Our first stop for authentic vietnamese food was thia go. I must say none of the reviews were wrong. This place had great vegetarian options and was very very delicious. For someone who is not too familiar with vietnamese food, the owner guided us on how to eat some of the items like banh xeo and spring rolls and he seems to have great knowledge about other cuisines as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who's visiting da nang for the first time. Must try foods for vegetarians: Spring roll and banh xeo. For people who are okay with any meat: Try the pho noodle.

Place was nice, decorative. The ban cheo was really good. Crunchy crust of rice flour. Thin . Comes with a basket of vegetables. The egg roll was crunchy not like normal flour skin but of rice flour. The shrimp springroll was ok. Small and could use more ingredients. The sauces were pure fishoil, really strong n too salty for me. Normal sauces are mixed with water n lime or lemon which is more palatable. Overall it was good. 5 stars if the sauces were lighter and springroll better quality

We had dinner on Thia Go a week ago... The place is impeccable, tidy, neat and in a really quiet area, so you can have a great chat! The attention is perfect!! Really well-spoken and amicable. The food, to be quite honest, we went to another restaurant the night before and for me it was better...However let's talk about Thia Go: - Rice: incredible, well seasoned and cooked, the meat is really good as well - Pho: good size and good flavor, as I mentioned I had better and in a zone nearby - Pancakes: great presentation and different from other places!! Unfortunately flavor is good but had better, lack of meat and a little bit more "batter" than meat On the overall don't get me wrong it is a good place!! I would recommend, just there is a better option that food was better executed.

VND 100K PP. As soon as I sat down and look at the menu, I realized why this place has so many good reviews and yet almost empty with only a few tourists. The dishes price out local people, yet not even close to be a"nice" restaurant. Yes, they can take order in simple English and the Pho is tasty, but the portion is small, and you need at least a half serving more to call it a meal. Fried rice is not remarkable and summer rolls skin is hard. There better options in the city. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

DELICIOUS INSIDE OUT We love this restaurant so much we even considered coming here twice. They are famous for their Ban Xiao - deep fried egg with veggies and meat stuffing inside. But my personal favorite has to be their noodle salad - it’s a must try for any foodie. 😋

The Vietnamese food is traditional and delicious with reasonable prices, especially the beef spring roll is so nice and the 順化noodle is quite special. Moreover the staffs are friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and tidy. And they are encouraged the environmental friendly which they are using 米粉 straw. The rating is to be worth. Worthy to come.

Pretty average food. Not sure why everyone's raving about it. The bahn xeo is kinda rubbish to be honest. It's spread out too wide and it comes uncut, which makes it difficult to be rolled into the paper wrap. The batter is thin and crumbles upon touch. The morning glory is bland and unmemorable. We had the duck soup which I personally didn't like cos it's sweet. My palate doesn't know how to appreciate sugar in soups. I won't discuss the spring rolls because we ordered the raw ones, and that tastes pretty much the same no matter where you order it. I would give it 3 stars but it gets bumped down a notch cos it's expensive. 3 raw spring rolls cost 4USD which is entering the realms of rich man dining. Plenty of other places to enjoy the same food for half the price

All the waitress were super nice and attentive! We ordered the hot pot, spring rolls (x2) and fried rice. The food was great we finished everything. I hope you(boss) give all the waitress bonuses but we were very happy with our waitress too, her name was VY!

We've had dinner here and it was really good! We've ordered pho, fried noodles with Spring rolls (best spring rolls I've got so far) and oyster mushroom pie - everything was really really tasty! Our waiter, Tram, was kind and explained to us patiently how to mix the food, it was overall a very good experience, I recommend it!

The menu was in Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Staff spoke decent English so did not have such a difficult time communicating. We ate outside and was pretty hot but we felt that it added more atmosphere! 😆 The staff there were very friendly and quick and getting what we requested. Although the banh xeo we ordered got mixed up with another customers and came rather late, it was definitely worth the wait. By the time it came we were already full so we would like to eat it one more time when we are fully hungry! If we have another opportunity to go during our stay here, we would make the effort to go to try other dishes!

If you are looking for a tourist friendly place this is the restaurant for you. The menu is in multiple languages and clearly designed out for foreigners. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and they have a clean toilet. The food here however, is average to below average. The Vietnamese food I have at home is better than this. Food: 3 stars Environment: 4 stars Value: 3.5 stars Overall: 3 stars The bun here is much better than the pho. I would stay away from the pho it is not very good. The spring rolls have a strong black pepper taste. If you like that than you will like the spring rolls.

Friendly owner and staff. Recommended if you want to try some authentic local food with some twist. The twist is that this restaurant serves Vietnamese dishes that is halal (no pork nor alcohol). Some dishes, like com tam (grilled pork over rice) have been adjusted to grilled beef over rice. Overall, food is good and reasonably priced.

Found this restaurant in google maps, and proved high positive reviews are never wrong again. Wonderful dining experience in there. The restaurant’s deco and atmosphere are great. The staff Baochu(寶珠) had been very helpful and friendly, and even she speaks mandarin very well! Most importantly, foods here are amazingly tasty. Pho so far is the best I have in Da Nang. Spring rolls also won my claps. This is a restaurant I will definitely visit again in the future.

