Very good hotel to stay. Near to all the attractions and good food is around the corners. Room is clean and spacious. There is a gentleman Mr Huy who is exceptionally helpful and good service. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff! We interacted with one young lady in particular that was just delightful. She spot brilliant English and had a wicked sense of humour. I wish I remembered her name! She was the best thing about the Sanouva. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing and friendly staff and, of-course, the room we had was lovely and spacious (executive). The location of the hotel was great and the staff were all, each in their own respective discipline amazing (reception, housekeeping, food staff and the luggage handlers). We had a lovely stay and I would certainly stay again!

Excellent hotel and service, everyone is very attentive, professional, and friendly. The room is very nice and clean. I love the the hotel in general, every corner is very well designed. I ordered some food and drink and they were amazing! Spa was great, but you will need to book in advanced to make sure there are available spots. My family were very happy during our stay here.

Great location, very central. Room was nice, good shower, comfortable bed. Pool on roof is small but was otherwise unoccupied when we used it. Decent breakfast. Staff very friendly at all times.

Great hotel! The service was amazing! You are not by the water but 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes grab ride and you are there. Because you are not in the water the price is really good. The room had a big bed and nice bathroom. Have I mention about the service? The people there are great!

An overrated hotel. It was just Ok, but not worthy of its 4 start rating. Most of the non English staff either nodded or typed on the mobile phone,"sorry, we dont have it, or it cant be done." If you like milk in your tea/coffee, please carry some with you

A very beautiful and clean hotel, good service and takes customer feedback seriously and act accordingly. Cinnamon drink was served as welcome drink, it tastes very aromatic. Room air conditioner works well with hot shower. Swimming pool is located at rooftop, it is a peaceful place to do reading or enjoy the city view. I love the staffs here for their warm welcome and service, especially the manager Hong Anh attended to my special request with a very nice decoration for my honeymoon trip with the room I requested. Not just that, i observed the manager treated other guests well with great care at breakfast place. Thank you for celebrating my birthday in advanced before leaving Da Nang! If i come back to Da Nang in the future, i will stay at this hotel again.

Decent hotel, well designed and maintained. The rooms are clean and feel new. I was told they remodel every several years to keep the hotel in quality shape. I stayed in the double deluxe room; it was nice, spacious and had a nice view of the city. My only complaint is that the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The entire bathroom floor was wet after my shower. The staff aren’t that friendly. They’re not rude but I would not exactly call them welcoming or helpful. I get the “I’m just here to do my job” vibe. However, one staff member stood out from the rest and that’s Nam! Nam works as the Greeter/Bellman. He’s extremely kind and has the most beautiful and bright smile. He’s the perfect person to greet guests as they arrive. Lastly, the breakfast was good. They have a good selection.

We stayed in the Executive Apartment (great as a family) - we had plenty of space and enjoyed the complimentary custard tarts! Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety of Vietnamese and Western foods with wonderful coffee. There is also a nice rooftop pool - although it made for a chilly dip and be cautious with getting in as the tiles are slippery!

Excellent service by all the staff. Made us feel welcome and made my wife’s birthday extra special. Good breakfast and also has afternoon tea.

Service here is a step above. Clean rooms, very good buffet breakfast, and small but very nice rooftop pool. Very good spa I’m the hotel as well. The management really put an emphasis on customer service here.

This hotel was really great, especially for the price. The room is spacious and comfortable and the hotel lobby is really well decorated. Service was decent, at the restaurant and the hotel generally. Shoutout to Huy (in the photos) who can be seen at the door usually who makes us feel really welcome. Really friendly and helpful from the first day to our last day, a good role model for other hotel staff. Air Conditioning in the room is mostly cold but occasionally it can get warm due to the climate of Da Nang which is really really hot. Be sure to close the curtains in the afternoon/morning before you head out to make your room cooler. Location wise, there are definitely more convenient hotels located near the beach or near the river but honestly, grab is really accessible and fast in Da Nang so not much of a problem. Otherwise, walking is possible too. There’s also a really good Banh Mi (Ba Lan Banh Mi) about a 2 minutes walk from the left when you exit the hotel. Day Tour groups will be able to pick you from this hotel as it is considered near the city centre. It is near to the Airport as well as Han Market. The good thing about it’s location is that you will be able to get a good nights rest as it isn’t as noisy as hotels nearer to the beach or river which have nightlife or heavy traffic :) Definitely would stay here again if I visit Da Nang again, good hotel! Only downsides is : TOILET DOOR CANT BE LOCKED but honestly if you’re going with people you know there shouldn’t be any problem :)

absolutely gorgeous hotel! stayed there with my family and loved it. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome! the view is incredible and we watched the fireworks from our room! plenty of good food near the hotel. Very clean and great rooms! The pool is lovely but the black tiles get very hot, also beware of the slightly hidden black step in the hallway on 17th floor (pool floor) its very inconspicuous i attached a photo of the step so you know what to look for. But when in Da Nang stay at sanouva! if i come back to vietnam i certainly will! :)

Spent two nights here and felt right at home! Beautiful view from my room and a great location on the city side of the river. Plenty going on around the hotel and the staff is exceptional!

