Nice hotel, near the airport. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. They even helped me return a key from another hotel I had been staying it at. I’m impressed by how kind and helpful they were. Even after we had our room made up they came to see if we needed new towels.

Eden Plaza is so beautiful hotel in the central city. Room is comfortable. Swimming room is big and clean. Especially, walking street has many trees and flowers. Staffs are always friendly, helpful. I can enjoy some drink at Garden Bar. I will come back in next time. Eden plaza likes at home❤️

Well, my room was quite “unfriendly”. Where my door key and charge phone did not function well. For 3 days I did not charge my phone in the room. When I asked the receptionist “Where can I charge my phone” Her answer was I don't know, I don't know.

Great place to stay in Da Nang as it has so many facilities inside the hotel. Walking street, swimming pool, spa, huge lobby, restaurants and lot more. Breakfast is amazing along with service which makes it lot more better.

Room was not cleaned. Dead bugs all over the curtains. Shower was broke. And it smelled like someone just pooped in the room. They moved us to another room only after we requested such. The shower floods the entire bathroom all the way to the point of exiting the door. The walls are so paper thin you can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom. We actually left early the stay was that bad. No refund offered. There is plenty of great places to stay in Danang, this is not one of them. A new manager would do this place wonders.

Big clean rooms, good massage, and food was good at the restaurant. Hotel is centrally located and priced well too. Best of all was the customer service from Ngoc. Outstanding help she offered, making all of our arrangements in a professional and courteous manner.

Big hotel with great location and price. Everything was great during my vacation, all the staffs I met very friendly, they gave me lot of information for my trip to Hoi An and Ba Na hills, they also arrange everything for me... Car, ticket...etc. Thank you all for that! Breakfast here very delicious with ton of choices. For the foodie like me, this is my truly Eden.

Good , however Jacuzzi is not working or staff aren't aware of it.

Big rooms, bigger hearted staff, centrally located, less vegetarian options. Rooms are big enough to accommodate a family of 4. Surprisingly, none of the room catagory had locks working.

YOU WILL NEVER GET GOOD SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE VERY LOUD CONCERT HALL. I REALLY REGRETTED LIVING HERE. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE, ITS VERY AWFUL PLACE FOR QUIET REST
