    Đây là quán lẩu bò mình ưng ý nhất trong khoảng 6-7 quán lẩu bò đặc trưng ở Đà Nẵng Yếu tố thành công chủ yếu của một nồi lẩu bò gồm có : nước dùng + nạm-huyết-gân bò, khoai môn. Ở Ba Duệ mình công nhận 3 yếu tố này quán làm rất đạt. Miếng khoai môn ở Ba Duệ được chiên trước rồi mới cho vào lẩu rất ưa cái bụng. Thịt bò làm thấm, miếng nạm bò ở đây mình cho 5 sao, nước dùng ngọt thanh, ai muốn đậm đà hơn thì thêm ít chao nhé Đã thử ăn nhiều quán khác nhưng rốt cục chỉ có Ba Duệ là vừa đảm bảo ngon và sạch sẽ, hài hoà các yếu tố. Ngày trước bán ở Lê Hồng Phong quán nhỏ phục vụ chưa tốt nên có nhiều bạn đánh giá thấp, giờ chuyển qua 35 Cô Giang rộng hơn rồi. Tới sớm để có chỗ ngồi

    Great local hotpot restaurant recommended by a local friend. This place has a plenty of tasty chewy stuffs like beef tendons and they all taste pretty good! The soup tastes very good as well. I would recommend to come with a vietnamese speaking person since things are done mostly in vietnamese here.