The hotel had a good location, close to the airport and walking distance to local market, church and dragon bridge. Staff was nice, with good recommendations and helpful. Problems with door shut noise, bath tub was too high, except those, the rooms were clean and with good view of the city. Breakfast was nice with many variety of food. They ask for improvement and listen to their guest. It would be nice if they could have organize some shuttle bus for airport transportation !

I very much enjoyed my stay here thanks to the clean rooms and excellent staff. Breakfast served in the restaurant offers a small variety of options, as well as freshly cooked eggs. The room was very clean and well kept, with basic toiletries provided. Front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in their service and local knowledge. The hotel is situated a short walk from some restaurants, and if you don't mind a longer walk you can make your way down to the river front. If I was visiting the city again I would be happy to stay here!

When I checked into the Sanouva Danang Hotel I knew immediately I had selected a superior quality hotel for my stay in Danang. I was greeted promptly upon arrival before even exiting my Taxi and assisted to the main lobby where I was met with kindness and professionalism by the front desk staff. Upon arrival to my room I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the tasteful decoration with a very generously sized wardrobe, cabinets and the room itself. Waking in the morning and going to the Breakfast Buffet added another superior touch to an already impressive presentation. The Buffet staff were so helpful and the food selection so extensive that I made sure to never miss the Breakfast Buffet every morning of my stay! There are really no aspects of my stay which were not of the finest quality and I will definitely be staying at the Sanouva upon my return to Danang!

A fantastic stay for two nights in a Deluxe Suite, we would highly recommend it. Had a refreshing complimentary 45 min massage everyday after a tiring day shopping and visiting. Happy with the service,room is clean,staff are attentive.We will return again this year.

stay here for 2 nights. The room was clean. One problem is I stay at 6 floor and there was a oily smell from kitchen or somewhere in the hallway. My friend had to change his room but I too tired to repack. Breakfast has average variety. The waiter was very attentive, she offer us a hot warm ginger tea and a traditional Vietnam ice coffee. There are many local restaurants near a hotel. It's not touristy and you can sleep quietly at night.

Exceeded expectation, great value for money. Highly recommended. For the price of a 3 stars hotel, their room is as good as most 4/5 stars hotel. Love their nicely decorated lobby, very cosy feel. Breakfast buffet was good, in fact one of the best I had during my trip in Vietnam. The hotel had a lot of Korean tourist during my stay so I guess they enjoyed the hotel too. Spa: Have tried the spa and I found the service pretty good too. The only disappointed was that the gym was closed for renovation. However, the spa booking was quite messy and slow. Location: Nearby have some local cafes and walkable to the Con Market and Han Market. Near to airport but a little away from the beaches.

Very chic hotel n nice decor. Very happy with the services offered by the hotel especially free massages! Very helpful and friendly people that works there. Wonderful experience and will definitely come back and stay again. One comment though, the shower curtain should be longer as the water sprayed all over 😁. See u guys soon sanouva! Great hotel

Clean, comfortable rooms right in the middle of the bustling city. Breakfast choices are good for both local and foreign tourists. This hotel is a steal. You are actually getting more than what you pay for.

Good location near the city centre. Could grab and go around the city easily and cheaply. Their facilities and room decorations may not be as nice as those 4 star hotels but the staff are super friendly and service-oriented. I was impressed by the hospitality of the front desk staff. Overall a very nice stay!

Facilities: 4.5 stars. Has a grand piano. Repeat, grand piano by Yamaha. Son enjoyed playing the piano and trained 20 mins every day on it. Has a nice swimming pool, good breakfast place, bar, just too bad spa wasn’t open. High ceiling and good lounge area. Quite newly renovated. Exceeded basic needs. If the spa is open, would give 5 stars. Service: 6 out of 5 stars. Blew me away on this. Presented a tiramisu birthday cake on the eve of my birthday although I would check out on my birthday. Received free egg tarts on my return stay. Kept my luggage during trip to Hoi An and carried luggages to car and room. Nothing to complain and plenty of praises. Staff truely well trained. Room: 5 stars. good size and clean. Showers working well. Room keeping done well. Slept well although I also woke early as daylight starts at 5.30am in Vietnam and the curtains couldn’t keep out the light. However, we slept by 10.30pm, and had restful quiet uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 4.5 stars, a different noodle dish every day, but more can be done to mix the dishes or preparations, eg, scrambled eggs instead of just sunny sides. The plus is breakfast starts at 6am, which is good to start the day early as it’s already bright and sunny. We would definitely be back if standards are kept!

Great location in the city. Walking distance to the river, Vincom centre, food and only 10 minutes taxi from the airport. Room was as pictured. Fantastic service by all staff. Highly recommend getting buffet breakfast from here.

Conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Nice deco hotel lobby. Nice rooms but there are no switches near to the bed. The switches r far from the bed, either at the door side or far end to the wall. Inconvenience at night.

Love the view (from room and pool), great service, can't beat the style and decor, and cleanest place we've been to in Vietnam. I'm telling everyone about this hotel. Really wished we stayed at the Saigon location also.
