This
have
been
always
my
first
option
for
enjoying
Korean
BBQ
for
more
than
4
or
5
years
maybe.
But
today
I
felt
very
very
disappointed
with
both
food
and
service
quality.
For
some
earlier
years
since
opening,
it
seemed
that
the
manager
and
staff
paid
a
lot
of
attention
to
customers
satisfaction.
They
came
to
each
table
for
making
sure
that
every
guest
was
happy
with
their
meal
and
delivered
very
fast
and
efficient
service.
They
also
offered
very
good
food,
best
Korean
BBQ
in
town,
at
least
to
me
at
that
time.
But
after
several
years
running,
everything
has
changed.
They
assigned
each
staff
to
take
care
of
a
group
of
people,
even
if
there
were
2
or
up
to
10
customers
at
the
same
time,
which
created
some
uncomfortable
situation
cuz
we
didn't
know
that
rule.
Everytime
we
tried
to
order
something,
we
tried
to
reach
to
random
staff
and
then
she/he
kept
shouting
right
next
to
our
table
in
order
to
reach
to
the
girl
that
served
our
table
being
inside
the
kitchen
at
that
time
instead
of
going
inside
and
told
her
what
we
need.
And
this
was
very
noisy
and
impolite
to
customers.
After
we
realize
that
even
there
were
a
lot
of
staff
being
free
at
that
time,
chatting
or
laughing
together,
they
would
never
serve
us
everytime
we
asked
for
and
just
passed
it
for
the
girl
serving
right
at
the
first
time.
So,
we
understood
and
waited
patiently
for
that
girl
to
try
to
order
something,
a
girl
that
never
smile,
slowly
and
never
be
friendly
and
making
us
feel
welcomed.
It
seemed
like
she
was
suffering
us,
not
serving
or
trying
to
please
her
customers.
But
the
worst
thing
was:
some
of
us
were
very
big
fans
of
this
restaurant's
kimchi
soup,
everytime
we
came
here,
we
had
to
order
kimchi
soup
because
of
its
taste.
But
this
time,
it
was
a
nightmare.
They
brought
us
a
very
watery
kimchi
soup
without
any
colour
and
no
taste.
We
asked
them
to
remake
it
cuz
it
was
totally
different
from
all
the
times
we
ate
before.
And
after
few
minutes,
the
waitress
with
that
annoying
face
brought
back
that
kimchi
soup,
still
with
no
colour
like
pure
water
and
super
salty
like
they
had
put
tons
of
salt
inside.
And
this
time,
we
knew
that
hated
us
for
making
complaint
about
the
taste
of
the
kimchi
soup
and
we
didn't
bother
them
anymore.
Sad
story...
As
said,
this
was
always
my
favourite
Korean
BBQ
restaurant
in
town,
but
not
anymore.
We
paid
a
lot
of
money
for
low
quality
of
food
and
service
plus
waitress
bad
attitude.
Very
disappointed
and
sad
to
leave
a
place
that
you
have
been
very
loyal
for
years...
