with Pullman and my girlfriend and I were both blown away by the friendly services during our stay. Aside from the pampering services, the location is great, and the private beach and pool have amazing views that you will feel instantly relaxed. I purchased an in-room birthday package and Hon from Food and beverage team was professional and attentive since day 1 of our conversation. She setup the room precisely based on my descriptions upon arrival and provided caring room services that made the experience unforgettable. Tim from Concierge team also helped us in multiple events from requesting rides from hotels to providing recommendations of spa/restaurant etc. Their services really stood out and we felt very pampered throughout the entire stay with Pullman. ❤️❤️❤️

The stay was very comfortable and accompanied by excellent service. The resort is perfectly located. The main highlight of the location is the bar next to the beach. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best highlights from the hotel. Something you cannot miss.

Resort Pullman Da Nang is very good. They have great services, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful indoor and outdoor design, nice beach and view, good and clean rooms. One day, my husband asked a staff in their restaurant for a bit of salt (as I wanted to gargle coz of my sore throat). After a while, they brought to my room a tray of salt, sliced ginger, lemon and a teapot of hot water! Such a thoughtful and caring service! Miss Hoai, the manager from the restaurants was especially kind and friendly and is a great asset to the hotel. Their buffet breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices, including Vietnamese local food, Western food, Korean food, desserts, fruits and beverages. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in our stay in Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort. Every one is so friendly and the all the staff especially Jolie in Guest Services are very helpful. 🤩🤩🤩 We wanted to get spa treatments on our last day but unfortunately the hotel spa is fully booked but Jolie was kind enough to find us a another spa and helped us book. One tiny thing is the bed is a bit sloped at the middle but we'll definitely recommend to friends and come stay again.

Great location in Da Nang with a very nice beach. Accommodation is perfect (big rooms with ocean view). Breakfast very diversified and tasty. Dinner was amazing (I will dream of the beef…) and all the staff extremely helpful and kind. I can only recommend this place.

This place has a 5 ⭐ plaque at the entrance but I would rate it at best 4 stars. The staff was very well trained and tried their best to accommodate. The breakfast is very comprehensive and the star in my opinion is the fresh brewed Italian coffee served iced and hot. The grounds are very pretty but infested with 🦟. The food in the other restaurants is a total miss. We ordered Nachos and got Doritos instead! One big issue was the temp in the room and also to a lesser degree in the breakfast area. A tech came to the room twice the first time spent an hour tinkering with the AC fan but couldn't fix the issue. Also the jacuzzi tub had dirt flakes shooting out of it.

Phuong helped us at check in and it was marvelous. We arrived in the morning before noon and the room was already set up for us to use, we were also granted late check out until we needed to leave for our late afternoon flight AND got a room upgrade. We were traveling with our active 2 year old toddler and the staff at the hotel were just so good with him that us parents could catch breathers from time to time. The food was great, the beach was great, guest services was as helpful as can be, and check out by Diem was a breeze. Props to Thao for managing such a good team. Will reach out to you the next time we are back.

What a great place to stay. All of the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make this holiday a memorable one. Food was excellent. Room was amazing with fantastic ammenities. Could not fault anything about the whole place. We will definitely be back there and would highly recommend.

Always nicely welcomed at any Accor hotel but the view and the fresh air from the sea makes the difference when you are checking. 17 to 25 degrees in this Xmas season, windy, cloudy or sunny, really depends on your luck… Still the beach facilities and the restaurant close to the beach makes it enjoyable for the whole family. The rooms are not that modern but cleaned several times per day, the center location of the hotel make it easier to enjoy the local activities. Breakfast food is fresh, fresh bakery, 100% fresh orange or guava juice, nice choices of cheeses or dumplings, and Vietnamese local specialties. 2 things I regret: 1) I am not able to get a 100% arabica coffee although I check with the staff, neither in the room nor at the breakfast or bar (only mix of Robusta) 2) The hotel managed to get amazing fulltime employee for their kids club, creative girl doing paper craft activities and more, speaking well English and Vietnamese (Miss Thuy) however the kids room is almost outside of the hotel, no much light as only small windows and far from the beach / bar… Would love to have this room closer to the beach / inside the hotel : parents would be able to enjoy the hotel and simultaneously keep an eye on their kids.

Had a good stay during my company outing around June 2022. Good location (there is a mini market accross the road, close to the city & night market), room was spacious, easy access from lobby, good services, clean facilities, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a pool and private beach, beautiful view and peace.

Beautiful property at a Premium location. The beach is amazing and very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Food restaurants and shopping areas at 10-15 minutes walk. My An and My Khe beach are at a walkable distance along the shore. Very friendly and courteous staff. Had an amazing stay!

This resort is well run and the staff very well trained. We booked the family suite and that is highly recommended for families. The suite was large and spacious. Did not like the bed much as it was too soft. The breakfast buffet spread was extensive but food quality a bit patchy. Seems like the Korean dishes are a hit. Do book your tours through the concierge as all 3 tours we booked came with excellent guides.

Our family really enjoyed our stay one week in Pullman Danang. This week was rainy season , on the way back home, due to a heavy rain , road was blocked and we were really frustrated . Pull man staffs were in the car together to make sure we can make it, we were able to catch our flight. Thank you for wonderful help. Without them we could not reach and in the car , we might feel insecure in the car due to too much water. Pull man danang Beah resorts has good points with followings - kind and professional staff - great location - next to beach , close to city center and airport - clean rooms - beautiful swimming pool - breakfast menu is changing every day - wonderful drinks and foods We will visit for sure !

Highlights are the large and comfy rooms, peaceful surroundings and first class breakfast buffet! Excellent staff too, who will try their very best to answer your queries and find a solution for you.

I came here for a workshop trip in Vietnam, eventho it was raining but the food always makes me happy. They had a great Vietnamese tea and coffee. I stayed here for 3 days. Loveee it so much.

i was in the standard room, this room is litte bit small imo, it has almost the thing that i need, breakfast is really good, clean and beautiful beach/swimming pool Note that in the advertise picture u can see a long pool and actually it's not the swimming pool, there is the real swimming pool near the beach

Beautiful hotel with spacious gardens, infinity pool and a beachfront location. Excellent amenities and friendly/accommodating staff. They have a great beachfront restaurant. Highly recommended place to stay in Danang.

Had a great stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort. The rooms were huge and clean and some had nice views of either the mountains or the beach. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and they were quick about service recovery when we had an issue with our room’s jacuzzi. We also happened to be staying there during Typhoon Noru and were absolutely impressed by how well they prepared and made sure that the guests remained safe. Highly recommend!

Clean room, beautiful beach, and detailed service. Only slight shortfall is quality of spa. Could be better given the abundance of options in the city. Buffet options wise… would have loved to see more local options, including variety from other parts of Vietnam.

Absolutely amazing experience! It was our anniversary and the hotel was extremely nice, they upgraded our room to a fabulous cottage and gave us complementary fruit and wine, as well as 2 cocktail vouchers at the bar. The service was great, breakfast was delicious and high-quality. The pool is huge, all the amenities are fabulous.
