A nice concept for having dinner alone without feeling lonely. Always my choice when travel & dinner alone to another city out of HCM

Ripped us off! DO NOT EAT HERE!! My family and I came here for dinner. Food was ok and service was non existent. We paid by debit and they said it didn't go thru. They tried our Visa and they said it didn't go thru either. We ended up paying by cash. When we got home that evening and checked our accounts online, the cards did in fact get charged TWICE. So we were charged THREE times. We came in twice now and they keep saying the bank will refund us and refuses to reverse the charge or give us any sort of refund. Very unapologetic and not helpful. We now have to deal with our bank amid hope we get anything back.

Unique experience in that there’s a conveyor belt of hot pot food items. It’s good that you get what you can eat anytime without having to flag someone down. The Tom yum soup was amazing as well as the dipping sauce. Service was good and they tried to explain it to me in how it all works. If you don’t speak Vietnamese, all you need to really do is point at the picture on the menu. Should be fine. I read some of the reviews and it baffles me sometimes. One guy had diarrhea. Self inflicted if you don’t cook your food thoroughly. Use another set of chopsticks to handle raw meat. Questionable food items? How about you don’t eat it. Hot pot 101. The bill was 835k for a family of four. We also ordered beer and water so the price is relatively fair. I don’t like to hand out 5 stars unless it blew me away. Little things like a fan to suck the steam while you eat so you don’t smell afterwards would be a nice touch. Oh well, my wife was happy and so it gets four stars.

Even as a foreigner who can’t speak Vietnamese, this restaurant offer a sushi conveyer belt style all you can eat mini hotpot, not much interaction is required with the staff, just fill your stomach and pay the bill, the place is very clean.

Eat as much as u can whenever you hunggry 🤗

The foods served are not varies and fresh. I ordered mushroom soup and it literally tasted no mushroom at all! Higher price than the one in Lotte Mart but lower quality. Kinda disappointed.

Food quality is good. Service is quite nice. But the refill of the salad and sushi bar is really bad. Cant get any nice piece

Expensive for Vietnam standards.. We did had a good experience with loads of backpackers sharing one hot pot..