We had dinner here tonight. We ordered a mushroom noodle, a vegetarian egg rolls and a seafood hot pot. My friend said his vegetarian noodle dish was just ok, not a wow one. To my personal taste, the vegetarian egg rolls was ok too. The rolls were crispy and a little salty, no need to dip they in the fish sauce. The seafood hot pot had 2 slice of basa fish, 3 shrimps, 1 squid, 5 clams, 3 finger snails and 6 or 7 different kinds of vegetables. The broth was salty enough and did have some flavor. It came with a plate of whte noodles too. The whole hot pot dish could fill 2 people up. Here is my rating: Food: 3.5 stars Cleaness: 5 stars Staff: 5 stars. They were polite and attentive. Most of the customers here were foreigners.

We walked for 20mins just to find this resto. We initially just want to eat spring rolls. However, we ended up ordering more. The place did not disappoint. The foods are delicious and worth it for their price. Chau, our server was very friendly and accomodating. She taught us how to eat every menu. We’ll defintely recommend this resto. TYSM!

Great service, staff were awesome! We really enjoyed the food and can’t recommend enough. Tram was our waiter and she was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helped us with the food and have us tips at the end of where we wanted to go and what to do :)

Warm and cozy atmosphere, food was wonderful, and the friendly service by the lovely Quynh made the dining experience divine! Food and drink was served very quickly after Quynh took our order, Quynh also explained how to wrap and eat the Seafood Banh Xeo. We had a nice dinner. Thank you to Quynh for being a lovely host. Highly recommended!

Food was really good and so was the service. They guide you how to eat if it's your first time and pay special attention your needs. Our waitress, Bao Zhu, noticed our coffees were cold and brought candle warmers over. She was also patient in recommendations and code switched to Mandarin well. Really enjoyed our time here, hope we can come back. What we ordered: Fresh spring roll, lemongrass skewers, vegan spring roll, shrimp fried rice, garlic morning glory and seafood banh xeo. Must try: Salt coffee, Banh Xeo Seafood

We dined at a restaurant that offers high-quality, authentic local cuisine. We ordered the pho with mixed beef, and the beef was incredibly tender, leaving us craving for more. We also tried the mixed pancake, which was substantial, and the sauce was exceptionally delicious, leading to a very satisfying meal. Our waiter, Tien, was incredibly helpful. He recommended both of these sophisticated dishes to us. He was very friendly and accommodating, especially when I asked for the bean sprouts to be cooked (as I don't like them raw). Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The best Pho I've had in Vietnam. Even has a piece of expensive oxtail in it. Superb soup and flavor. Not expensive. I came back and had the noodle salad with spring rolls it was even better. Also, all the waitresses were excellent. The best restaurant I found in Vietnam.

  • 5/5 Christabel L. 4 months ago on Google
Garlic morning glory was flavourful, not salty or oily. The crust of the pancake was light n crispy. Spring rolls (both fresh n fried) were yummilicous. Seafood fried rice had lots of prawns n squids. The iced salt coffee was excellent with sufficient coffee n foam in great balance. Overall, a most excellent meal, at great prices.

Went there because of these many reviews. First service was fast. I got my meal later, when my boyfriend almost finished his. We wanted another beer but the waitress didn't come to ask, but I'm not sure if it's normal here, that the waitresses waits for some interaction from you. Food was delicious, we had fried rice with beef and noodle salad with beef and spring rolls. I must say, that I had better noodle salad with beef somewhere else. This restaurant has local vietnamese kitchen but is suitable for tourists - on the menu are meals also in english with information about food and waitresses immediately tell you how to eat it. They will probably ask you about giving review with a name of waitress, and that's the reason, why this restaurant has so many reviews :). Must agree, that restaurant is very clean and cozy.

One of the best local banh xeo restaurants. The banh xeo is made with a delicate thin crispy wafer, which is really outstanding for a small restaurant. Rice was good too and made with quality. Prices were 25% more than street, but still very reasonable. Owner also speaks English.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 : The beef pho is tasty. The waiter guided us how to eat it the local way. Mix the hoisin sauce with chili and dip to eat with the noodle. We had fermented fish hot pot but it is quite salty. The ingredients are fresh. I am not a coffee drinker but I found the coffee is good. Even my family who are coffee lover like it so much. Highly recommended! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 : I am disappointed with the Vietnamese roll. The rice paper on the outside is supposed to be soft to eat but it was so hard to chew. I suspected that it was not freshly made upon order.

Food is tasty. Good enough for foreigners. Staff speaks English well. One sad thing is they don’t serve Tra Da (iced tea).

This place is the cleanest local restaurant I have ever been to. It was the most delicious restaurant I ate in Da Nang and the price was reasonable. The staff can use English and is very kind. If you order lemon soda, you can squeeze the lemon juice and add sugar. It was a very interesting experience.

Amazing food. We ordered Banh Zero (fried pancake) that was just outstanding, Pho nam, Bun Cha gio and fresh shrimp rolls with noodles and herbs. All was excellent. Friendly service and calm and tranquil dining area make this a must go to when in Danang. Pancake has to be one of the culinary highlights of my trip to Vietnam.

The best banh xeo (with shrimps) I've had in Vietnam! And the largest one for sure. Ginger honey tea is very gingery, delicious and sweet! 🍯 Peaceful atmosphere, English is understood well, generous portions and tasty 👌👍
