Who doesnt want Pho for breakfast? They have an all you can eat breakfast buffet given that they may or may not meet expectations. I have travelled around the world and have learned to live in the present and make the best of things. Rooms are exeptional with nice city views. Wifi enabled. AC work great especially after a long hot day trip! :) Hotel overall is pleasant. Staff give effort in speaking their non-home language to accomodate high volume guests visiting the area. Language education is also ineffective + complicated here to raise their standards to meet guest expectations. If anyone can assist with it will make this a better place. I particularly like the ‘smart’ elevator system. To get to your room requires you to use your room key to activate the elevator which prevents unauthorized patrons from roaming the hallways adding further layer of security. Can be a little tricky to figure out how it works but is fairly simple to use. Staff are courteous. Its also conveniently located. Will come back again in the future as a guest or on business occasion. Enjoy!

I was a very nice surprised!!! It is very high quality hotel near by centrum. The coco bus tour is close, the park asia is so close. Everything is so close and hotel's staff are very kind. Recomend it. For sure:-) beautiful window view for a milion lights:-)

Reasonable room rate with great customer service. The room is pretty basic, but you got what you paid for. We were impressed with the customer service that the hotel staff were able to deliver, from the receptionists at check-in service to such great attention to details of the servers and supervisors at the breakfast buffet. The view from the top floor, where the pool is, is fabulous. There are two things I think they should improve: We used the pool in the evening and in the morning, 7ish am, but there were no towels. They should have the hair dryer in the guest room, too.

Our company had a year end party at this hotel and had guests staying there. After the party, we waited at their main entrance for a taxi. Getting on the taxi and driving for a while, my girlfriend notice that we forgot her bags on their doorstep! So, I called the reception desk and ask if the staff can go outside and look for the bag while we return. We were heartbroken when they call back and said it was gone! Imagine our surprise when return and the bag was right on their doorstep! Clearly, they didn’t bother to look because they were too lazy. We only needed them to look. How long can that take? What poor customer service. We do not recommend anyone looking for an event hall. Their poor customer service will leave a guest with a bad experience.

After 2 days in the Hotel (and I have to spend 2 days more), I can say that the hotel is amazing, but the service is the worst. 1.My first 2 days are on Deluxe room. Here, they don't clean the room if you don't press the button. This one seems normal but no one explains at your arrival. Also, I arrived from Hanoi and I traveled to other parts on the world, and NEVER happened that you have to press the button to clean. Usually, if you don't press (because you don't know or the reception didn't tell you), the service clean your room. The normal is that you have to tell to DON'T CLEAN the room, but not the opposite. 2. If you have to ask something after 10pm, maybe you have to find the reception outside taking air, because the reception is empty. Also, you have to talk with them on the door (and the english is not the best one) 3. If you go to the restaurant, please take your jacket. The temperature is so cold. I cannot understand why there is this difference between reception, restaurant and outside. Also, there is no one who speaks english fine and you cannot ask questions about the food. Then, you can discover that the dishes are so small (as ypu can see on the pictures). The price? Expensive for the quantity you receive it. 625000dong. 4. The next two days I have are on the same hotel but on the Suite premier. I asked (of course, on the door) about the possibility to make at the morning the check out and the check in for the new room and they say that is not possible. Usually the hotels I've been, tell me this wjen the room is ocupied, if not, they allowed me to made it. Here, the reason is that the check in is from 14:00. If I want to make an earlier check in they told me that I have to pay 1181250dong, that it's the 15% of the total amount. But the qt they said is the 25%, not the 15%. Then, the earlier check cost the half price of one night on suite premier. I put 2 starts because the hotel is amazing, the girl on the spa zone is so funny, the food is so good and also they recomended to take the desert to the room because I had to wait (or because they wanted to close, but I choose the first option), and the room is so confortable. But I think that is the first time on my live that I put this puntuation to one place. Maybe they need to check better the services that they make to the customers and with more atention when the people is booking your biggest room.

Really nice rooms for great value. Paid US$91 for the biggest nicest suite I've ever stayed in. Amazing rooftop pool, gym and bar! Ran into a few issues with staff not speaking English very well. Aside from that, awesome hotel. I would happily stay again.

if this is in your price range, this is a fantastic hotel. There are bathtubs, if you are tired of just having showers too. The beds are large, the rooms are quiet, clean and immaculate. The staff are also very professional.

-Poor English speaking even for front staffs. Had to explain several times. -Check-in is supposed to be 2 pm. But said it's not cleaned yet and had to wait for 10mins more. -We were 3 people and payed for it. But there were only 2 shower gowns so we called and asked for one more gown. He checked one more saying "towel" so I corrected him by saying "no towel. But gown". He said okay. And they sent us "2 towels". - room itself is clean and tidy. Our room even has washing machine.

It's a great hotel. Enjoy with them and they will show you many fantastic places in Da Nang. Hightly recommend for you

We recently had our wedding here, and I can honestly say they did an outstanding job. Very special. Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect. Even though we were too busy to eat much, the guests all raved about how delicious everything was. I can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a special wedding on the balcony of a beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view.

Very close to the airport, but the air conditioner was annoying during nighttime. Fair breakfast
